I'm generally really happy with the experience we've had at green acres. My grandma has been through a lot including a fall that broke her hip, poor care in a different facility, and infection that led to the hip replacement needing revision. After the revision we found green acres and moved her there and I'm so happy that we did. The PT staff is so awesome and encouraging. The nurses, even with so much to do, do their best to not only accommodate patients needs, but actively work to prioritize urgent situations over non urgent, which did not happen effectively at the rehab she was at previously. The aids are just as awesome. She will be continuing here for long-term care and I am hopeful that my review and outlook of the facility remains the same.

went to visit with a family member. there were alot of us so we were in conference room on the first floor. room was clean and they decorated for our family member who we were celebrating his upcoming bday. that waa very nice of them. staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. I can not comment on any other staff since we did not have contact with others. I do not feel the front area was friendly or inviting. womens bathroom was dirty and needs alittle 'sprucing" up. I can only comment t on what I experienced therefore if the staff is dedicated to the patients that is what matters!.

We had a Birthday get together for our family member and Green Acres had a room for us, they decorated it with a banner, tabletop decorations, it was very nice and totally unexpected. Plenty of room, we had a great time laughing and joking around. Thank you Green Acres.

My husband was moved to Complete Care at Green Acres following a heart attack. He received excellent care and we were very pleased with his stay. His one nurse, Pauline, was very kind and caring and helped tremendously in getting him back to himself. The exercise staff did an excellent job of helping him to regain his strength and I would highly recommend your facility.

My husband George spent 5 weeks at Green Acres Rehab. First of all David Dachs the head of Green Acres was very welcoming to me when I popped in because Green Acres was recommended to us. Their Nurses, Social workers, PT Staff and all the staff were very caring and made my husbands stay very comfortable considering what he was going through. When we left yesterday August 14th, 2024 we actually felt emotional because they became friends that you could count on and that says Alot!!!

I took my father to this rehab on a Sunday. I was shown a wheelchair and was left to get him from the vehicle into the wheelchair on my own. I was given verbal instruction on getting to the room (as in nobody showed us to the room), then I had to get him from the wheelchair into his bed without anyone asking if I would like assistance. After waiting in the room for an hour without being acknowledged, I managed to track somebody down to make sure they even knew we were there. I had to wander again to look for water and a snack for my dad because both people I asked said they'd bring it to me but never showed. One plus of the facility was that he was able to be transported to radiation treatment at the hospital. After being there for a week, I expressed concerns about my father to his nurse, suggesting I thought he should go to the hospital because he was behaving strangely. She was completely dismissive and essentially told me to not try so hard given his cancer diagnosis. After having that disturbing conversation in the hallway, I returned to his room, and he was unresponsive. My suspicions were valid, but the nurse did not feel the need to listen to a concerned family member. She should not be a nurse, and my heart aches for anyone with a loved one under her care. As he was being taken out on a stretcher, the staff brought to light a medical issue that I had not known about. After reflecting on this revelation, I couldn't believe that nobody ever took the time to review his full medical chart with me - either here or at the hospital. It was a GREAT source of pain, and so many things could have been done to prevent him from suffering so much. After deciding not to have him returned to that facility, somebody called to inquire about my decision. When I filled them in, they said they would have somebody contact me and no one ever did. The techs are the only people at this facility who genuinely seem to care. *Edit* Contacted by David after writing this review. He assured me the nurse in question is very good at her job (I beg to differ). He said she received another complaint, so they wrote her up and are retraining her. I've been asked twice to remove this post, but I am keeping it because it reflects the facility and my experience at that time. My father's suffering will not be in vain, and hopefully the facility continues to use this and other negative reviews to improve moving forward.

The facility was great! From the Nurses and Nurses Aides to the PTs in the PT gym, the entire staff was great and went above and beyond. The biggest help was Dana Bea, she is thier Director of Admissions. She went above and beyond to get me into the facility and worked with my Health Insurance provider to try to extend my covered stay, if I chose to. Dr. Yu was also awesome in making sure my medication needs were addressed as well as trying to help get my coverage extended if needed. If you have a family member or even yourself in need of either short term care or full time care, I recommend Complete Care at Green Acres!

The facility is very clean and the care is good. However they really need to do something about the food. They mix up dinner orders and really don't make the food appetizing. The administrator of this facility is wonderful. After reading my review, he looked into the matter and made some changes. I am impressed with how much they care about their patients care and are willing to correct the situations. Bravo!!!!!

My husband and I spent the last few weeks at Green Acres. We watched as our family member made progress each and every day in rehab. The rehab staff was top notch. The facility always smelled good and looked clean. We were always welcomed by friendly receptionist and sweet nursing staff. We have so much appreciation to the administrator for always checking in on our dad and constantly being in touch with us throughout. Thank you Green Acres for everything

This facility came recommended by our next-door neighbor. We could not have been any more pleased than we are. Carlo, the Director of nursing is on top of everything and so easy to talk to. The rehab Director Regina always available to help. The Administrator David, always has his door open and able to fix any small issue that occurs. Our loved one has seen tremendous results in just a short time. I highly recommend Green Acres

Having experienced a life interrupting event, I had no other choice but to place my recovery and well-being in the hands of a (sub-acute) rehab facility. On my behalf, my daughter chose Complete Care at Green Acres. During my stay, I heard several stories about other facilities from both staff and co-patients - all with the common opinion "this is by far a much better facility than most out there". While I cannot speak to any personal comparison, I will say my experience at Green Acres was an overall positive one. Were there times I got my panties (sorry, diapers...) in a twist? Of course - how could there not be such moments? Those who can relate, it can be at times a difficult, drawn-out period of time to endure. Speaking to my stay at Green Acres, I must give a round of applause to the powers that be - Green Acres' Director, David, Regina, who heads up Rehab and ALL of her exceptional therapists, Rachel and Kim of Nursing, and Lauren, Nicole and LolaLonnie of Dietary - all of whom worked diligently to immediately resolve/accommodate any issue needed. And of course... the nurses and aides themselves who are exceptionally professional and personable (shout out to my aides Taylor, Emily, and Robert as well as nurses Dawn, Bridgette, and Eric, just to name a few as there are many deserving recognition). Not to discredit the per diem (Agency) staff as a whole, I will be honest and say there were a few Agency folk who filled in that were not my favorite people and honestly should not be in their profession. Of those Agency staff who proved themselves unprofessional, it is my understanding and experience, David and Nursing were quick to ban their ability to fill in at Green Acres going forward. Complete Care at Green Acres and its staff has proven itself to be a great care facility. Bringing my near two months stay to an end, my discharge was handled with great diligence and personal care and the follow up needs at home with Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) since has been wonderful. I was especially appreciative that David personally called me on a Sunday evening to check in on my well-being post discharge. That said, I do highly recommend Complete Care at Green Acres to anyone in need of such care for either themself or loved one.
