August 2024
My mom has been a resident at Carnegie for almost three years. I've witnessed progress in mom's overall health and wellbeing since she has been at Carnegie. She has made friends with other residents, and I have observed positive changes in her level of engagement, cognitive and social skills. Carnegie has virtual family council meetings with family members and the leadership team in an effort to keep open communications. This forum also allows family members to share feedback and raise any questions and concerns. Timely follow up is sometimes a challenge; but it's gotten better. Carnegie has events on holiday's which include both AL & Memory Care residents, and family members so they make an effort to be all-inclusive. Carnegie also has outings (off prem) for the residents which is great! Carnegie recently went through a renovation and the facility is much brighter, cheerier and welcoming. Overall, the community is friendly and clean. I appreciate the support and care that the staff / care aides are providing mom.

In reference to my stay at Carnegie Assisted Living for the past 3 1/2 years, I would like to say that I'm deeply grateful for the love and opportunities they offer me, when Karina came 6 month after I moved in she learned I was a professional horticulturist and got me involved in creating a community garden for us the residents to work on under my expertise. We do a garden opening party every year and is more special because they allow us to plant and arrange flowers how we prefer. Carnegie taught me the value of acceptance and patience with others and with ourselves which is so wonderful. I can't say enough how much I love my apartment with garden view, my cat Gabby and all the workers here.

I have a family member at Carnegie Assisted living since 2017. Under the leadership of Karina Checo, and her wonderful staff they take great care of the residents and ensure all their needs are met in a timely manner. The place is kept clean and has a welcome feeling as soon as you step in. A special shout out to Danielle Batista, Director of Community Engagement, she always has time to listen and resolve issues that a resident is facing. I will not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

I have been a resident at this community for almost 3 years. I feel accepted and part of a big family. And have experienced first hand the evolution of the community since Karina has been here, she is caring and compassionate to all residents and staff. I truly enjoy leading an exercise program everyday to keep us active and encourage other residents to be involve and engaged. Karina and the management team really take the time to listen to us and know every resident in a personal level. This is a loving and caring place. We are family!

I had my Aunt at Atrium/Spring Hills Princeton. The care was beyond AMAZING. Everyone from start to finish was compassionate and always put her best interest into consideration. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family!!!

I just am posting this to laugh at Eileen Freese for aggressively defending the facility, but then leaving 1 star. This should balance it out a bit.
