I want to express my biggest gratitude to Merwick Rehabilitation Center and to each end every one of the nurses and team for the amazing care they have provided to my mother during a difficult time. The whole team of professionals, nurses, physical therapists and managers, have been so nice and extremely attentive to my mother's needs and have communicated and been very helpful to our whole family. The space is very clean, rooms are spacious, and staff is very professional. We are grateful for the great experience we've had with Merwick. Special thanks to incredible Irina Vasiliev who had been there for my mom and for us all, guided us and helped us out on every step of the way. We are grateful for all of the guidance and help we have received from you, thank you for helping my mother get back on her feet and feel much better. Thank you We highly recommend this facility for care of the loved ones.

I had the worst experience in a health/medical facility. First off, the food given was not what should be given to patients who were recovering and needs a healthy balance diet. I was never given a menu for over a week until after I had complained so much. Even after complaining to those in authority, much did not changed. I had to call family members to bring me food every day. I eat barely nothing the first week, but mere salad. I feel bad for those who do not have family members to advocate for them or bring them food. I would never recommend that facility to anyone. Secondly, some of the staff are not committed to their jobs. That's all I'll say and leave it at that as I don't want to get into that situation.. Couple of people told me not to go to Merwick as it's a terrible place , but I said I'll go there and see for myself. Indeed, I proved them right from day one. My daughter also told me not to go there, because of what people said about the place, but I did not listen to her as well, and I regretted going there. I hope someone from management will call me so I can give my own personal experience about the facility. There is so much that needs to be done to improve the quality of service provided. On a scale of one to ten (1-10), I'll rate Merwick at three (3).

I have had my Grandma at Merwick numerous times from 2013 through 2017 for different rehabs and their level of care is TOP NOTCH in their Nurses and Clinical Care Technicians and their Physical and Occupational Therapists. My Father after having a heart attack and requiring both kinds of Therapy that we chose Merwick with the familiarity and level of trust that we have seen in the past. I have spoken to numerous friends about Merwick and one of them even said to me that Merwick was a Level 1 Rehabilitation Facility in all of New Jersey. This is the one facility that you yourself or your family member would want to be at to rehabilitate your body from whatever injury you sustained.

Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center was a life saver for me. The Center was clean and fresh smelling. I loved my husband's private room and the staff from the admission director to the nurses were professional and kind. I will use Merwick again the next time that I plan a respite.

My sister is at Merwick and I can't begin to express my dissatisfaction. I am her guardian and I do not get any updates on my sister. In fact, I never hear from anyone. It's unfortunate that I live in Texas and can't be there to see what's going on. I asked my sister-in-law to check in on her. She reported back to me today after her visit. She said my sister looked horrible. She said her hair was plastered to the back of her head. She said it didn't looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time. My sister cannot speak that well. She's had head trauma from a gun shot wound over 20 years ago. She's 70 years old. I just hope that by writing this review that I don't make things worse for her but that maybe they'll get better. I'm so disappointed right now. It hurts to hear that my sister is so unhappy.

My mother has been in Merwick care & Rehab Center for the last nine months. Dr Sidhu has been taking care of her. Dr Sidhu is an excellent doctor caring courteous and has excellent in taking care of geriatric patients. She communicates with them and makes them comfortable & Happy. She is always there when you need her. She is the best doctor.

I wanted to express my sincere words of gratitude for nursing our beloved father (and an amazing grandad) back to health! To all the nurses and staff who made that possible - Thank You! He looks ten years younger, his appetite is back, his cognition is better than ever and he feels himself again. We love the fact that he also gets supervised walks and regular exercises. His transformation is nothing short of miraculous. A special thank you goes to Irina Vasiliev who's early procedural directives were pivotal in my grandad's complete recovery. All the Blessings!

I totally didnot realize how good Merwick is until I started working here. It's such a friendly environment. I am so happy and satisfied to work here and I am so in love with everyone I work with. The management is amazing, the kitchen is awesome, the activity department always goes above and beyond for everything and every holiday every event. I can say everybody who works here really work, and I do feel they make such a big difference. The patients family have been so happy with the service and refer other people here especially the long term care.

Merwick Rehabilitation is your best option in Mercer County. Staff is reliable, professional and empathetic. Their dignified approach to patient care is the highest standard. My husband has been in Springhill Post Acute Rehab, Avalon and St. Lawrence just this year (2024) and while these facilities failed him miserably.....Merwick restored my faith in the rehabilitation industry. The facility is clean, well equipped and patient rooms are pleasant and private. If you have a choice in where to go for post hospital rehabilitation ....Merwick should be first on your list.
