Nice apartments but extremely poor on-site management, which is the main reason why my mom moved out after living there for a year. The staff is friendly to a certain point, but they are very slow to respond to simple requests or won't respond at all and just ignore you, and they often make mistakes with handling important administrative duties, such as addressing return-of-deposit checks to the correct party. Edit: I just want to add that our communication with Ingerman, the management, have always been great. They've been prompt to respond to our queries and provide solutions.

Clean establishment but meager. No overall WiFi available. Verizon cell strength is only 1 bar. Common walkways wide enough for 2 wheelchairs to pass without touching. Residents letting In people Irregardless of residency i.e. If you look old enough you have the door held open. Courtesy appreciated but…Access into a 1 bedroom apt is restricted i.e. In thru the door and a necessary hard turn or else you run into a closet if there are 2 mobility challenged people….OK if you have a loftstrand crutch, think FDR.

I like the location, the residents and the staff. The complex is convenient with an elevator on each end of the building as well as, a laundry room and a trash room on each end of the building on each floor. The strip mall across the street is an added bonus. I have no complaints and expect to live there for many years.

My mom just moved here earlier this year and she is very happy. The apartments are spacious and set up very well. The staff is friendly. I would recommend Birchwood at Hopewell to anyone looking for an apartment.
