My father rehabed after a fractured hip, all the staff were really great, friendly, informative and very professional. The facility is dated but is kept very clean and my dad said all the meals were good. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab. Thanks for the support and getting him back to his old self again.

Staff at ProMedica was wonderful! Beginning with Karla, the RNs Maria, Liz, and Charlene. Therapists both OT/PT were amazing! Howard the recreational Director was so wonderful. Everyone worked together as a team and was pleasant to be around. well, definitely recommend!

I wish to say that my experience here has been nothing but good. My nurses here with medbridge adianna, kashmere, Jen, queen Asia, Carmen, zenasia, Lionel, Bridget, Brandon are the best. Always there respond to call Bell never a hassle. My room is always clean and timely manner Mary and Amy. Angel is great. I really want to thank Stan for ensuring my meals were correct with a shout out to Teresa, Anthony and Emily. An extra special thank you to sandy Joanne and therapy staff. I have greatly enjoyed the activities the new friends I made and the fellowship. Carla from the concierge deptment has been a tremendous help getting pointing to people I need to reach. The social work department has been on point how can we with outside contacts and my family care conference meeting. My PA assistant Alexis and Wanda medbridge unit manager has kept me update on health issues. Overall I was to say my experience here has been very pleasant and if I ever had any to need for assistance again I will come here again with no problem and will give this my highest recommendation to family members and Friends

So I rated Manor Care a 5 star because of a few reasons. The Nursing Staff is excellent, caring, very caring, along with their aids. Jennifer and Dydell (I know I misspelled his name) were always cordial and respectful, they were kind and caring. I had other aids all of which I don't recall their names at this time, Billy was another, very sweet and obliging. It wasn't just me..laying at night time you could hear conversations in the other rooms, I never heard anyone speak harsh, rude or condescending to any patient. I came to be a Manor Care for approximately two weeks before being discharged the day before Mothers Day. During my time of convalescing I was placed in the care of Sandy, Eileen and Christine for therapy to my spine. These women are wonderful and know how to take care of you and get you moving..they actually cared and made sure I knew what I was doing. They also gave me packets so I could show my in home therapist what they had been doing with me. Again I can't say enough about these women. Too me, they were marvelous, they got me walking and without the pain. Not just me I saw others equally as well make progress with these angels. Now the administrative staff popped in my room daily, checking on me, did I need anything, was everything ok? It was terrific that they provide these extensions incase you do have a compliant or request. From the day I arrived, Dan, Wanda, Clara always came to see me to take care of any needs. I also was given a Nurse Practitioner, I think her name was Alexis, she as well upbeat, sweet, made sure I was doing what I was suppose too. Michelle and Pam taking care of your emotional needs. My last day Pam to see me about anything she could help me with. Such kindness, and caring. Even the dietitian, Bill, came to see me because I don't like everything..I can be picky. The meals weren't always to my liking, but the meals were always healthy, just not always to my taste. You can't please everyone all the time. But they offer a few different sandwiches if you don't care for a meal. They do have a salon there and sell sofa, snacks and such at the front. The only negative thing I could say, it's dated looking . But I didn't go there for a 5 star vacation, I went because I had heard the therapy was outstanding, not a vacation. I can get past that. So to me that's the reason I gave a 5 star, caring, kindness, great therapy, and excellent nursing, no matter the shift. Would I return again, yes I would, but I hope I don't. No one wants to go to rehab but if needed, I'd go again without a second thought.

I just wanna take this opportunity to give a big shout out to Atlas in West Deptford especially the activities department. My father has been a resident at this facility since September 2023. The thing he likes the most is the activities department. There are always fun activities each day, and the activity team always goes out of their way to try and include everyone, I recently had the opportunity to sit in on several of their celebrations I was able to sit on in on the monthly birthdays, the ice cream, social, and the morning coffee. I have to say that Howsrd, the Director and his staff of Carol, Alicia, and Tamara. go out of their way to make my father feel want it and seen whether it's just stopping to ask about his day or if it's taking the time out to sit with him and see what he would like to do the entire staff is always polite and eager to assist the residents however they can. My father is in a wheelchair, and when he can't get upstairs for activities, they will come downstairs and give them his paper or anything else that he may need as far as art supplies, I have also had the opportunity to reserve the cafe for a private celebrations, and Howard and his staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that the room was available and decorate it for whatever the occasion was so that my father felt like he was actually celebrating with his family in a restaurant, and not just the facility I would definitely give this place five stars as they have made my father feel so welcomed . also, participating in the celebrations is Joanna the speech therapist she is always available there, making sure that the residence are able to eat safely. She has even assisted my father several times when he has had issues with swallowing his food. I am thankful for all them in the activities department and the speech therapy department. I would also like to add to my review about how wonderful the nurses and aids are at this facility. As stated above my father has been here almost 6 months now, and the care that I have seen from his nurses has been unbelievable I have personally been there while Maria and Kia Have been his nurses, and they both have gone above and beyond forming a rapport with him making sure he's OK making sure that he gets all his special little treats and just generally caring about his well-being. My father has also mentioned Ashley  and Diana and said that they were wonderful with him as well. I have not come across a single nurse there that has not gone above and beyond for my father, even when he is in his bad days , my father has had a number of aids, including Stacey Sabrina unique Juanita and Aaliyah and each one of them has made sure that he's clean shaving. His clothes are looking good and they take the time out to make sure that he gets to go to activities when he wants to they'll go out of their way to make sure that they wheel him upstairs or remind him to go to coffee on the first floor. My father is extremely happy here which makes me extremely happy , thank you all for what you do for my father. I've also had the pleasure of working with the head nurse on the floor Tisha and she has been nothing but wonderful getting me paperwork. I need it reaching out to people that I can't get in touch with so once again, thank you all . Finally, I just want to mention that I have talked to the people in the laundry department, Nichelle, and Christine and they always make sure that my father's clothes are washed and even when things get backed up if I reach out to them they make sure that they get his clothes washed that day so he's never without clothes I've also want to say how helpful Margaret is in the business office. She has been assisting me with a process for my father and she's there every time I have a question or she will email me back immediately, so thank you all.

This is my second review of this place, and the turnaround has been phenomenal. Initially, when I arrived, I was met with a bunch of issues. However, after speaking with several managers, things changed dramatically. The professionalism by the majority of the staff is top notch. Almost everyone is extremely attentive and friendly. Carla, Kelly, Sonia, Wanda, Colette, Christina, Amber, Bill, Kamari, Sandra, and Ray have all been perfect. They went above and beyond to take into consideration the concerns and issues I had after my first couple of nights. The rehabilitation aspect is perfectly tailored to your needs. They are extremely motivating, and once you tell them what you need to be able to do, they will make sure you're able to do so upon release. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your medical needs. You can tell (most) of the staff truly take pride in their work, but also treat each other like family. That positivity is infectious and rubs off on the patients. Thank you to everyone here for being so great.

I put my father into Promedica after a TERRIBLE experience at Advanced Subacute. He had back surgery so was there to help with his walking and just getting back to normal. He was able to walk with a walker, but the staff at Advanced Subacute didn't want to walk with him so they put a diaper on him which of course humiliated him! I called Promedica at 8am and talked to Samantha who was kind and compassionate and told me to give her 30 minutes. I took my dad and went directly there where we were welcomed with open arms and it felt as if we were enveloped in a hug as soon as we went in. I told my dad if he didn't like it, I would take him home but after speaking with Samantha he felt safe and secure being there. The staff is kind and compassionate and he has received EXCELLENT PT and OT while there. The patient advocate (Carla) was nothing but kind and accomodating. She checked on my father several times a day and stayed and talked with us when we were there. I wish I had known about this place before we went to Advanced Subacute. Highly recommend.

I've been employed here going on 6 years. And what I will say is that this job has been supportive. Becoming a nurse was not easy but Promedica made my transition easy. Coming straight from school to work and not having to worry about my employment was something I thank God for everyday many jobs do not work with school schedules. The team that this job has is all around awesome the pt and ot go over and beyond to get these patients back to their lives and families.
