I just took a tour of CareOne at Oradell. I must say I felt a sense of peace & calm immediately upon entering the lobby. Overall, the place is immaculate from where you enter, to the dining rooms as well as the long-term residence area. There's a beautiful outdoor space for bbqs, family gatherings, or simply relaxing. I met with Barry & Ayanna, and spoke briefly with Vicky, Daniel & Hazel. Wonderful folks! I can only hope it works out that my family member can transfer there. First impression, 10 out of 10!

Do not put your loved one in Care One Oradell. You can never reach anyone there, and if you do get someone on the phone, they are always on their way to a meeting and never call you back. In addition, the care is suboptimal. My father is never bathed, and no one ever gives any updates on his status. Please exercise great caution if you are considering Care One Oradell for your loved one.

I have recently visited Care One in Oradell New Jersey. My visit was great! From the welcome desk at the front door to the care managers!! Everyone was pleasant and most welcoming! I witnessed caring nurses and staff who truly love their job, it showed in their behavior towards their patients!! I was lucky enough to speak with both Hazel and Barry, they were most helpful and answered any and all questions I asked of them! Even the custodial staff was friendly and diligent at their job!!!! I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. It was a clean, friendly and warm environment! Great work Care One of Oradell!!!!

I think the whole staff does a great job overall .Hazel is in charge support services and does a great job for these people.I would recommend to other families who have elderly people who need care. They are a bit understaffed but overall they do a good job and they care about the patients in the facility.

The quality of excellence is just wondetful. The care is supperb. As a resident of this facility, I am so pleased with the nursing and rehab staff members for their compassionate, loving, and selfless personal care rendered to me. I will recommend this facility to anyone.

Care One at Oradell has been home to me for the past 12 months. Four(4) operations and lots of rehab. Nurses are great and,(good looking).Food is good but the Breakfast Club three days a week very special. House keeping very good and our CA's do Avery fine job.. Lots of help from the Social Worker 's department and all questions and concerns are dealt with promotly. Uni

An exceptionally attentive staff. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help. The P.T. &.O.T. personnel are knowledgeable and work hard to help you meet your goals. I always feel like they have a vested interest in me. The environment is clean and well maintained. The food is generally acceptable & the kitchen staff will meet any food requests you may have. As much as one can say being at a rehab center is "no fun", Care One excells in all the important areas of getting your health back tob100%.

My father was in the sub-acute rehab center at CareOne in Oradel. I want to say we had a very good experience with the nursing staff as well as the therapists who were extremely helpful and kind. The staff worked hard to fulfill our wishes, kept him clean and were attentive. The nursing staff are ALL very busy but I believe through my experience it is important to be present on a daily basis and get to know who is taking care of your the patient. It's good to get to know everyone by name and soon the people working there will know your name. It's a personal situation and should be treated as such. I want to send out a thank you to all the kind people who helped my father (and us) and a special shout out to Jenny Cayo, went above and beyond in making this experience a positive one. Jenny especially was awesome I could text her 3am n she always answered n always called me no matter what time..Staff brilliant in his care n I highly appreciate n recommend careone Oradell.. honest dad been sickly n been other facilities but Jenny n her crew esp Daniella omg made life ok when we couldn't.. my loves thx to Jenny n Daniella we love u guys

My mother is presently at this facility. The staff is wonderful. They are pleasant, professional, attentive and caring. The facility it self is bright and cheerful. They have activities every week which helps patients get out of their room and surely helps recovery. Thank You!!

I am very happy with my experience at this rehab facility. The therapy is excellent! The nurses are attentive and the food is very good- The breakfast in the dining room is tops! The place feels like an extended family. I am truly happy I chose this facility. I have been to other facilities in the area and none of them come close to the care I have been receiving here. I hope I don't need another stay in the future but if I do I will definitely return to Carene Oradell.
