He met with them a few times before placing anyone in their home and made sure they felt comfortable. He now closely monitors how my parents feel and interact with their caregiver and is very flexible regarding their needs.

I am the legal guardian of a man with CP & cognitive challenges, and I was in need of an aide to live with him 24/7. ComForCare provided me with the angel I needed, and her name was Ese. From the first phone call & meeting with owners Gary & Elaine, everything went smoothly. They discussed with me in lengthy detail what I needed in an aide, and they found the perfect fit. Ese was a mother, companion, housekeeper, errand runner, shopper, cook, and so much more. The office staff at ComForCare is great. Lindsay calls weekly to check-in and see if there are any issues that need to be addressed, and if there are, they are taken care of immediately. A nurse on staff makes regular visits to assess the health/care plan. After 6 years, we had to make the tough decision to move to Assisted Living. Again, ComForCare came through with assistance for an easy transition & Ese spent a great deal of time helping us move him and speaking with the nurse at the new facility to make sure all his needs are met. There are no words to express my sincere gratitude for everything they all have done for us.

ComFor Care has been a lifesaver for my family. My father suffers from dementia and fell. With dementia and Covid combined, the hospital is not the place for my father to be. My mother and I struggled with what decision would be best for my father. We knew we were at the point of needing a few hours of home care services, but werent quite there yet. At the recommendation of a friend who worked in the field and with ComFor Care in the past, I made a phone call. Before we were actual clients of ComFor Care, we received outstanding advice, guidance and support from the very first phone call. Gary helped us through our difficult decision to send my father to the hospital and answered every single question and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and what comes next. Every person who I have spoken to from Comfor Care could not be more friendly and helpful. They were on standby for a week waiting for my father to come home. They called to check in on a regular basis. They listened and gave kind words and advice that has been a thousand times more helpful than even the hospital. They have now provided almost 24 hour service to my father who is at home in a hospital bed. The wonderful care givers have been there around the clock aiding my father. My mother and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and highly recommend Comfor Care to anyone who has a loved one that needs superb care and are looking for people they can trust.

Elaine, Gary and their team have proven themselves to be nothing but professional, compassionate, and highly responsive (Ive never have to call or email more than once to get a response to a question). They managed to arrange part-time care for my mom seven days a week within a day of her being released from the hospital and took the time necessary to listen and really understand our needs. The caregivers have been excellent in providing the kind of assistance my mom needs and Ive been extremely happy with and grateful for their service.

ComForCare has been managing the LIVE-IN care for my 94 year old father for two years now. We still have the same caregiver that we started with back then! Since I live out of state, there are many additional challenges to face in providing for my parents to remain in their home. ComForCare has enabled us to keep this option open. There are many things that set ComForCare apart from other agencies. In particular, they have excellent communication! They provide a high level of support to our family from the owners, the nurse, the administrative staff, and especially with regard to our caregiver. The caregivers have been well vetted and they do an exceptional job. ComForCare is very good at matching skill level, personality traits, and preferences with the clients needs. They have high standards of care and follow guidelines and care plans strictly. Our particular caregiver is amazing! She is always calming, in control, well structured with daily routines, thorough, observant, pleasant, communicative, and very well experienced. I highly recommend ComForCare to you for the peace of mind and care of your loved one.

ComForCare came to our rescue when our aunt was being discharged from the hospital and needed 1:1 care. The aide assigned (on a holiday weekend) was kind, patient and supportive. She was by my aunts side for years - as her companion and friend. We lived over an hour away and were so grateful to know that the aide and the wonderful staff at ComForCare were taking good care of our aunt. The office team (esp. Lindsay!) were so professional, responsive and easy to work with. We could not have been more pleased with ComForCare and highly recommend their services.
