Jyll Bascone is an excellent manager. She has a really good team working with her. Maureen Cassidy is also excellent as her job does not end with selling you on coming to Brighton Gardens. She is always there to help you. The nursing staff is excellent and so are all the care givers and cleaning people. My mom's apartment is always clean. Wendy the concierge is also amazing always with a smile. Same with Cheryl when you walk in. Also and most important the previous activities director Marlene helped to save my mom's life. Marlene noticed my mom did not come down for lunch and then went to check on her as they were working on something for Drama. When she saw my mom she knew something was not right and called the nursing staff. She also stayed with her and and explained this was not like my mom and it was serious. Deborah and her team acted immediately and got her right to the ER were they found she had a blockage in her bile duct causing septic shock. This quick action saved her life.

Great place! Wonderful staff! You couldn’t find anything better for your loved one! They truly made his last days one of his happiest. I will never forget the kindness, love and dedication . They were a true family to my husband and myself ! ❤️❤️❤️

So far the experience is good for my aunt. She is still adjusting to the move to this community. The meals and cleanliness provided here are really good. I like the staff, the price point, and it's cleanliness. All my reasons for choosing them.

My mother was only there at Brighton Gardens of Mountainside before she had to go back to the hospital. But from my experience, limited though it may have been, they were excellent. All of the people that we dealt with were very helpful and very considerate of my mothers circumstances.

My family and I are very pleased. The employees are very friendly and do the best they can. The facility is very clean and well kept. The cleanliness, friendliness, and care services are excellent. Overall, The Brighton Gardens of Mountainside is a nice community. I would recommend this place. We are just really pleased with everything. It's great. I can't rate the activities because it is not applicable.
