My husband and I took a tour in October of 2023 at the Bright view Senior Living in Mount Laurel, NJ. We were absolutely impressed with the cleanliness, the professionalism as well as how knowledgeable Naketa (the Community Sales Associate) was with answering our questions. She even took things a step further by giving us various "Food for Thought Suggestions" that we might want to consider ”. The decor inside/outside was well taken care of. The residents were friendly and you could tell that they were content with living at Bright View. This would be the number 1 place to visit and take a tour to see for yourself! ! 10 stars! ‚ Gail J.

I am familiar with the senior care atmosphere. I probably looked deeper then how beautiful it is on entry: I met Elizabeth and everything she said, about working together and it being a sometimes stressful environment, need to be alert and aware and ready to jump in, touching on respect and dignity. It very much hit home. Honestly It is a breath of fresh air for me to hear this. I look forward to exploring further.

The care my mother receives at Brightview in Mt. Laurel NJ is outstanding. The residents are treated like family with dignity and love. The facility is spotless and there are numerous activities for the residents to participate in each day. The nurses have done a wonderful job in keeping the residents safe during the pandemic. There has been frequent testing and the vaccine events made it easy to keep the vulnerable population as safe as possible in these trying times. We receive frequent updates from the director on the situation. The decision to move to assisted living is not an easy one, but I wake up grateful every morning knowing that my mother is safe and happy at Brightview.

If youre looking for THE perfect assisted living facility, look no further! We were looking for a place for my mother-in-law. I had a great feeling about this community from the beginning. We did look at about 5 other communities and nothing compared to Brightview. Dave Bailey couldnt have been more helpful. He is compassionate and caring person who listens to all your concerns and will answer your questions no matter how many times you ask the same questions. The community is spotlessly clean and has absolutely no odor. The decor and furnishings are very nice. The landscaping is meticulous! We chose a large studio for my mother-in-law. She has a small kitchenette, small sitting area with bright windows, an area for her bed and a private bath. The kitchenette and bathroom are updated. Move-in day went better than expected. The staff even made sure to give us lunch. We had the stuffed peppers and they were delicious . We are so thankful to Dave, Astrid, Sandy and the staff at Brightview for making this difficult transition so easy and stress free.

First of all, thanks so much for providing a healthy and fun living environment for my Mom-Mom. And second thanks so much for participating in my high school districts transition services program. Letting our interns help you out with cleaning tables, vacuuming in the dining area, etc. Is a good way to help them get their foot in the door at finding their first job!!!!

My mom has been a resident here for 2 months to date and her care has been quite good. As has been my experience in other places, the more the family watches out for their loved ones and communicates with the staff, the better the care of the resident.The monthly cost depends on multiple things including the type of room, the amount and type of care that is needed daily, if perscription drugs must be administered, if there are incontinence concerns, etc. The cost will vary very widely. The staff is very nice. The Brightview in Mount Laurel was at full capacity in July and August, 2018 (no vacancy) so you need to plan ahead as much as possible to reserve a spot. The grounds are very well maintained, the interior is very clean and bright, the rugs look new, and walls and trim appear freshly painted. I can say first handed this is a nice place for loved ones.

My mother-in-law is a resident at Brightview and she's been there for a year and so far her say has been very positive. The Facility is kept very clean and neat and there are lots of things for the residence to do. The meals are about average for this type of a residence. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to help solve problems. If you are looking for an assisted living facility for yourself or a loved one I do recommend Brightview. It's small and therefore they get to know each one of the residents. Since I am my mother-in-law's advocate they have been a big help to me many times.
