I wanted to share information about someone who was there on a weekend and help me out tremendously. Her name is Andrea Kelly, Director of Human Resources at Cambridge. There was a situation on a Sunday that could have caused me to have to stay in my bed for 24 hours instead of getting in my wheelchair and going to different therapy sessions and things. I left a message on Our Guest Services line and Andrea happened to hear the message and was good enough to come down immediately and solve the problem. She actually helped me with a couple other issues and make sure that these were addressed after the weekend. She went above and beyond and resolve an issue that had me so anxious. And whenever I see her in the hallways she's always asking if I need any help on anything and she's always giving me a great greeting. I'm so thankful she was there on a Sunday and was able to come down and resolve my issue.

The staff were friendly and appeared to sincerely care about the residents who were treated with respect and concern. The environment was warm, very clean and did not have odors often associated with long term care facilities. I'm getting to that point where a rehab center could be in my future. Cambridge would be my first choice.

Exceptional care, very clean and well kept facility. I chose Cambridge for their physician led specialty programming specifically for their heart failure program led by Dr. Sood. I am an LVAD patient which not many facilities can accommodate I found out they are highly trained and are AHA accredited. Pleasant staff and incredible therapy team.

When I first entered the entrance there was cold air. Upon entering the floor, I could hear my shoes sticking to the floor and the air in the hallways was warm/hot…which made me wonder about the spread of germs. My father's room was closest to the window and there was no bed in the room upon our arrival. The supervisor quickly moved a bed from another room to accommodate our father. The walls behind and around his bed were discolored and needed fresh painting. His neighbor's bed looked lopsided, like it was broken. And to raise or lower height of bed there was creaking crank sound, very disturbing sound to sleeping neighbor…less than desirable first impression. We did not want to leave our father here. Staff was pleasant, nice enough…supervisor listened to our concerns regarding two meds given that hospital didn't have…

I went to Cambridge after my heart surgery for cardiac rehab. I was extremely happy with Cambridge. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and the food was very good. I highly recommend Cambridge Rehabilitation.

Great and friendly service. They friended my Nana in such a way that when the staff lady walked in, my Nana glowed with a big smile. I felt better leaving her behind as I walked out, but I knew she was in good hands.

My 89-year-old father was discharged from the hospital, where he astounded all his medical team by surviving several serious health issues, to Cambridge rehab. He's doing very well at Cambridge — the nurses and especially his aide are so helpful and responsive — that he'll be going home soon! Thank you for taking such good care of a very ill man.

I visited my sister there. The room were clean and up to date. When they brought her dinner the gentleman who brought it nodded my way and asked if I was the brother she'd told him about. He was just as warm with me as with her. As far as the dinner they brought her, it was better than I planned to make at home. The location is AAA+, and there's plenty of parking. Very impressive!

Love the culture of Cambridge happy employees and happy patients/residents excellent patient care! Long term care, subacute rehabilitation and a licensed memory care unit all under one roof. Private suites are a plus! Specialty programs including Neurology, Pulmonary, Chronic Illness, Cardiology and much more. Activities for patients and nice common areas for patients and families to enjoy. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with.

I have a friend from Church that is a resident of the health center there. The place just got a face lift and it looks darned good. The staff are always so nice when I visit. It's well run and the administration is really helpful, even on weekends. Good place that I would consider for my future.

I would definitely recommend Cambridge. I visited 7 assisted living places in my area, and the residents seemed the happiest of all. Also, their financial package is the easiest to understand. My sister-in-law resides at Cambridge assisted living, but recently needed the rehab center after a hospital stay. The care she received was as personal and professional as the care she receives in assisted living. I highly recommend Cambridge rehab for top notch personalized care for a loved one. They take the worry out of getting extra medical help when needed.

This facility responded expeditiously to my need to transfer my family member from an abominable rehab center. Amanda/Admissions Head accomplished the transfer by handling the transportation and admission process with total professionalism. I did not have to do anything. The 3 other places required me to do much of their work and to check and recheck along the way. The Nursing staff at every level are knowledgeable, empathetic and enjoy their demanding work. They have allowed me to now be able to focus on so many other aspects of caring for my loved one. Dietary and Housecleaning were also impressive. If you are not receiving first class treatment for your loved one and yourself, I strongly recommend Cambridge Rehabilitation Center in Moorestown, N.J.I look forward to meeting the O. T., P. T. and Speech/language pathology team tomorrow.

Both of my in-laws live at Cambridge. They moved in during the pandemic. Their room is always kept clean and the hallways and lobby were just remodeled. Our family advocates for them and the staff respond quickly. We have told our friends about Cambridge and they have used their rehab unit and tell us what a great experience they have had. Good place.

Physical therapy at Cambridge was great. I fell nine weeks ago and broke my neck. Had surgery at Cooper trauma. Spent time at Kessler in Marlton. Came here four weeks ago. And now I cam walk with a walker, dress myself. And mostly take care of myself. Will go home on Tuesday. Before Christmas.

Visited A friend that is in your memory care unit. You guys are awesome. I watched how all the nurses and health aides were so attentive to every single patient, even the ones that were being difficult. Place is clean and active. Thumbs up to you guys!

Nursing leadership attentive and approachable. If it weren't for them, I'd give one star. Atmosphere appealing. Computer on wheels in front of fire extinguisher for over 2 days. This an against nfpa regs and puts the residents at risk. Some staff very good unfortunately others are dismissive. Medication safety a major issue.

My mother entered Cambridge rehab in Moorestown in December for rehabilitation. She was in the sub acute unit and received excellent care. When rehab was no longer an option, she was transferred to a different unit at Cambridge. When our family was concerned over that placement, the administrators at Cambridge met with us and had several conversations with us. They listened to and understood our concerns. The concerns were resolved and mom was moved back to the sub acute unit. She is much happier there, as are we. She is getting excellent care and the attention she deserves. Shout out to the staff in the sub acute unite and thank you to the administrators who made this possible.

You can never be to sure when it comes to nursing home/rehab facilities but I can promise you from the very first day my poppop got transferred here and I got to see the facility and meet the staff I knew I had might the right choice going with them. There facility is one of the cleanest places I've ever seen, not one area of thos place is dirty not even messy. The staff is absolutely amazing..for the most part they are all very friendly extremely professional compassionate and patient just as I said amazing. If you have a loved one that needs to be in someone else's care and you don't want to have to worry and want them to have the absolute best of the best care this is definitely the place to send them!

Both of my parents live at Cambridge. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to visit my parents daily given I live in the neighborhood. The building has undergone beautiful upgrades on all units and now looks as good as the care that is provided. There is more work to do but it is an impressive transformation, especially if you visited the building in the past. The entire team at Cambridge is always working to improve customer service and get the best outcomes. I strongly recommend touring the facility before making any decisions to place your parent elsewhere.
