My husband has needed post-hospital rehab twice in the past few months. CareOne provided a safe, comfortable, and encouraging environment for his recovery. Janine helped us to navigate the referral procedure in order to get him admitted after his recent stay at Virtua Hospital. We are so grateful for her assistance as we floundered through the difficult process. She took care of the details so that I could take care of my husband and he could concentrate on getting better. Thanks so much, Janine!

Nahawa and the staff were fantastic to my father. They treated him with lots of respect and love. Thank you so much. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody.

Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff and all the workers here! There's 2 staff I don't care for with service and follow ups but otherwise I will highly recommend this place to anyone, even my family members. They are a clean modern facility with a lot of old rich history which I love! If you're looking for a great rehab facility take a visit because you will not be disappointed. They treat the elderly great also and always have something going on with them. I'm jealous because I want to play bingo with them every night. LoL. If anything changes I will definitel post a update.

In general we had great care. However, not enough staff to fully watch over patients. The nurses Eileen had were wonderful and generally all the aids or techs were attentive. Food was terrible and service from kitchen terrible. They never sent up anything I ordered. pT staff excellent and rest of staff great.

Excellent care for my Mom! The aides, nurses, and OT/PT/speech therapists were top notch. Dr. Rivlin was wonderful; she adjusted Mom's medicines as needed and she called me several times to keep me informed. When I took Mom to her cardiologist she was impressed with how fantastic Mom looked. CareOne let us borrow their wheelchairs several times when I needed to take Mom out for specialist doctor appointments and the PT staff ordered her a new wheelchair through Medicare when the time came for Mom's discharge. Front desk and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The facility and patient rooms were always clean. Everyone who works there truly cares about the rehabilitation patients. When Mom was discharged back to her assisted living, Kim (social worker), had communicated with them and it was a smooth transition. Mom got lots of well wishes when she left and even a hug from staff.

On behalf of the Francisco family, we would like to thank the employees at CareOne Moorestown for the exceptional care they provided to Mary Francisco. Mary has said that if it weren't for the constant encouragement from the therapy team, she wouldn't be where she is today. We truly appreciate the care provided by the nurses and CNAs. This has been a very long road for Mary and our family is very thankful to see her come out on the other end of this! Thank you CareOne Moorestown!!

My grandmom was in CareOne after her triple bypass surgery and had an amazing experience. She is 92 and was completely independent prior to this surgery. It took a great team to get her back on her feet and that's exactly what happened!! She absolutely loved her therapy team and looked forward to this daily. Her nurses and cnas were so kind and kept my grandmom in positive spirits, even on her worst days. I cannot thank the administrator, Celeste, enough! She visited my grandmom often and made her feel at ease during her stay. The overall morale of the facility was great. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello & makes you feel as comfortable as you possibly can, they make it feel like home. Thanks to careone, my grandmom can enjoy life exactly how she did prior to her surgery!!

My mom has been a patient in Care one subacute rehab. After many harrowing experiences in other rehabs I was so impressed by the cleanliness & all who have & continue to care for her! Everyone there including nursing staff to aides to PT to front desk are so very kind, caring & accommodating! I am so happy that we have found this wonderful place with these amazing people! We have had 2 years of upset & terribly upsetting experiences until we found Care One in Moorestown! I cannot thank you enough for all you are doing to help my mom. She's soon to be 95 & was always so independent & you are helping to get her there again! My heart is full of thanks to all of you!!! My mom is happy there. That means everything to me!!!! Gina

I chose to do my rehabilitation at Care One Moorestown after a recent operation. The staff and medical team were terrific. They were responsible, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I believe the great care I received from the physical therapy staff was a great part of why I had such a speedy recovery once I got home. The facility itself was clean and very nicely furnished. I highly recommend Care One Moorestown for the best care you can receive.

My mom lives at careone Moorestown assisted living . They have been like family to her through the years ; very kind and caring . She currently is upstairs at careone 's rehab as a result of her hip. I want to thank PT and OT/speech for their excellent care and my mother's progress.

My mom has been at Care One Moorestown Subacute a few times now and was discharged again recently. All staff - from PT/OT, Nursing/CNA’s, Speech, Psychology, other Allied therapies, Nutrition/dining, Administration, AND the ladies at the front desk are kind, caring, compassionate and respectful. I was there on a daily basis and everyone was unfailingly helpful and invested in quality care. I do worry, in this phase of pandemic management ~ and in my own work experience dealing with the staffing crisis, particularly in front-line healthcare ~ staff are under-resourced/overly-taxed, so I was glad to be able to be there on a daily basis to participate in my mom’s care. Staff were interested in my input and receptive to questions/concerns. I would not hesitate to request the facility in future, if needed, and recommended it to a friend whose mother also recently needed subacute care.

My experience has been very good, I have had a suffient amount of,Physical, and,Occupational therapy. I find that the therapists are well trained, pleasant. My hope is that I wil continue at home with what I have learned at Care One Moorestown, On my first day here as I was settling in with the exercises, etc. As I was going to bed and I had 3 women enter my room, and said that since I had a fall (which I don’t believe I had a fall the but one of the women nollered at me and said don’t get in bed and proceeded to. Take me to. Center upstairs and was wrapped in sheets and made to sit on a stool for, about 2-1/2 hrs, without any explanation as to,what I did wrong. It was cold, I was humiliated, And I kept, asking, the women one at a time to,please help,me, at Which no one paid any attention to,me and finally after a few hours one of. The women finally told,me to go back,to my, room To say that this was a great introduction to my stay at CareOne was very, upsetting, and I,have not gotten over it. My husband died in the past year, so I have, had a very difficult year,

My mother received excellent care during her stay. She was particularly impressed with the level of expertise of the PT and OT staff in increasing her ability to live independently.

I have to say, this facility really does its best with caring for the elderly in the midst of a pandemic. The rehab as well as the assisted living section truly try to meet the needs of the patients. They are respectful of the residents as well as visitors. Their jobs are extremely hard! The facility is on a horse farm and in a beautiful setting. My mother goes for "walks" whenever the weather permits. She is difficult at times but the staff love her. There is even a beauty salon!

Mom just got transferred here last week. We almost lost her in October due to Covid Pneumonia but in the ICU (Virtua) she’s made great progress. She was transferred to a specialty hospital where she made minimal progress. So naturally, like any loves one, it’s Natural to have some concerns. But I like the way the nurses and therapist take their time to care for her, and patiently work with her day after day. Also, if you can’t get through or need an update just call the front desk and ask for the nurse supervisor. She will call you back and address any concerns you May have and will work to remedy any issues, if any. So far, they have my mothers care in the utmost concern and mom is making Progress because of it. Let’s see how this progresses. Will leave another review upon her discharge. I pray for her and everyone else’s continued healing!!

I have worked here for since 2018 and it is a great place to work, live, and get therapy!
July 2021
My mom was there after surgery and because we cannot visit due to Covid it was extremely hard finding what was going on with her. I was told we would do a DUO call so I could see and talk to my mom at least once a week but it only happened once. The problem I had was, when someone leaves the hospital they are given paperwork that shows things that must be followed up on. That paperwork was given to Care One. Care One told me my mom had an appointment at Kidney Care and they would be transporting her. They did not take her, never called them and she received a bill for NO CALL / NO SHOW. I have called to speak to them about it but no one answers and no one has returned my calls at all. That is totally upsetting to me.
June 2021
The weak link in the excellent care at Care One is the people who make up the trays. Nutritionist has ordered Dbl portions for husband. TOO often barely a single Call down to ask can take several hours. You need a person to inspect ALL trays as they leave the kitchen

I would not recommend. My father was in for sub-acute rehab after major surgery and did not have a good experience. We were very frustrated with his sub-par nursing care and lack of attention and it was difficult to directly get ahold of anyone to discuss, especially since I couldn't be there with him due to Covid. The specialists for PT, OT, speech therapy and behavioral therapy were all very good; they were so good in fact, that they often advocated for my father's needs when no one else would help or listen to him, so thank goodness for them. I would suggest looking at other options.

The PT-OT staff were compassionate and professional addressing all of my conditions. They also answered my questions and respected my own background in exercise science. The Registered Dietitian and Food Service Administrator were equally dedicated to the well being of all patients. I have some dietary restrictions and once they learned of them my diet was greatly improved. Thank you both for the help I received. The cleaning -environmental staff were such hard workers. They addressed me upon entering my room and worked diligently to keep my room disinfected. Nursing aides Steve and Janet made me smile through some difficult times during my stay. Nurse A took such good care of my leg wounds that Im sure the dressings were applied with great expertise from a wound care specialist here at the facility. Thank you for the care I received during my stay, as Im horrible with names to name everyone who gave me the best care. But I did my best to thank everyone as I was given attentive and professional care.
March 2021
My dad was there and the staff is great. Its right on a horse farm so you can watch the horses. Its very clean and they have lots of activities.. The PT and OT staff would take my dad outside to do his arm exercises when it was nice out as they did not have to take him outside but did so he could get some fresh air.

Im coming from an outside agency for 1 on 1 care with a patient. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly, welcoming and willing to show me around. Whatever I need, I know Im allowed to ask for help! Underneath the staffs masks I know theyre smiling! I felt super welcomed and Im glad I could come in to care for a patient 1 on 1 like the family wanted! The place is super clean has hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility and they take temperatures when you walk in and its definitely a place I feel safe at! So thank you Careone for making me feel safe keep up the great work!

PT-OT staff were outstanding. Nice facility in beautiful setting. Food was decent if not always what was ordered. Nursing and aides generally good but at times slow to respond to calls for assistance. BIG fail in discharge planning. They told me my relative was ready to return to independent living. It quickly became apparent that she needed 24-7 help. Had they given an honest assessment I would have had time to make arrangements before her discharge on a holiday weekend. When I called to discuss, was told to leave a message for the social worker which went unreturned.

After a delicate back surgery and hospitalization I went to CareOne at Moorestown for sub acute rehab. I stayed at this facility for 11 days. I have only good words to detail my experience. From housekeeping to the admissions director, doctors, PTs, OTs, nurses and CNAs, I had excellent care and would always recommend CareOne to those in need. Thank you for making me stronger and to return home to complete my recovery.

The doctor Mr Rajan Patel is top notch.Cant have better.Godfrey the nurse is very good and also physiotherapists. Aides are good but response time is what they have to work on.over all they are best in area.

My mother has been to two different rehad centers within two years for both triple by pass surgury, knee replacement and a fall needing rehad. Care one in Moorestown has been the ONLY facility that I can rest at night knowing she is being cared for not only physically but emotionally. EVERYONE is kind and respectful of every patients needs.

I just wanted to say how well the staff at Care One At Moorestown took care of my mom, she was there for 21 days and everyday she was cared for. The nurses and techs were so Compassionate as if their family members was there. So I say Thank you all. Mary Smith & Family

We are very, very happy with Care One of Moorestown. The place is clean and much care is done to keep it that way. The staff is wonderful! Everyone from dining to maintenance to the front desk to nursing to rehab and administration were so courteous and helpful! We were especially happy with the ongoing presence of the nursing staff in the hallways. Whenever we needed someone to help, they were not far away! God bless you all for the great team effort for the care of others!

CareOne at Moorestown was the perfect facility for my mother. It is more intimate than the average assisted living facility, where my mother did not get lost in the crowd. Everyone is on a first name basis, and catered to her personal interests making her feel at home while she was at CareOne during a respite stay. Amongst the staff, the nurses and aids eased her through the nights that she was not feeling her best. They stayed by her side, and kept her comfortable. As an animal lover, she spent her time gazing at the horses on the facility premises, and also immersed herself into the activities and entertainment that were lined up by the hour. Her two week respite, in her words-flew by, and we felt better knowing that while shes at CareOne at Moorestown, shes in good hands.

I was very worried when my family decided to put my mommom into a "home." I am so happy to see that she has her own apartment, has friends and is genuinely happy. So far this has been a very good experience for her and the rest of my family.

My mother-in-law suffered a fractured hip a few months back. With my nursing background I decided to look into rehabilitation facilities on her behalf. After much research all roads led to Care One Moorestown. Given the gravity of the situation I was poised to micromanage my mother-in-law's care, to ensure a successful outcome. The therapy, nursing, and social work staff did a great job with both my mother-in-law and communicating with my family.
