My loved one recently moved into Wellspring and she is getting excellent care. Alexandria, Joan and Megan have been amazing, the admission and the move-in process was seamless. The facility is clean, bright and comfortable, the staff are attentive and well-trained to work with dementia patients. We are grateful that we chose Wellspring, highly recommended.

My family member moved to Juniper Village at Williamstown over a month ago. The whole staff in every department have been really wonderful with our transition and most especially Alexandria who was beyond amazing in every aspect. Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. The building is clean and bright and has a great homey feeling. I go there almost every day and feel welcomed at my arrival every time. There are daily activities and I see the residents walking over to participate, which is great to see. Everyone is really nice and it feels like you are hanging out with new friends and family. My family member is a pretty picky eater and they are finding that the food is pretty good! Many people would find that to be a plus! If I have any questions the nursing staff and front office are always really understanding and knowledgeable. That is what I find to be the plus! From our experience, I truly recommend Juniper Village at Williamstown.

Hello ..My father William Hamilton was a resident at Juniper ..My father Loved this place . He passed away March of 2009 ..They kept him Happy ...Clean and the staff always checked on him ...He had some depression along the way and they all became his friend ...He Loved his Breakfast time and the Chef ...They became close and he made him all his favorites..When he passed I told them to save a room for me because I will be back ❤

In that time, I have seen the community undergo many changes – changes in staff, changes in residents, changes in the administration – however, one thing that has never changed in those ten years is the level of individualized care and dedication that the management and staff show to each and every resident in their care. If you are considering placing a loved one into an Assisted Living community, or if you yourself are in need of such services, I would strongly urge you to check out Juniper Village at Williamstown and stop by for a tour of the community. Very quickly you will come to find that the community is not institutional; rather, it is very homey, warm, and welcoming. Residents – who have been strangers to one another for the majority of their lives – become fast friends. Community activities foster interpersonal relationships while residents free time helps to maintain independence. Freedom of choice is one of the core values of Juniper Village at Williamstown. Our residents are people. Just because they have come to be under our care does not negate their entitlement to the same rights and freedoms as anyone else. Nothing is ever perfect, but the staff tries very hard to make everyone comfortable, safe, happy and well fed. Family members have the responsibility to bring up any problems whether small or large as soon as possible to administrators. Residents are treated with respect and kindness as far as I have observed. I stopped by yesterday, a Saturday, and the lunch was salmon, rice and broccoli. Simply prepared and not overly spicy. I touched the salmon at my parent's plate and it was nice and hot, which it should be, especially fish. It was a healthy lunch in my humble opinion. The residents look forward to good food for their meals. It's very important to them, and to us as their family members to see them eating well. My mother's room is clean when I visit, bed always made up and room tidy. Like I said, there is always room for change and improvement, as it should be, but for the most part I am satisfied overall.

As a Nurse Practitioner, I provide Primary Care to the residents of Juniper Village and Wellspring in Williamstown, NJ. I am employed by Redwood Health Services. As a Nurse Practitioner, I provide annual health visits and manage chronic diseases such as heart failure, diabetes, and dementia. I also provide urgent care if needed. The goal is to prevent emergency room visits and hospitalization if possible. When appropriate I assist residents and their families plan end of life care. I am often asked "How do you select an assisted living facility or a memory care facility"? I advise them to visit a facility an observe the staff with residents. Are they engaging with the resident or doing something to them? Juniper Village and Wellspring at Williamstown have a very high standard for all employees from the dietary service, housekeeping, maintenance and care providers. The focus is on the process of interacting with respect and kindness. As the Primary Care provider I have the opportunity to observe and listen to staff and caregivers interacting with residents. The gentleness that is shown cannot be pretended. In the memory building, staff may need to continue to repeat many times the same thing to a resident for their comfort or safety all with a gentle voice. This kind of work is very difficult and it requires special people. The administrator regularly acknowledges and rewards staff and individuals for their high standard of performance. Just recently, employees will be provided for urgent care visits with me at no cost yearly. So when you visit an assisted living or memory building do not be awed by the furniture, decorations or amenities but instead observe the staff with the residents.

I celebrated my tenth anniversary with Juniper Village at Williamstown this past November. They say if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. I absolutely love what I do, we have an awesome team at Williamstown! I have had many grandparents and I've loved each and everyone of them!! I look forward to the next 10 years!!

Having had a loved one in Juniper for several years, I can highly recommend this Assisted Living Community. I had experience with both buildings and can say with confidence, ALL staff is competent, loving and caring. They strive to keep updated and educated in all areas of the elderly and their clients cognitive ability. The staff bent over backwards to provide my loved one with respectful care, especially as the end of life approached. I am ever so thankful for their love and support!

My parents have been at Juniper for a couple of months. The staff is loving, caring, helpful, kind, and interested in them as people, not just residents. They have bent over backward to help my parents and family make the adjustment. We continue to be blessed, over and over by this staff. Also, the atmosphere is beautiful - warm, clean, lovely - like a real home.

I have been a resident at Juniper Village Williamstown for a year and a half. Previously I had lived at another assisted living community in the area. I am very pleased that I made the choice to move to Juniper Village Williamstown. I have a beautiful courtyard apartment with a cozy living room, bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The view from my window is lovely. In the nice weather I enjoy sitting on the patio and looking at the beautiful flowers while listening to the birds sing! I enjoy participating in all the activities and have made many friends that I love dearly. I especially enjoy the music, parties, games and going out on the outings to see a play or have lunch with my friends. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The nursing staff is always professional and eager to assist. The meals are delicious and the staff is always friendly. I feel as if I am staying at a 5 star resort!

I made Juniper Village Williamstown my new home 6 month ago and I love it! I have a beautiful room with a great view of the outside. Everything is so clean and the building has a very home like atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and assist me with all my needs. I keep busy all day with the activities and have met many nice friends. I especially enjoy the music, parties, cooking classes, crafts, church services and discussions about the past and present events. I have participated in the outings to the casino, shopping and lunch at the restaurants in the area. My family lives close by and visits with me often. They are always welcome to participate in the parties and we all have a great time together. I enjoy the meals and the chefs always give us so much to eat. They have a very nice dining room and I enjoy eating with the ladies and socializing about what we are doing. I am busy all day and sleep well at night knowing that I am in a great place.

This month Mom celebrates her 4th year at Juniper. As I reflect on pre Juniper days, I am grateful that the stress of being primary care giver for Mom has been relieved. Now she gets her meds and meals on time. She has companionship. She has a full and busy day. She laughs everyday. Juniper has given her all of this. It is a small community, a circular building. So that no matter which you go, you always end up in the center of the action. There daily activities such as exercise classes, trivia games, cooking, crafts, a lot of bingo and beautiful music hours. It is truly a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the residents. I am grateful that Mom is here and is happy everyday.

I have been an employee at Juniper Village Williamstown for 1 year now and I would like to share my experience of the assisted living and memory care community. I have worked previously in another assisted living community for 6 years and in long term care for 23 years. I am very impressed with the compassion and commitment that the staff show to the residents on a daily basis. The administration is hands on with all aspects of care and quality of life for each resident. The nursing staff offers top notch care and keeps aware of each resident needs. From the moment of entering Juniper Village Williamstown there is a welcoming home like atmosphere which can be felt throughout the entire community. The residents are kept active while enjoying a variety of activities that help to meet their social, physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual needs. Juniper Village Williamstown provides weekly outings to community events as well as plays, restaurants, shopping and casino trips. The chefs at Juniper Village Williamstown provide the residents with a variety of delicious and healthy meals which are greatly enjoyed. I highly recommend this community and have done so successfully on a number of occasions.

I have consulted as the Registered Dietitian at Juniper Village for over 7 years. The care is exemplary by all staff: administration, nursing, food service, activities and house keeping. They truly love their jobs and it reflects through the care they provide the residents. I have been in the geriatric business for over 30 years and feel this is one of the best facilities to have your loved ones receive quality care.

This community not only provides assisted living, but memory care as well. The two building campus was purpose built for this type of care and the programming is specific to resident needs with all staff trained in dementia care giving techniques.
