We can’t thank the incredible employees of AristaCare at Manchester enough for the amazing care they provided for our Dad during his recent stay. Starting with Barbara Knowles, External Case Manager, for her kindness, compassion, and professionalism when setting up the hospital transfer, and being there for him throughout his stay. Jackie Rosado and Jackie Hanson both checked in often to be sure he was having a successful experience and received whatever help he needed. There weren’t any issues, but if there were, Betty Belluscio was ready to fix anything that needed to be addressed. Finally wrapping up with Mary, the Post Discharge Coordinator, who continues to check in to be sure he was sent home with all proper medications and all questions answered, even 3 weeks after being discharged! During his stay, all of the employees were amazing, but Evette stands out as a tremendous help getting him ready and set to start each day. Thanks, as well, to Courtney on day shift and James on night shift for their help and wonderful care. The stylish Melissa always kept things running smoothly and efficiently! The Physical Therapy Department got him prepared and strong enough to head home with confidence - in a short amount of time. Finally, Mr. T. stopped by to check in on our Dad and made sure that his time spent at AristaCare at Manchester was the absolute best it could be.

My experience was great! The Physical Therapy Unit was wonderful. Each person had their individual expertise, and together they built you up. The food was good and helped get me healthy again. The Aides were wonderful and took care of all my wants and needs. Layla at the front desk was fantastic! The Doctors and Nurses were all knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I met great friends in our daily "Smokers Group"! Administration was phenomenal. The overall experience was FIVE STARS!

I had a family member transferred to this facility in Manchester today from another 5 star facility in Brick and it was a breath of fresh air today from a 3 month period of a long hardship in another facility. I know these facilities have sick patients to care for and we are not their only patient/customer but today Aristacare outshined the care that our family member had received in 3 months in just a few hours. The staff from The front desk, to the Admissions officer (Jackie), aid (Melissa) social worker (Jacqueline) and doctor from rehabilitation center was exceptionally friendly, helpful and supportive to our needs. I wish I knew of this place 3 months ago. Facility is exceptionally clean, staff is pleasant and accommodating, and food service was a plus, meal served was HOT and tasty. First day there and I have to say it is an exceptional 5 STAR for day one. Thank you all.

Our Mom spent several weeks here & our family is very happy she did! The nursing staff was wonderful to her & really got to know her & what helped her the most. My Moms only complaint was they give too much food! Which is actually a good thing! Even after she was discharged we received follow up calls to make sure everything was going smoothly & was told if we needed anything to just reach out to them. So glad we found a place that cares like they do.

I have been at this facility for almost 4 weeks. I'm a resident for rehab and I can tell you that Therapy has the greatest people and do a stupendous job. The atmosphere in the building is light and enjoyable. Playing music throughout the building. With there help I have stopped smoking and look forward to a healthier life. I would recommend this facility over and over again to anyone needing care or rehab. Thank you to all the Staff, nurses and aides for taking such good care of me.

My Mother had an excellent experience at Aristacare. According to my mom it was the best rehabilitated facility she’s been to over the past 20 years. I have been to two other nursing facilities and Aristacare at Manchester has been the best! For the 3 months I have been here, the staff have been very respectful and went above and beyond for me. Every staff member I encountered were willing to go out of their way to help me, helping even when I did not ask. I would absolutely recommend this facility. The staff all deserve A+ for all of their hard work and effort, especially Mel, Brenda, Carol, Marlene, and Daisy. I've never met anyone as hardworking as Jeniyah!

We truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for this facility. We almost lost my mom due to a thyroid storm, and at one point, the doctors were not very optimistic, especially since she wasn’t responding or motivated to improve. After she was transferred here, we immediately noticed a difference. Within just a week, she became more motivated, started eating again, and even wanted to get out of bed. After six long months of watching her decline, it was incredible to see such a positive turnaround. Thanks to the dedication and care of the staff at AristaCare, my mom was able to return to her previous self. My family and I are beyond thankful that we were guided to this facility.

My father has been here several times in the past year or so, and everyone is generally concerned about their well-being. Everybody has been very cooperative nice and respectful, and if you need questions answered there's always somebody at the front desk that can help you!

As with most in patient rehab the staff is overwhelmed with all the responsibilities of the job. Unfortunately, our government wants to make more cuts so there will be even less staff required. As you are well aware that would be devastating to the patient but the corporations will love it because their profits go up. If I had it to do over again, I would not have put my wife in rehab but had the visiting nurse come to the house. More one on one care and in familiar surroundings. Again no reflection on the nurses or the aides. It's not their fault. Even with everything they go through, they are dedicated and caring.

First, I wanna say there’s probably not enough room here to say how incredibly well my family experience went with the facility. There was certainly apprehension on our part before Howard, my 85 YO fathers admission for rehab as we were unsure about rehab facilities in general, having never gone to one. However, quite literally from the moment Dad walked in the door until his discharge after 6 weeks, It has been an absolutely amazing experience. There are so many good things to mention I couldn’t fit it all here, even if I tried. First I want to say that a few names come to mind and for those who aren’t mentioned just know that everyone was absolutely Wonderful. The social workers Nicole and Jackie, Mark and Greg from physical therapy , Courtney from the aides, Moleeka from nursing, Mary from post discharge, the administrator, The super kind lady at the front lobby desk (always with a smile and kind words), and to all the other nurses and aids and attendants. Everyone was fabulous and from our family from the bottom of our heart a huge thank you. Stellar Communications, attentiveness, diligence, and caring made the difference and would recommend this facility 1000% to anyone!

My husband was in rehab. He was satisfied with all the help he received. Most staff was very pleasant.

My stepfather came in with multiple significant medical issues. He was able to rehab well so he could walk with a walker when he was discharged. Had excellent nursing care, and excellent staff who helped him adjust to new dialysis as well. Staff was excellent, facility is clean and food was great. I highly recommend this facility.

My has been a resident here for a couple of years arecrihood care from staff especially Caroline her cna she’s amazing treats my like her own theyjinh I would mention is the food could be better I eve been on a couple of facilities after suffering a stroke I don’t understand why soup especially in winter is not on the menu daily otherwise the facility kept clean staff are all kind for the most the weekends seem to be a problem I many facjeslth facilities ilities in New Jersey many of the residents don’t have family but their meal become something they look for to I would suggest amping up the menu done

It had gotten to hard to keep our dad home as he’s been suffering dementia and physical decline. The staff was super caring and patient throughout the process of moving dad in and helped him settle in nicely. We feel confident in how comfortable they made him feel and relief that he’s in good hands.

My brother was admitted to Aristacare at Manchester after a short hospital stay in February . It took a few weeks for him to get acclimated, but he is now improved so dramatically. It’s nothing short of a miracle..The staff have been so attentive and caring. Joy and Mandy and Mel and so many others have just been a great asset to his improvement. We also love Layla at the front desk ! I would recommend Aristacare and Manchester to others looking for Familycare.

Well meaning staff - poorly managed! Mom spent a week there, transferred from hospital stay to Sub Acute rehab from a broken hip. Care was provided in a reactive posture where reactive times were very slow! Call buttons were either never answered or answered after yelling for help and/or 30 minutes later. Almost every room had call lights on and call bells would ring all day long while staff sat at nurse station ignoring them. I only saw one shift where the call buttons were being answered! The food was unappetizing and any vegetables were overcooked for a majority of meals. Constantly requested assistance for bathroom trips, and bed changes. asking for water and given a little plastic cup, no lid, no ice, no straw, I had to request all that every time. Repeated requests made before any request was obliged. Well meaning staff were constantly overwhelmed and getting their attention was very competitive. I would keep looking if you are considering this place. It was one of only two options that had availability at time of discharge. I was able to move Mom to a better managed Rehab.

Some of the nurses/aides are very helpful and friendly. Others, not so helpful. Building, patient rooms, are old & need updating. My husband is here and we can't get him a longer bed. It was promised a week ago. Plus I keep losing his clothes! They've been labeled as requested by the facility, yet they keep losing his clothes!!

Aristacare is by far the best facility . When you walk into the lobby, it looks like a resort. The floors are beautiful. Every single employee was nice& kind to my mom& my husband, who were both there at the same time. It is very clean& no smells. I 100% recommend Aristacare. There are some very special members of the staff at Aristacare who care about my dad not just as a patient but as a person. Their dedication means the world to me. A special shout out to Lisette who welcomed him when he first got there and has been making Aristacare feel more like home for him ever since.

I was at this arista care for 3mos for rehab I love the aids especially Lisa, Samantha, and over night aids love the nurses they were right on top of everything , and therapy department was awesome a big thank you to Greg, Robbin , and all that helped me . My only complaint is the food was absolutely horrible again thank you all I tell everyone I had a wonderful experience.
