I have updated my previous rating of this facility from 3 to 5 stars. I had some concerns with availability of nursing care and maintenance services after visiting hours. After a very detailed conversation with the administrator, who addressed my concerns and clearly explained the facility's protocol, I was pleasantly corrected regarding the 2 issues mentioned above. The administrator assured me that there are, indeed, nurse services around the clock, and if a maintenance issue does arise after hours, an employee is called immediately to tend to the problem. I feel quite satisfied knowing that our loved one is in good hands and apologize to the management for any misunderstanding on my part. The Havens is a very nice facility for people who need assisted living services. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I would recommend this facility very highly.

Everyday they have pancakes with apple topping. There's NEVER apple topping. That's disappointing and misleading to the patients. I don't know why you just can't buy the apple topping. These people don't have much joy in their lives. Give them something to look forward to.

When they gave me The Havens building, I loved it from the first day. Everybody here work as teamwork it do not matter what field you work in. We are one family and I love all my residents.

We moved my mother in October. She very happy there. The employee's are very nice. If there a issue taken care of right of way. The only problem I have is the parking. The employee's should park in employee parking not with visitors. Not alot of parking available.

My Mom seems hapoy! The staff is wonderful, but the food has really changed drastically! My Mom has expressed that their are no more homemade pies or cakes, and the dinner and lunch choices are much to be desired.

My mom is at the Arbors for rehab after her last fall. We are looking to place her in assistant living, and decided to go next door to check out the Havens. I was given a tour, it far exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely helpful and the apartments are freshly renovated. I'll definitely move forward with placing my mom with the Havens.

The staff are friendly as well as helpful. Today I carelessly left behind paperwork that needed to be completed by the physician where I was taking my Aunt. Upon my return, I explained that I neglected to bring the required paperwork. The staff remedied the problem by immediately faxing the papers to the physician! All completed with a smile!

I have visited my aunt many times and today I stayed and had lunch with her. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and my aunt is very happy & well cared for. Her apartment very nice- an open kitchenette, living room with separate bedroom and bath.
