The facility was very clean and the woman at the front desk was very helpful signing in. We visited with our cousin and it was a nice cozy atmosphere and decorated for Valentine’s Day.

My Aunt has been a resident here for 18 months. I am very pleased with the level of care she receives as well as the cleanliness of the residents and the facility. The nurses (Althea and Trish) know the residents very well and treat them with kindness, compassion and respect. They are always available to speak with me about any concerns I have. Jessica, the activities person, is very kind and caring. Three outstanding aids (Mariah, Matalia, and Malasia) in my Aunt’s section are just OUTSTANDING and treat the residents in their care like family members. This is the third facility my Aunt has been to in the last five years. I highly recommend this facility where the owners are on staff every day and available to discuss any concerns you have.

I was truly impressed. First by the tasteful and friendly decorations on all of the walls. The outdoor area was lovely. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the lunch that they served was perfect for someone with lots of dietary needs. The small one room, kitchenette, and bedroom, clean and delightful. Certainly a place that I would think about if I wanted to be in an assisted living arrangement. Everything was very cheerful, and the staff was beyond wonderful. Definitely a place for mom.

I was really pleased at the activities Coleen the art director was doing with the people living here. Very engaging to keep the mind sharp and social - which is very important. The resident Golden Retrievers are wonderful therapists too. Very clean establishment and great environment.

I went to visit my mom in law who arrived at Bayside Manor just a few days ago. It was such a pleasant experience entering into the parking lot. Maria greeted my son and I warmly and explained how to sign in. Nurse Robin welcomed us on our walk to the elevator The halls were decorated for the holidays and we felt embraced by the overall feeling here. Moms room is clean and if good size. She seems to be relaxed and enjoying her football games with her children and grandchildren. So happy she is here!

My mother was a resident at Bayside Manor for quite a few years and they took excellent care of her. They welcomed her and me like family and I have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about them. The facility is well maintained and The staff genuinely cares about their residents and their well being. After visiting multiple memory care facilities, Bayside Manor was by far the very best. It is family owned and operated and it shows. Anthony knows the guests by name and the guests all love him. He was patient and kind with my questions and worries. I didn’t feel I was being sold on the facility. The atmosphere, the many workers and guests sold the facility for him. I waited over six months to write this review. I wanted to let my emotions even out before writing. One emotion remains, I feel I made the right choice for my husband’s care, initially with the hope of recovery and through hospice care and his passing. I knew his nurses and aides by name. They work extremely hard at what they do. They take the time necessary with each guest. They took time each day to speak with me. The rooms and common areas were always clean as were the guests. The common area was bright and inviting. On a practical side, to enter the building you needed to sign in, have your temperature taken and complete a health questionnaire as to your symptoms. Masks were always worn. Before entering my husband’s room and after leaving I was instructed to wash my hands. I felt my husband was well taken care of at Bayside Manor. I was grateful there was one room open when we needed it as the facility is at capacity! Looking back, I know I did all I could for my husband’s care and was comfortable with everyone at Bayside Manor to take over. Do your homework, visit a few facilities, ask questions. Be sure to talk to Anthony at Bayside Manor! I thank them with the bottom of my heart.

My father had terrific care for almost 2 years before he passed. He had a ball dancing almost daily and enjoying the recreation department. Colleen head of actives is personality plus. Everyone loves her. Bayside Manor is sparkling clean. I don’t think there is a better place to be.
