We moved my aunt to the Villas in October of 2025. After seeing it and taking the tour with Kim, my cousin and I were so impressed by the facility, and the staff that although we knew it would not be an easy transition we were confident that we were doing the right thing. Eight months later we know we made the right decision. The grounds are immaculate, the people are so friendly and the staff is amazing! I still converse with Kim from time to time and know she is there if I need anything. My aunt does many of the activities and "is never in her room" It's such a comfort knowing my aunt is in such good hands and I don't have to worry about her when I am not able to visit for a week or two. I could not be happier that my cousin found the Villas.

The villas helped me transition my mom to assisted living back in November and have offered a good mix of assisted care and independence for my mom. Mom loves the activities and going to the movie theatre, and my kids love playing in the game room when we visit. The staff (management, nurses, dining room, activity team) are all so friendly, recognize both me and my mom and address us by name, and have gone out of their way to ensure we’re all on the same page with care. I’m very happy with my decision to go with the Villas as I know my Mom is safe and well cared for.

During an unexpected emergency at my child’s school, their staff opened their doors with incredible kindness, patience, and compassion. My mother-in-law Luann recently made the Villas of Holmdel her new home. Today was my first visit and I was delighted to see how the staff interacts with all of their guests, the cleanliness of the common areas, the detailed activity planning and most importantly how happy she is. The Villas is very nice and clean and the grounds are beautiful. The people are so nice and caring. The food is good and there is a vast variety of choices. Sometimes it is too slow coming out of the kitchen. The staff is very nice and at times is short staffed. The PT dept is excellent. Cannot say enough about how strong my parents have gotten since they arrived 3 months ago. The activities dept headed by Tara is excellent, they work together as a team. The movie theater is great and selection is excellent! My father loves to swim and unfortunately the pool is small.

Wow, did we get lucky finding The Villas of Holmdel. My father has been living there for a little under a year and he is very comfortable. We looked at many assisted living facilities and The Villas surpassed them all. The assistance is above and beyond, the food is really good and the building is beautiful. They throw parties every few months as they just did for Christmas and they spare no expense. They have activities a pool and even an ice cream bar. If you are looking for a loved one, I would check them out.

My wife and I could not be happier with Villas of Holmdel and the wonderful care they provided for my Uncle. We moved him there in July, and the positive difference in his quality of life was incredible. The staff here are true angels. From the facility Director Kim R., Nurse Jackie, speech and physical therapists, and all the nurses in the care unit were so patient and loving, each caregiver on the 3rd floor, always took the time to make my Uncle feel comfortable. They were not only attentive to his needs but also genuinely compassionate and kind, which has made all the difference during this transition. Communication is excellent, and the team always kept us updated on his health and well-being. The facility is consistently clean and has a warm, welcoming feel”not like a hospital at all. My Uncles apartment had all the amenities he needed. We are especially impressed with the variety of activities offered, which have kept my Uncle engaged and social. The community events and daily activities have made him feel like part of a family. Choosing an assisted living facility was a difficult decision, but finding Kim R. was an answered prayer. We had complete peace of mind knowing he was safe, happy, and so well-cared-for. We highly recommend the Villas in Holmdel to any family in a similar situation.

Moving a loved one into assisted living is never an easy decision, but Villas of Holmdel made the transition smoother than we could have hoped. The staff went above and beyond to make my dad feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. The community is beautifully maintained, with inviting common areas.The facility itself has all the amenities you can think of. The activities are planned to engage residents both socially and mentally. Meals are nutritious and delicious. The staff has been very helpful; the nurses, caregivers, and dining staff treat residents with respect.. Thank you, for giving our family the reassurance and support we hoped for.

My mother spent almost 3 years at The Villas (since it's opening). We live out of state and so happy we chose this facility. The Villas was very clean and safe and the staff were kind and caring. There were lots of activities and events for different interests and levels. My family was always impressed by the food quality and variety. The contracted medical care- PT, OT and Dove Hospice my mother used and the nursing/PA staff were attentive and very helpful and supportive. We did not really "shop around" for assisted living in the Monmouth County area (except looking at reviews) since it was during COVID but I feel very fortunate The Villas opened when it did, it was the best decision we made.

My dad was fortunate enough to live at the The Villas recently for about three months before his passing. Every day he was there, I wished we had made the decision to move him in sooner. It is truly an incredible place with so many activities, lovely people and excellent care. I went to sleep every night knowing that my dad was not only taken care of but loved by all. Their calendar is filled with numerous daily activities that provided amazing opportunities for social interaction and stimulation. From trivia games to crafts, and bingo to soap making just to name a few. The world class facilities and building are gorgeous and the nursing staff/aids are just incredible. Having an onsite Doctor and RN along with the PT, OT and speech therapy staff all in house is extremely convenient and they are highly knowledgeable. The variety of food offered daily at the restaurant was incredible and we enjoyed family dinners in the main dining room, private dining room and also utilized the full kitchen and ovens for Easter. The game room, library, and theater were also wonderful. Let’s not forget about the daily happy hours which are so much fun and most nights include entertainment. Heck I want to live there! I would strongly recommend The Villas.

I don't know where to begin to tell you how wonderful this place is, my siblings and I were looking for a place for mom to call home. But unfortunately she became very ill and wound up going here for end-of-life care, and we could not have been more satisfied with the way that the staff treated my mom and our family throughout the process. When I met Jessica the sales person and Asmat the director we knew that this was the right choice. Katie the head nurse is amazing, she treated our mother as if she was her own, then there was Stephanie and Joan who were so compassionate and attentive as was Nina along with all of the aides and night nurses. I can't forget to mention the amenities that are available for everyone, this facility is unbelievable and is a must see. Thank you to everyone we will never forget what you did for our mom and our family.

TheVilla's of Holmdel is a quinessential Senior Living Community and the first of it's kind. It is groundbreaking offering an equisite community with upscale decor, and a professional staff like no other I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Asmat Mumladze the Executive Director is class personified, professional, skilled in her field, personable, and runs the Villas like a well oiled machine. From the custodial staff with Mario and JB, the Aides, the Kitchen serving 5 star meals daily, the Nursing staff headed by Katie Curtain along with Joan and Stephanie Volker. The care you recieve for your loved one is to exceed all expectations you could have ever imagined. I placed my parents there after a catastrophic illness that left my mother medically and psychiatrically compromised while my Dad still independent. Asmat and her team guided my family to give them the quality of life they deserve and the peace of mind we all needed to know they were happy and safe. I cannot say enough about this wonderful organization, they were my saving grace:) Ann Brunetti

I moved into The Villas on Jan. 2, 2023. I moved from my home in Village Grande, a senior citizen complex in Holmdel. I had done research into several facilities in NJ, but when I first heard about The Villas at a luncheon given by The Villas, I was sure that was the place for me. After a tour of the facility, I was convinced. I have been here for two months, and I am convinced I made the correct decision. I have an apartment that I love - a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen. The apartment comes with all the amenities - healthcare, weekly changing and washing of bed linens, weekly housekeeping services and three wonderful meals a day plus enjoyable activities with Tara and with the concierge, Jill Ippolito. I have met lovely residents here. Also, the staff is available and helpful. My move in was very easy thanks to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Leslie Parente. I am looking forward to the warm weather when I will be enjoying the lovely grounds and outside activities.

My parents moved to the Villas and we couldn’t be happier. Most importantly, as their children we wanted them to be safe, well loved, fed, entertained, and comfortable. We have all that and more. The Villas is absolutely beautiful inside, with tons of activity rooms, gorgeous spa and pool, expansive bar for fun evening events (I loved bingo night!), beautiful library, fireplaces lit, and wonderful grounds outside. I have stayed in their beautiful room for families and I’d rather stay there than any of the local hotels in the area, not to mention what a wonderful benefit. Have kids? There are video games, arcade games, pool tables, basketball nets, pinball, air hockey (my favorite) and more for everyone to have some fun and adults to let a little stress out. It’s fabulous, literally. Did I mention the activities? Billy Joel night, Christmas parties (which my sister eagerly attended at the Villa’s bc it was so fun), seasonal events, Nutcracker and regular performances or concerts in their performing arts theater. HUGE movie theater with big cushy seats and all the fun popcorn and old school candies and sodas (beer too) you enjoy when watching a flick. They post a daily activities log and each day there are a plethora of things to do and they are insistent and consistent on changing it all up each day, each week to keep it fun and interesting. The best part though if I haven’t sold you yet are the people. There is a wonderful concierge named Jill who has taken us under wing and responds immediately to our every need - our situation has not been easy for a number of reasons, for them and for us, and they continue to prioritize my parents and us and to do what’s best for my parent’s care. Katie and the nursing staff work with us daily with the ever-changing health circumstances w our parents. The medical staff is responsive, immediate, and exceptionally caring about their residents, but also their residents’ families. Liz at the front desk, Cindy in family services team - just terrific. Go to the spa with Tina!!!!!! - 5-star, rejuvenating, my mother loves the facials she always looks like million bucks afterwards and WE ABSOLUTELY love the massages and facials too, amazing. The staff in the restaurant lovely and kind, and welcoming always. I could go on and on. I live far away, I sleep at night knowing my parents are at the Villas in Holmdel. Thank you, we are grateful to have found you.

Recently moved my mother into this senior living community, as an assisted living resident. The facility is brand new, so has all of the amenities you could imagine. If your loved one is social, then this has everything you can imagine: art room, game room, live entertainment room, bar for happy hours, movie theatre room, spa, and a indoor swimming pool. Staff has been helpful and wonderful so far. We have been very happy with the transition.
