I am familiar with this facility, having had my husband here three years ago. I now have my sister & brother-in-law here. My husband was treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff here have longevity and are very caring. It is clean, pretty and accommodating. They were at two other facilities, neither of which can compare. It is pricey, but worth it. Don’t consider anyplace else.

Our family was in need of an Assistant Living facility for our brother. On my drive to an appointment for a tour of an Assistant Living facility I noticed a sign for Brookdale Senior Living. I stopped by late in the day and asked if someone could take me on a tour of the facility. Fortunately I was accommodated. I felt welcomed and comfortable by the staff and the residents I met. It seemed clear to me that the residents are cared for with kindness and respect. The public space as well as the various resident rooms are clean and spacious. There is a lovely outdoor space adjacent to the large dining room where residents congregate on warm days to enjoy the beautiful flowers and fresh air. What stood out to me was how happy and engaged the residents seemed. I was impressed by the residents I saw engaged in conversation and laughter with one another creating a home like atmosphere rather than an institution. Choosing a facility for a loved one is not an easy decision. I toured several Assistant Living facilities but Brookdale Senior Living "felt right" for our brother. After our visit to Brookdale Senior Living we were relieved as well as positive that our brother would adjust quickly, enjoy the friendships he would make there and be happy in his new surroundings. My husband has been a resident at Brookdale Hamilton for 18 months. Both my husband and I have benefited from the community atmosphere which is a constant throughout the building. The Director instills this in the staff and this creates a trust and confidence for all that care for him. He has benefited from the Memory Care Support, Engagement Opportunities and Activities that are offered daily. Friends For Life is a monthly event organized by the Sales Manager often bringing in a DJ along with refreshments. This is a community event encouraging family involvement. I have made many friends as I visit daily and receive genuine support which is quite comforting at what can be a difficult journey. I am very pleased in choosing Brookdale Hamilton for my husband.

My mother is 94 and has been a resident at Brookdale Hamilton for 2 1/2 years now. Brookdale Hamilton is a dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility only. It is a small facility which I love. My mother enjoys the daily activity program which helps residents with their memory by answering trivia questions, playing games, doing crafts, baking, exercising etc. A new Executive Director, Jamie Whilden was recently brought in. There are always some reservations when there is a change with management but it seems that Jamie has a grasp on what needs to be done. I had a few issues that I discussed with her personally and she quickly and efficiently took care of them. The entire staff is exceptional. kind, caring and so much patience with all the residents. The food is very good & well balanced and the dining room is lovely. I can visit my mother anytime I want and take her out for lunch or to my house with no problem. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Hamilton. It has definitely made a difference in my life and my mothers.

Mom was supposed to move with us to Florida and she had bad falls and the doctor said it would not be prudent for her to take the trip to Florida. We put Mom in another facility and we were unhappy with them and she didn’t like it at all. I searched everyplace and thank goodness chose Brookdale. She could bot be safer and more content than she is now. We felt more comfortable making the move knowing Mom is in such good hands; she refers to everyone at Brookdale as her friends, because thats how they make her feel-the Nurses, caregivers and Mary the Activities Director make her feel like she is home.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my mom is getting at Brookdale Hamilton. From the Director to the Nursing Staff to the wonderful nursing aids and all the other caregivers, I will be forever grateful for the care my mom gets. She is going on 93 and is thriving in their care. It truly is a wonderful place for a loved one who needs extra care.

My Mother has been a resident at this facility since the end of 2015. Both my Mother and myself could not be happier with the above and beyond care and treatment that is given to her on a daily basis from each of the staff members, nurses, aides and caretakers. All of the fantastic activity programs (and the staff members in charge) are full of enthusiasm in providing meaning and substance to the residents on a daily basis. There is so much love shown to the residents giving your loved one the feeling of happiness, security and purpose. Any time that a family member needs the assistance of any member of the staff, they are always there to help. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone's loved one looking to provide a safe, happy, healthy and caring environment.

My Dad passed away and mom was supposed to move with us to Florida. She had a couple of bad falls and wound up in the hospital. We were told that the trip to Florida would be too much for her, so the only alternative was put her in a facility in West Windsor NJ. After a month, we were not happy with the care she was given, so I researched EVERY facility in the area and thank goodness we found Brookdale. We wanted to stay in Florida knowing Mom was safe and she is as long as she is in Brookdale. The care she is given there, and the friends she has made make us so happy. They truly care about the residents and treat them all like family. Mom is 94 years old, and she was 90 lbs when she was admitted to Brookdale. She has gained 30 lbs. i would, and have, recommended Brookdale to anyone that is faced with the difficult task of finding a facility to provide care for a loved one.
