Overall I am very satisfied with the level of care my family member receives at Brookdale. The management and staff listen to any concerns and are always willing to work with me to find a solution. They get to know the residents and this is important to me.

My mother is 94 and has been a resident at Brookdale Hamilton for 2 1/2 years now. Brookdale Hamilton is a dementia/Alzheimer's care facility only. It is a small facility which I love. My mother enjoys the daily activity program which helps residents with their memory by answering trivia questions, playing games, doing crafts, baking, exercising etc. A new Executive Director, Jamie Whilden was recently brought in. There are always some reservations when there is a change with management but it seems that Jamie has a grasp on what needs to be done. I had a few issues that I discussed with her personally and she quickly and efficiently took care of them. The entire staff is exceptional.... kind, caring and so much patience with all the residents. The food is very good & well balanced and the dining room is lovely. I can visit my mother anytime I want and take her out for lunch or to my house with no problem. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Hamilton. It has definitely made a difference in my life and my mothers.

Mom was supposed to move with us to Florida and she had bad falls and the doctor said it would not be prudent for her to take the trip to Florida. We put Mom in another facility and we were unhappy with them and she didn’t like it at all. I searched everyplace and thank goodness chose Brookdale. She could bot be safer and more content than she is now. We felt more comfortable making the move knowing Mom is in such good hands; she refers to everyone at Brookdale as her friends, because thats how they make her feel-the Nurses, caregivers and Mary the Activities Director make her feel like she is home.

My Dad passed away and mom was supposed to move with us to Florida. She had a couple of bad falls and wound up in the hospital. We were told that the trip to Florida would be too much for her, so the only alternative was put her in a facility in West Windsor NJ. After a month, we were not happy with the care she was given, so I researched EVERY facility in the area and thank goodness we found Brookdale. We wanted to stay in Florida knowing Mom was safe and she is as long as she is in Brookdale. The care she is given there, and the friends she has made make us so happy. They truly care about the residents and treat them all like family. Mom is 94 years old, and she was 90 lbs when she was admitted to Brookdale. She has gained 30 lbs. i would, and have, recommended Brookdale to anyone that is faced with the difficult task of finding a facility to provide care for a loved one. I woule be more than happy to have a talk with you if you are hesitant..

I couldnt be happier with the care my mom is getting at Brookdale Hamilton. From the Director to the Nursing Staff to the wonderful nursing aids and all the other caregivers, I will be forever grateful for the care my mom gets. She is going on 93 and is thriving in their care. It truly is a wonderful place for a loved one who needs extra care.

My Mother has been a resident at this facility since the end of 2015. Both my Mother and myself could not be happier with the above and beyond care and treatment that is given to her on a daily basis from each of the staff members, nurses, aides and caretakers. All of the fantastic activity programs (and the staff members in charge) are full of enthusiasm in providing meaning and substance to the residents on a daily basis. There is so much love shown to the residents giving your loved one the feeling of happiness, security and purpose. Any time that a family member needs the assistance of any member of the staff, they are always there to help. I would highly recommend this facility for anyones loved one looking to provide a safe, happy, healthy and caring environment.

We transferred my mom to brook dale after unsatisfactory treatment in another neighborhood facility. It was the best move we ever made and the reason why she is thriving after a case of COVID and she has gained her appetite and weight. They are the reason why mom is alive and kicking at 93 years old. We live out of state and our main thought was having her in a caring, safe and sanitary environment. The workers, activity directors everyone is top notch. Due to the virus we saw her for the first time 9 months. We could not believe how happy and well she is. Anyone who has to make the unfortunate decision to put a parent in a facility cannot go wrong with Brookdale.

This facility is an amazing place filled with wonderful residents, and caring, energetic, loving caretakers, health aids, and activity specialists. I know my mother is busy and well cared for every day!
