Care Ten was so helpful to me and my family. I was in the ER with my dad on a Saturday night and realized that we needed help as soon as possible. The social worker gave me Care Ten's number and I was able to speak to Pooja that evening and she told me she would do her best to get an aide for us. She was able to get someone to our home within 36 hours. We didn't use Care Ten for long as we were transitioning my dad to Memory care but both aides were so kind and helpful. We would not have made it through the week without their help.

CareTen was very attentive to my family's needs from the start. Pooja and her team were always wonderful to work with. The caregivers were very sweet and caring and capable. If there was ever a problem, it was rectified quickly. I never had an issue with reaching anyone no matter the time. Caring for a loved one is so stressful and at some point you realize you can no longer do it on your own. I'd highly recommend CareTen when that time comes. My mother was lovingly cared for from the start through the end of her life, at home, and with dignity.
