I have been working in EMS in North Jersey for many years. I better than most understand the many facilities that are available and remain happy with my family's choice of Brighton Gardens of Florham Park, for my parents, 3 years ago. My father has since passed but my mother remains quite happy at BG of Florham Park. I know the nursing staff keeps an eye on my Mother's health needs and contact us immediately with any change in her medical status. The aides are always pleasant when we meet in the corridor and if any questions arise , management is responsive to communication. My mother enjoys many activities and " field trips" offered, my siblings and I learned quickly not to call during Bingo! The facility is clean and well maintained. I am grateful that BG at Florham Park was available when we needed them.

My sister has been a resident in the reminiscence unit of Brighton Gardens of Florham Park for over three and a half years. During this time, I have been very happy with her care. More importantly, she seems very happy there, and seems very fond of her caregivers. I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, professional, and very good with communications. The home itself appears clean and well maintained. The food also seems to be very good, based on appearance and the couple of times I have eaten there myself. Based on my personal experiences, I highly recommend this facility.

My mom has been there a year now. I chose this for the Terrace club. Delma and Gail are the reason we are still there. We love them. They care for my mom like daughters. They get her out and doing things even our family couldnt get her to do. I love all the staff there. They should be paid a lot for what they do and how they really care!

The staff and the community are a pretty exceptional caring group of people who work as a team. Everyone, from nurses, to aids, to care managers, to chefs, to servers, to the activities director, to front desk & business office personnel, to the bus driver ... define care and wellness. They care both for the individual as well as for the community as a whole.

I truly love this place! They are clean, take care of my loved ones so well and the staff is so caring. We can see how much the staff cares from the bottom to the top. Anyone who says the place isnt clean is just lying and there arent being honest. Thank you for all that you have done for my parents!!!

My father has been at Brighton Gardens for a little over a year now and I feel that he has received good care from a staff that is always attentive, kind and friendly. His room and the general areas are always clean and neat. The food is good and there are plenty of activities during the day. I feel lucky that my father is there

As our loved ones age, so does the reality of the need to assist them with their daily living requirements. This is certainly a challenge all families come to grips with. As our family also did for my mother. The main focus was to locate an assisted living home that we and Mom would be pleased with. Additionally, keeping within a short driving distance to visit was also important to us. On visiting Brighton Gardens at Florham Park, we were impressed with: courtesy, attention, cleanliness, neat landscaping and all the little details that one sees as big. Upon moving in, Mom needed a transition period to feel comfortable, as this was a major move for her. With the help of her designated care manager, Maria Joseph, it was a relatively quiet and happy move in period. In fact, Mom and Maria bonded to become very good friends. In fact, Mom made friends with all the staff. What I noted is that all staff smile and pay attention to each residents needs and comfort. Indeed the residents also make friends with one another and share in conversation and activities. Some people say the path to the heart leads from the stomach. The culinary menus at Brighton Gardens are first rate. There is a varied daily selection that is based on the calendar season. Delightful daily snacks are served. The activities are quite varied. A Daily newsletter serves as a useful guide. Trips go out to local stores. Musicians and lecturers perform. Religious worship is scheduled weekly to meet the spiritual needs of residents. Our family strongly recommends any interested families to consider Brighton Gardens of Florham Park for their loved ones. Call, schedule to visit, observe, ask questions, and tour the facility. There is no substitution for home. Brighton Gardens of Florham Park really comes close.

Wonderful community. Staff is super attentive to the residents and go out their way to assist those in need. The dining experience is amazing, the family socials and events are out of this world. This community will go all out to ensure families and residents have a good time at these events. The food is great and the atmosphere is so welcoming. From the warm welcome you receive at the front desk and the smiles on the workers faces, rest assured your loved one is in the right place.
