I had the most wonderful experience with the awesome maintenance staff at Brandywine Living @Governor's Crossing. Patrick and Tommy went above and beyond expectations and graciously took time out of their day to assemble furniture for us. This was unexpected and so appreciated. Patrick and Tommy are two valued staff members representative of the kind and supportive environment that exists at this facility.

So grateful for the staff at Brandywine for taking great care of my Mom. Moving my Mom to Brandywine was the best decision for all of us but especially for my Mom.
September 2023
Brandywine at Governors Crossing provides a safe and caring environment for my parents. They are empathetic to both the families and their love ones. It makes a difficult decision a lot easier knowing they are cared for in a safe and comfortable place.
August 2023
okay but have to be aware understaffed like so many in the area
August 2023
My dad was in memory care for about 20 months. I cannot say enough nice things. From Brittany who helped us move him in to Carol on the day he passed, everyone went out of their way to make him comfortable and made the family feel he was safe and well cared for. Every aide knew Dads likes and even the maintenance staff knew him and made him feel important. If you want a personal discussion ask Amy, she will contact me. Dementia was hard on the family but Brandywine was there to help us as well as Dad.
July 2023
Thank you Amy and team for taking great care of my Dad the past 18 months. The great team of hard working people really made the difference.
July 2023
Looking for a perfect assisted living arrangement for a parent is a very stressful and time-consuming process. It is certainly one decision that can be filled with various emotions and second guessing of every aspect. Like many we simply could no longer provide my dad with all his needs and his safety was our top concern. He is still able to get around with some assistance but his daily requirements ( bathing, meds, meals etc ) were more than the family was able to provide. After visiting many options in and around the area we selected Brandywine and have been extremely happy with the experience. My Dad is enjoying his time and has a great routine of meals, exercise, and various activities. Brandywine Living is a clean and well-run option that will put your mind at ease when making an always difficult decision. Go and visit and you will not be disappointed - The staff ( Amy, Brittany, Carol, Fran, Janice, Rosemary, Margie, Chris, Christina, Patrick and many others ) and all true professionals.
July 2023
PEACE OF MIND. Thanks to the dedication, compassion and experience of the staff and the aides, my mom continues to receive the care she needs. I can sleep at night knowing she is safe and supervised.
May 2023
It's never easy to put your loved one in an assisted living facility, but Amy, Brittany and Carol (head nurse) made it so much easier. My mother was treated with exceptional care on move-in day. Literally, she was treated like a princess by everyone. It's been five months since she's been living there. My mom is thriving. I always get a phone call if her diet changes or her medication needs to change or anything having to do with her well-being. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have literally called them at all times of the day when I have needed them. Furthermore, there is often a special theme of the day, such as Hawaiian hula day or western-saloon day, etc.. My mom went from having only my father to talk to, with no social life, to having so many social interactions now and it's really nice to see her in this environment. Thank you also to Margie and to everyone at Brandywine!
May 2023
The experience that Dad has had since arriving at Brandywine has more than exceeded our expectations. The people that have made this so are too numerous to mention but they know who they are. We look forward to many more happy times at Brandywine. Thank you very, very much!

My mom has been at brandywine for 10 years. It was the best thing I did for her and my family. They take care of her and have saved her life a number of times Carol the head nurse is an angel and I can not say enough good things about brandywine Maryann
December 2022
My mom feels safe and loved there. I also have piece of mind she is being cared for 24 hours a day.
June 2022
My dad has been at Brandywine since September. He is incredibly happy as are we. The staff is fantastic. Amy and Brittany made the transition easy. My dad says the food is great, his aid is amazing and we can drop by whenever we want. On nice days we sit at the Koi pond outside. We definitely recommend Brandywine at Governors Crossing!
August 2021
My mom has been at Brandywine for 3+ years now. I am very happy with the level of care that she receives. Every person there shows that they care about their residents. They are always professional, friendly, helpful, courteous and glad to see us! My mom has adjusted well because of this. Anytime we need help, we just make a phone call or drop in unannounced! It's never a problem for any of them. My family and I were worried with the pandemic and my mom being in an assisted living but they have been extremely cautious and have always put the safety of the residents first and foremost. It's comforting to know that my mom is being taken care of in a way that we were not able to provide for her.

My Mother moved to Brandywine 9 years ago from Connecticut. My wife and I wanted her closer to us in NJ as her memory was beginning to decline. Although she was resistant when first arriving, the warmth of the staff and residents made her feel at home quickly. Mom (Anna) made friends and enjoyed gardening and sitting by the pond praying the rosary daily. As her needs increased so did the care she received. The staff always shared their concerns for her and when it seemed her needs were increasing the decision was made to move her downstairs to Reflections. It was there that we met Carol and all of the other wonderful staff that care so deeply for our loved ones. Anna not only lived but thrived with the care she received in the memory ward. Parties, exercise class and sing alongs, one was better than the next. Quiet shy Anna loved to participate! Even during the pandemic, every accommodation was made to help us find ways to visit through the window. Celebrating Mom's 101st birthday with signs and balloons was so surreal but a memory that we are so grateful for. When we got the call last Saturday that we were going to be allowed in with proper PPE to visit with Mom to say goodbye, we thought "will the staff even remember who we are?" We were greeted with such warmth and love it was just amazing. Brandywine really became home for mom. They treated her with love and respect all the way to her last breath. The staff there are truly angels on earth! We are so grateful we choose Brandywine at Governor's Crossing. Stephen and Paula DeBlasi
July 2021
My father lived here for about three years and seemed to enjoy his time there. The staff was always very courteous and kind. He had dementia and was in need of quite a bit of care and they always took the time to keep me updated and informed. When he was in hospice they coordinated everything and allowed hospice to stay by his bed until he passed. Since we weren't able to stay long due to COVID, it was such a relief to have someone there by his side. As far as prices, they were a bit more than some other places in the area but the level of care and concern they showed was worth it.
February 2021
My mom lived at Brandywine for 11 months and from the first day she was welcomed by everyone The entire staff is excellent, very caring and compassionate She enjoyed all the activities they had and at the end they made sure she was comfortable They were very accommodating to our family through it all and It was reassuring to know there were people there to look after her I would like to thank everyone there for all you have done I would highly recommend Brandywine to anyone who has a need for an assisted living facility

I have to share some information with you about Brandywine at Governors Crossing. During the pandemic, most adult, senior care and nursing home facilities were getting terrible reviews regarding the care given to residents with the virus. Well, my sister is a resident at Brandywine. She had a slight cough and a little congestion. Brandywine tested her immediately. She tested positive for the virus and the care given her at Brandywine probably saved her life. There are too many names to mention, but the care given to my sister (both before and during the virus) has been incredible. Amy Willner, Brittany Franco, Ben DiRienzo, Donna Pratka, Carol Cimmino, Rosemary, Carmen, and all of the wonderful nurses and aides have gone above and beyond anything we could have expected. The cafeteria and custodial staff are amazing. I apologize if I left anyone out. The entire staff is wonderful!! If you have a loved one that might be in need of elder care, I would encourage you to consider Brandywine.
May 2020
Overall the staff at Brandywine is doing a wonderful job keeping our families safe. I would like to give a shout out to Carmin the activities director. It is not easy keeping the residence busy and smiling but she does it with ease. If it wasn't for her my mom probably wouldn't participate as much as she does. Also Colleen the physical therapist has done a wonderful job with my mom. Just wish she could practice more but not being able to be there to ensure she practices is disappointing. I would suggest the aids help with this when Coleen can't be available as we know she can't be everywhere. Don't see why an aid can't follow behind with a wheelchair up and down the hallway. This would take the place of family members who can't be there to assist with this task.. I gave a 4 and not a 5 due to the food. I still get complaints from my mom with regards to lunches and dinners being served. My Mom is used to having at least 2 good meals brought in by us or going out for a meal or two. She misses this dearly as I. Not having interaction with family is definitely a set back to my moms well being. My mom is used to seeing family at least once or twice a week. Phone calls are not the same.

I have been doing business with Brandywine in Englishtown for about 2 years. It has been nothing but a pleasurable experience. It is evident when walking through the community, that the residents are well cared for and enjoy where they live. The food smells good and the staff always have smiles on their faces. I would certainly recommend this community to others.
November 2019
We moved my mom to Brandywine a few months ago. I wish i could give 10 The entire staff is amazing. Unfortunately mom passed recently but the Brandywine Family made her final months extremely enjoyable. If you happen to be lucky enough to have Yealie as your aid you have truly hit the jackpot. She is such a caring compassionate person and we could not have asked for anyone better! Thank you again for making moms final days so enjoyable!!
December 2018
When we refer our Clients from Garland Law Offices to Brandywine Governor's Crossing, we know they will receive excellent care in a warm, inviting environment. You will have peace of mind knowing that the entire staff works hard to ensure your loved one's transition to their new home will be smooth and successful.
August 2018
My mom moved into Brandywine about a year ago. The staff made every effort to include her in all activities and always made her feel very special. Neepa, Donna, Carol, Gary and Elizabeth went out of their way to address all of my mom's needs. Brittany and Charlie were also very involved in her care as well. I was very satisfied with the care, compassion, communication with our family and cleanliness of the facility. The nurses on all shifts were very compassionate and would go out of their way to spend time with my mom. I would recommend this facility based on my family's experience there.
August 2017
My sisters and I had been working with Brandywine Living for almost 6 months before we moved our Mom in in January 2017. Our experience has been nothing more than exceptional. They worked with us and helped us through the difficult decisions we needed to make to take our Mom out of her home and place her in an assisted living environment. We are so very grateful and happy we did! Everyone, from the director, to the maintenance at Brandywine have been wonderful to interact with and they have been very accommodating, caring, and friendly. They are a family and you can feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. More than making the experience comfortable for my sisters and I, they have welcomed my Mom with open arms. From the moment she walked in, they made her feel included in the community and everyone is just so caring. In the 2 months she has lived there, she has blossomed. She has made friends, is doing her painting and crafts again which she all but gave up, doesn't fight for words as she had because she is so much more active and engaged at Brandywine. My sisters and I also can rest easy knowing that Mom has very conscientious and caring medical staff giving her her medication and knowing they are always there to look out for her. Brandywine has turned our anxiety over having to move Mom into a fantastic experience for all of us. We would recommend Brandywine to anyone...........
