The discharge process went very well and smooth thanks to few kind and caring people such as Nakeeta and head nurse Ms Felicia on 3rd floor, Ms Angie was so long and helpful and went out of her way to make things run smooth as well... Cee Cee the receptionist welcomes all with open arms and is very informative...Thanks guys

What can I say...Park Crescent was part of my village that helped my sister and I take care of my grandfather Clinton Stone. That was his Caribbean family, where my grandfather can be himself and be able to speak his Patois. The love and cared for him like true family. Ms. Marshall, all the CNA, LPNs, unit clerk, housekeeping, and food service did a awesome job and again genuinely cared for him. He loved the ladies and he had a few favorite aides, he would light up to one that he named, Speedy and he was crushing on Ms. Marshall. The staff would even bring him home cooked Jamaican food. One young lady, with a beautiful short hair cut, that he joke around with and say she has a man haircut. ‚ Park Crescent staff again helped my sister and I feel at peace and less worried, because we knew he was in good and caring hands. His roommate Mr. L would give us knowledge on things that we didn't know. His Jamaican neighbor in the next room over, would give advice on what bush tea to give him ‚. It hit my heartstrings when I met a CNA that works at Carewell in EO heard that he passed she was saddened, just as if she lost her family member. We received a call from Ms. Marshall that made my sister and I feel that we did right and the best by my grandfather. There is short staffing all over, especially in healthcare and the staff at Park Crescent worked as a team together and made things happen. The Stone family is forever grateful to Park Crescent, and if I anyway can be a assistant to Park Crescent please don't hesitate to reach out. I still owe Mr. L a song at Sunday service. Thank you so much for what you do.

Very nice nursing home but I have only one negative thing to say about this place. Please & I mean please tell someone to please get rid of those nasty orange pumpkins in the front outside entrance. Those pumpkins are turning black with mold. If they don't get rid of those pumpkins it will cause a smell at the front entrance & then there will be flies all in the front entrance..

My mom was fortunate enough to end up in Park Crescent. Therapy team was amazing and got my Mom back to her feet. The place is clean and smell great. They truly care for their residents.

Park crescent is just another place in the black community that steals insurance money from our people no good rehabilitation! Or dietitian! Looks good but place is no good. I don't even know how some nurses there even got a license! If your serious about getting your family rehabilitation to get on there feet that's not the place! It use to be I don't know what happened to that place! Trust me every place that look good is not good! Especially in our community.they just want the insurance money! Without giving the service.

Exceptionally phenomenally great place to be when you need to get back on your feet.the entire team is pleasant,super friendly and most importantly caring,the c,n,a keep u so clean its unreal,i was shocked myself on the care,the friendly rehab staff (love u guys)the nurses,activity,housecleaning, everyone is a 10 star and that makes this place highly recommend.
