Our family cannot say enough positive things about Job Haines Long Term.care. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and compassion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our father received the best care possible during the last days of his life. The facility itself was immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The nurses and caregivers were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to get to know my father on a personal level and tailored their care to meet his individual needs. It was clear that they truly cared about the well-being and happiness of all the residents and their families. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the exceptional care and support that our father received at Job Haines. My father just recently passed away after spending the last few years of his life at Job Haines assisted living. He had many health problems so he was in and out of care facilities constantly for the past 15 years. None of them compared to Job Haines and how they treated my father. They brought me peace of mind during very difficult times. Reineen, Carmen, Francesca, Faith, Devon, Brenda, Amy, and many others......my father loved you and I thank you for all you did for him. My dad received excellent care in the SubAcute Rehab Unit. 6 days a week of PT and OT therapy. This was our 2nd time at Job Haines. After his last experience at this facility, I was very happy that there was an opening for him. The entire staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. I was kept fully informed on his care and I always found him well-groomed when we visited him. My dad even loved the food! After his time there, he came home able to walk with his walker (which was an accomplishment). My family and I appreciate the care and comfort that was given to my dad. I would highly recommend Job Haines.

Our family has had the fortunate opportunity to experience the comfort and care provided by Job Haines for many years. Two elderly family members have lived in the assisted living housing at Job Haines. They enjoyed delicious meals in a spacious, beautiful dining room, attended many of the daily social activities and felt comfort while resting in their own space. If needed, care was given as the residents wear a pendant enabling them to reach out if needed. Our family has enjoyed many comfortable, welcoming visits at Job Haines. The outside areas include manicured gardens where we could enjoy meeting with our loved ones while being outdoors. From the moment you arrive, the valet service and the welcoming staff assure you that your family member is in caring hands.

Job Haines has done an AMAZING job of taking care of our father. Since his very first day when he started in the Sub-Acute section he has had the best care. He moved into the Assisted Living area at the end of January and I can honestly say we have never had a moment of concern over his care. Everything about Job Haines is top notch. When walking in you are always warmly welcomed by name. The facility is homey and warm and clean. My father loves the food, the staff and the activities. Since our dad can no longer live at our home we have no concerns whatsoever about having him at Job Haines. It is the next best thing to being at home!

The exceptional care our parents received at Job Haines will never be forgotten by my family. I can honestly say that Job Haines became a second "home" to me and my family. All my brother and I wished for was that my parents were treated with dignity and respect ant the end of their lives, and we were not disappointed. The individualized care they received from the staff and administrators was provided with much love and devotion. I would visit at all different times during the course of the day, and always found my parents well groomed and engaged in a wide variety of activities. My dad was not easy to care for because of his confusion, but the staff at Job Haines were like magicians who employed creative strategies to keep him safe and active in meaningful projects. Clear communication was a hallmark by the entire staff at Job Haines as they always made a concerted effort to clearly communicate with my family during this emotionally difficult journey, bringing us much needed reassurance and comfort. Placing our parents at Job Haines was our final gift to them. Everyone at the facility treated us like family and we'll forever feel grateful. May God bless each and everyone one of you for the dedication and compassionate care you provide on a daily basis. Amazing experience!

It was ok working here the residents were nice some of the staff were very pleasant but as for the dietary department throw the whole department away since they can't seem to get it together they don't cope well with new people smh well some of them anyway

My mom has been a resident of the assisted living area for the past year. The facility is homey and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The activities offered are very varied with something for everyone. The only complaint would be the food-can't always get what is offered on the menu

Our mother received outstanding care in the Sub Acute Rehabilitation Unit after fracturing her hip. The entire staff, from administrators to nurses, aides and physical therapists, were professional, patient, effective and kind. My mother felt safe and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Job Haines staff is simply amazing. They greet you by name and are always quick to help/respond. The interactions I have had are always pleasant. I highly recommend this facility for sub-acute services. The hallways are clean, staff is easy to locate on the units. My loved one was nervous about having to go to a facility for rehab/therapy but her experience at Job Haines made the healing and recovery process a breeze. Thanks Job Haines Staff!

I am an employee of Job Haines Home and my Mom has been a resident at Job Haines Home until recently. Being on both ends, It was an easy decision for me. The staff, (Nurses, Rehab, Dietary, Recreation, Social Services, Housekeeping and Management) all very professional, great and love what they do. I had many extended family members visit my mom and was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly polite staffs. Not being bias, I strongly recommend this facility.

Thanks to Job Haines and Staff for such a pleasant experience. The welcoming atmosphere. Knowledgeable Nurses and kind personable staff. We were kept fully informed on our aunts care and constant communication via telephone or email if we were not present in the building. I would highly recommend for all elderly care. Job Haines is one of the elite nursing homes in NJ. I knew that one day if I would have to go into to a nursing home, I hoped that it would be Job Haines! My aides and nurses are truly very helpful. I feel that a lot of them including my social workers are true friends.

I had the an external fixator on my left foot; I was accepted at Job Haines Home to do my rehab and get my antibiotics. From the nursing staff to the physical therapists I have no complaints. The staff is great and everyone in there were always nice. It took me a while to write this review however, I can't let more time pass without letting them know how much I appreciate their kindness. Great place to get thru your rehab and to care for your love ones! Thank you all so much!

UPDATE: Has become a two star place. One because the doctor never calls and the nurses can only give you but so much information and lastly because I think it is outrageous that I dropped off sneakers and never made it to my loved one. He is home now (after they said he is max assist and told insurance he is min assist) and no sneakers. Its not so much for the sneakers but the principle that they would simply not deliver them. Who kept used sneakers? Or did they have such disregard for the patient that they simply throw them away. This is an ok place not the best. I am only doing three stars now because my loved one just got to this place but I am sure that soon I will be giving them 5 and more stars. But so far my experience has been amazing. From the receptionists, to Joy from admissions, to the nurses at extension 187 great service!! You can tell they are professional, caring, take their time to explain how your loved one is doing and most importantly they enjoy what they do kudos for that. Thank your for your hard work, heroes definitely work here.

Best nursing facility yet. Very organized and clean. The care there is on another level. Residents are covered with so much love. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Administration is always available to listen to you. Best place ever. I will recommend.
