Pro: The agency assigned us a fantastic caregiver. Con: We were double billed for an amount over $3000.00. Within two weeks, the owner never fixed the error. Further, we were billed as 'late' for the next cycle. They marked us as late even though we were on time, and they did not apply the $3000.00 towards the new bill.
