We placed my Mother~in~Law from a facility in Mississippi (where she had lived) to Tyler's Mill in Deptford, close to where we live. Upon our first initial visit, I found it to be very welcoming, clean and pleasant. A resident spoke to me on the front porch asking if I was bringing my mother there. I said, "yes, we are considering having my MIL be a resident here". The woman responded "she will be happy here. They are good to us, treat us well, the place is clean, the food is good and we are all friends". That was a wonderful welcoming to our family. She has been a resident for almost 2 months now and is very happy there. Her room is kept very clean, there is a great sense of "family" between the residents and staff; the food is good (we've eaten a few meals there), the grounds are lovely and they have activities to keep everyone engaged as well as "outings" for the residents. We highly recommend it. We've had a few phone calls regarding changes in medication or recommendations for making her life there easier and it has just been a lovely, easy transition. It is also centrally located to many restaurants and doctors. We would highly recommend Tyler's Mill Senior Living to anyone considering placing a loved one there.

This has been one of the most complex decisions I have ever made for a loved one. I was blessed enough to find this facility for my father. My father, a veteran, is struggling with dementia. Tylers Mill assisted him with memory care while allowing him to maintain a feeling of independence a chance to socialize and assisting him with daily activities. The staff is attentive, caring, and responsive to each resident's needs. The grounds are beautiful and clean. I could not have asked for a better experience and would do it again. The staff are dedicated and kind people. They have fun with the residents and laugh a lot. I recommend this facility to anyone facing the challenge of finding a facility for their loved one. Tyler's Mill has exceptional management and top-quality care. Cheri, the Executive Director, and Kristin, the Director of Sales and marketing, made this transition seamless. My father developed dementia and I had to find a place that I would feel comfortable taking care of him. That's when I found Tyler Mills and after meeting the staff I knew I had found a place for my father. The facility was clean and the apartment that they had for him was a great condition. They help me from day one transitioning him from the hospital to the facility and went beyond to make everything work for my father.

This has to be the worse place to put your Loved ones. My Mother suffered in there. She was a good person and did not Get treated as they claim. Plus stole her medal that was my grandmothers When they talk remember it’s never the truth.

My grandma Rose has been here for 2 years now and she loves it shes making new friends and loves the staff.I come and visit the staff is nice and helpful with ever I need and its like home really enjoyed the atmosphere there.If u have any questions Donna and Sharon are very helpful with my grandma needs.
