I have had my aunt at the Care One facility in Cresskill for three weeks now. I'm so impressed by the quality care, she is receiving there. It has been a long road the past few years of being in and out of hospitals and rehab centers. My aunt was a 911 victim and received a double lung transplant in March of 2022. Her health has been declining since her surgery. I think now we have finally found her permanent stay. There is a special person there on staff who makes the difference among the rest of the rehab centers my aunt stayed at. Her name is Kayla. Kayla made all the arrangements and I have to say, it was a very smooth transition. She is very kind and thoughtful and we are happy she works there.

The team at Care One at Cresskill is an amazing group of caring and compassionate and professional people. A very dear friend of ours has been there for several months and has had outstanding care. We could never have asked for a more caring environment for her.

My mother has been living at the Care One Nursing Facility in Cresskill, NJ FOR 3 1/2 months now, and she is doing very well. She came to Care One during the same week that my father passed away, and that was a very difficult time for my sister and myself!! We didn't know which way was up!! From the very beginning, the administrative staff was compassionate and supportive and professional, answering all of our questions. The nursing staff have been wonderful to my mom, caring for her needs and very patient with her dementia illness. When I visit, I'm always greeted with kindness and it's starting to feel like family!! Thank you to everyone there!!

Thank you so much for taking care of my Dad Antonio L. The service was great and staff was very attentive. The physical therapy and OT helped in his recovery. We would like to thank the following staff for their tremendous help: Donna, Blosom the social worker, Kayla, Louie Vera, Dumsilisa, and Rita the nurse, Theresa for setting up our Dad's doctors appointments. Margarie and Claudia the aides were really wonderful in their caring. Also, the reception staff was friendly and the food service staff.

CareOne facilities tend to vary; this location has excellent physical therapists and caregivers. The social worker was exceptional in my experience, and everyone from the receptionist to the nursing staff was friendly and helpful. I've heard from others that this is an exceptional facility and I can't argue.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mother received at CareOne at Cresskill during her recent stay for rehabilitation following a total knee replacement. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put our minds at ease. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment conducive to recovery. The medical team at CareOne is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. They took the time to thoroughly explain procedures, address our questions, and alleviate any concerns we had. The therapists worked tirelessly with my mother, providing personalized rehabilitation exercises that significantly improved her mobility and strength. I am happy with the care my brother gets at Careone Northampton, Ma. From getting him into the facility, help with the financial portion and the nurses care. Food is good (my brother says). Wish they could have more help for the nurses, they are so good and understaffed.
