On September 18, 2024, my mom reached an incredible milestone. She celebrated her 100th birthday at Springhills and the event was absolutely incredible. I am so grateful to the staff of Springhills for the most amazing party to celebrate my mom's 100th birthday. In particular, Eddy, SheRee, Hilsia, and Carlton. She had her hair done in the salon, and Hilsia and SheRee made sure she was made up and dressed like a celebrity. Carlton arranged the buffet tables to allow easy access to the delicious food that was served. We had two excellent servers who were so professional and friendly (sorry, I don't know their names). The Town Hall was transformed into an elegant, inviting venue. Ed made sure everything was perfect, including the music. Carlton really went above and beyond ensuring everything was perfect. Everyone commented on how friendly and cordial the staff was and they definitely enjoyed the food and desserts. Thank you for making this event so special and going above and beyond.

My first contact with Spring Hills Cherry Hill was Pat C. She is incredibly kind and very easy to communicate with. Actually that has been true in general. They have been kind and helpful and caring. Rosa, and the many caregivers have been very helpful! Despite an unforeseen issue, the team here has stepped up and gone beyond what they or I had expected would be needed. From the Wellness and Caregiver team, to culinary, maintenance, activities, PT, and OT teams, they look out for you and encourage you and help you.

Ken, the Executive Director, is great. Always willing to assist and very caring. Great facility with lots of activities, and the care staff is very attentive to my loved one. The director of nursing is always available when I have concerns.

Came here for brunch Sunday for my uncle! My 1st time here and didn't know what to expect! Starting from concierge to caregivers, everyone was super friendly and smiling at all time! I got to meet Sheree and Eddy, they were an amazing team! Thank you for everything you do for my uncle!

It all happened so fast, but I never felt alone. Once my mom fell for the second time, I knew I no longer had the ability to care for her alone. Commuting home from work, I always passed Spring Hill and knew proximity-to-home wise, it was my best option. Little did I know, location would be eclipsed by the people I met and the experience my mother had in her last days. I walked in without an appointment, but out of desperation on a Friday morning and was introduced to my first friendly face, Rosa. Although not on duty as a tour giver that day, she took the time to give me a detailed walk through the beautiful facility, showing us the progress of their new renovations and answering some of my general questions. It was not the renovations that sold me, although mom was lucky enough to have a renovated room, but how Rosa treated all of the residents in the common areas and also how they responded to her. That kindness never retired. I began to move forward with the process of getting all of mom's finances and medical care/ medications in order when I met Shari. Shari is the director of the nursing team and a very very special human being. Her accessibility and communication skills are matched only by her compassion and the dignity she offered to my mother. Making multiple house calls in one week to assess my mom's condition and staying in constant contact with me during the process, Shari continued to go above and beyond throughout the entirety of my mother's stay at Spring Hill. On move-in day (an impressive one week after my initial, unannounced walk-in tour with Rosa) I met many dedicated workers who helped me with bringing in my mothers furniture. They helped me more than I could have ever imagined. Ken Halsey was the manager and he made me feel completely at ease. Very accessible by phone for me and was attentive to all of my questions/concerns. He was the one who was able to make it possible for my mother to get quality care quickly. Unfortunately, mom only spent about one month at Spring Hill before passing away, but I always felt like I was immediately part of their family. The place has a kindness that I am grateful for and appreciative of because my mom was at peace. When I came back, all of the staff would tell me how they loved working with my mother. It was more than just words. They had stories of how they enjoyed my mother and that made me feel that it was reciprocal. Overall, I will forever be grateful for the people such as Ken, Shari, and Rosa for taking care of my mother and letting her have the dignity to live her final days the way she enjoyed.

My father and step mother are in this facility and I highly recommend this assisted living care facility. The medical, nursing, housing, maintenance and administrative staff are all amazing, kind and very attentive to details . They receive excellent , consistent care and concerns are resolved quickly . I could not be more pleased with the services and care they get at this beautiful, clean and well maintained facility.

I have been living here for a year now and could not be happier. The staff and programs are wonderful. My days are filled with many activities, and I have made many new friends. Everyone knows your name and if I need help, someone is around to assist. The facilities are well kept and clean, especially my own apartment which gets a weekly cleaning. This was a great move for me and my family.

I needed a place for my mom and dad urgently and Spring Hill Cherry Hill jumped into action and made it happen. Rita and Matt in Admissions took the stress away and calmed me down multiple times. Beautiful room and my parents love it !

My parent is 86 and has lived there nearly 9 years. DO NOT MOVE IN THAT PLACE!!! I DON'T CARE WHAT LIES THE SALESFORCE TELLS YOU. There is a revolving door for staff and now, residents who just moved in 6 months ago are moving out and! There is 1 person in charge of the whole facility that holds 125 residents, including what they call, a memory unit. They have just lost their director of nursing care after only one year, and the before, and the one before. That doesn't even count a 2 person recreational dept that just hired 6 enthusiastic staff? They lost her after chef and the servers never worked I a restaurant or diner before! Residents who are blind or hard of hearing are NOT accommodated, food is hard, sallty & 1-2 hours from entering the old restaurant they kept, but only use half, cold or uncooked food. "Emergency GPS locator pendants are NOT GPS. They sometimes go to a computer system and they have 15 minutes to respond and try to find where the residents are. Then it goes to 2nd level, then 3rd. I had to call for a half hour to the front desk to find a nurse or anyone at 9 am during the week, to finally go to see that she was unresponsive and had fallen on the floor in front of living room recliner and I later found that the day before, when I noticed she was a little off, I asked the nurses to check on her through the night, only to find her on the floor 24 or more hours later. They couldn't even find out which hospital to send her to and by the time I reached it, they had sent her to another hospital. Horrific, nightmare of dirt, no proper response to families AND residents, including not send updated covid or ANY information their app they don't know how to use for the past 4 years! She's currently looking into moving a few miles away, to where her ew frien is moving. There Isa waiting list and this person just put her small deposit down. Not thousands of dollars. They haven't painted her apt in 9 years until last month, when they hired 2 maintenance men that mostly work on weekends and become the MANAGER ON DUTY during their shifts so the company doesn't have to pay for that and they rarely tell the families anything anymore. 9 years ago, that's what you'll see on the website and what you'll hear when you call to get in. They're spending money for new carpet in their many vacant Apts while my loved one has to beg and nearly lie to get someone to paint where her wheelchair has been rubbing along the walls. Do NOT MOVE IN!!!

If it were possible to give this place more than five stars I would! The Spring Hills staff went above and beyond to make sure my great aunt's move-in process seamless and most importantly, making sure she felt right at home from the second she got there. We were blown away during the tour; the place was spotless, the food looked great and there was a strong community presence there. Bravo, Spring Hill!

Just like any other place you have to keep on top of them especially if your loved one is in memory care. Most employees are wonderful and understanding, and then you have some that are ignorant and unfriendly, not to the resident, just to the family that is visiting. If you are planning to send a loved one here, you have to keep on top of them, visit frequently, and come in at random times to see what's going on. I know that they are making do with what they have, but for the price we pay it should be better.

I was looking for a company that could offer a variety of services to help my grandmother since she has been living alone. I was hesitant about having someone coming into her home regularly however I am now thankful that she has the help she needs. She has issues with frequent falls and can be forgetful at times. We have the peace of mind that someone is there with her.

My grandfather has been suffering from bone cancel and has been declining drastically within the last 6 months. Since we have hired a caregiver to come in for 8 hours a day, he has been doing so much better! They have been helping him cook meals, laundry, cleaning around the apt, and just having a companion so he is not lonely. I wish we would have heard about Spring Hills sooner, but Im glad theyre helping my grandfather now!

Spring Hills Home Health Care has been a wonderful addition to my Dads current level of care. He is 92 and was in need of some additional help each day, with just some simple tasks. We got lucky. Spring Hills was able to provide consistent, reliable friendly individuals. If there were issues with the caregivers attendance, they addressed the issue right away and provided a solution. Having the additional help for our Dad made us, his children, rest a bit easier knowing he was well taken care of.

Kunal has been working with our mom since January. He treats her as though she is his grandmother. Kunal is a kind, caring and loving individual. He is a fabulous health and wellness coordinator as well as exercise physiologist. He has taken mom from ground zero in strength and balance due to age, loss of muscle tone and sickness, aiding in giving our mother a better quality of life. Mom will continue to workout with Kunal at a minimum of 2X a week, as there is only an upside.
