We went to visit Artis as a possibility for our mom after assisted living and a stay in rehab. It was an emotional time for me, it's my mom, and Amy and Nicole were fantastic! They sat down and took the time to explain the difference between long term care and memory care. They showed me around and I fell in love with the environment. Nicole went to evaluate my mom and treated her with the dignity and respect that I feel my mom deserves! Unfortunately, we have concerns about mom's abilities and we decided that this wasn't the right fit for our mom BUT, we will definitely consider again if our mom's health improves. These ladies are amazing and so is any staff that we met. All smiles and seemed to genuinely care.

I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to my fellow carepartner Tara. She is so reliable, compassionate & always goes above and beyond her line of duty for our residents here at Artis. She's always there to help and she makes each shift I work with her enjoyable and fun for the residents. She's a true team player with a pure heart & love for caregiving. Thank you Tara, for being you! I'd like to give another shout out to Amanda Allen, Anjul, April and everyone in the kitchen as well as those up front, my fellow care partners, the directors, those in housekeeping and all our nurses & LPN's (Jeannine), your work ethics are admirable and you all play such an important roll here at Artis to make it what it is. The staff at Artis in Brick have made the most difficult decision of our lives as easy as it could possibly be. The compassion and effort from everyone we have met goes above and beyond. Meghan and Nate made the logistics of the transition run smoothly and with the utmost respect and dignity. Amanda has held our hands from the start. She has made herself available for any and all questions. She goes out of her way to ensure that the needs, comfort and care of our loved one as well as the family, are met at the highest level.

Artis Senior Living is a beautiful community that only deals with memory impairment individuals. They have four neighborhoods within the community that are named after places in Brick. From the outside you would never know how large their backyard is. The grounds are kept clean with beautiful landscaping. The staff are great, and treat the residents like family, especially Ruth (LPN) who's in the Health & Wellness department. Definitely recommend Artis if you're looking to place your loved one.

Artis at Brick is an amazing memory care facility. It is immaculate and the staff is very caring. Nate, the executive director went above and beyond to help out family. They made us feel Welcomed and safe for our loved one. Would highly recommend this facility after searching for a while.

After given the difficult task of finding a safe, happy environment for my mother who was experiencing progressive memory loss, I was grateful to discover Artis. My mother has been a resident of Artis for 5 months now and I continue to be amazed at the staff and my mom’s enhanced quality of life. She is content and social, and most importantly, unburdened by the effects of Alzheimer’s. Without exception, the staff has been observed displaying patience and compassion to both the residents and their visiting family and friends. I will always be grateful for the “peace of mind” Artis brings me during this difficult phase of my mother’s life.

I have dedicated my entire 25+ year career working in the health care arena, specifically with seniors. Always advocating for them. I am ecstatic that Artis of Brick is available to seniors as a care option. The entire staff provides such phenomenal care to those seniors with memory care needs. Artis Senior Living of Brick provided my mother with exceptional respite care while we were waiting for a new Artis residence closer to our home during the COVID pandemic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, supportive and professional and made her transition easy. They are truly partners and experts in caring for the senior adult with memory care and dementia. Aside from the wonderful ways they engage the residents in activities- they really care about your loved one - lots of kindness, understanding and smiles- and lots of communication with the family in your loved ones care. Highly recommended!

Moms dementia had progressively gotten worse during 2019 and my family needed to make a decision to move her from assisted living into a dementia care environment. We were apprehensive about the move but after understanding the Artis Way philosophy and seeing the community we were convinced we needed to move mom in order to get her the best care possible. Mom moved in just before the COVID lockdown and Artis kept us informed through daily Facebook updates with pictures of mom and Zoom calls. They were able to get mom back to coloring. Mom was so happy and we could see how see loved the Artis staff on our Zoom calls. Artis provides daily and unique activities every day. Mom needs this stimulation to feel happy. They have special events for holidays that are fun, unique and encourage all families to engage with the community. The transparency of information and weekly updates during the pandemic have given us tremendous comfort that mom is safe and well cared for. Weve got to know the staff and they are well educated on caring for those with dementia. They have become part of moms family. We couldnt be happier with our decision. In my opinion, Artis is setting the bar high for dementia care.

I toured the Princeton community and have been following their activities on FB. Community layout was well done and plenty of open space for residents to explore. Impressed by the hands on activities with the residents. The Brick team has organized several seminars for caregivers that I attended. The speakers were informative and very helpful for caregivers like myself. Joyce, Alex and Jamie have been great to work with and helpful in talking about any issues Im having with mom. I appreciate how professional and supportive the Brick team has been. Recommend for any family that needs a community for a loved one with dementia.
