My mom has been living at Pine Rock for 3 years she loves it. The staff are amazing. They treat my mom just as it it were there own. There are lots of activities daily and the food is delicious! Once a month they bring in miniature support donkeys for the residents to pet - puts lots of smiles on everyone's faces! Can't say enough great things about Pine Rock. When looking for a independent memory care living facility, I was recommended to look at Pine Rock Manor. I am glad I did! It is the perfect place for my mom. It gives her the independence but insures her safety. The transition went very well from her previous facility. I have found everyone very helpful, friendly and kind to my mom. When I have had a question about something I have gotten a very quick response and the staff always makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend Pine Rock Manor!!

It's a difficult situation to have to take your loved one from their independent living situation that they've fought for all their lives and put them into an assisted living facility like this. However, the people at Pine Rock Manor were awesome and really try hard to make it a good experience. An unfortunate reality of healthcare is that people can become desensitized to the ugly parts of their job as the years go on. That did not appear to be the case with these folks, the intentional care was very apparent, despite it all, and they go very much out of their way to show kindness to the residents and visitors like myself. Very impressed with this place!

Good care, caring staff. The GM has been wonderful to work with. If it wasn’t for her help, and unwavering commitment I would still be trying to straighten out a messy situation that was dumped into my lap. My father has been well cared for and the GM went above and beyond to help me untangle so many problems.

For five years, before we retired, my husband and I would conduct a church service for the residents of Pine Rock Manor once a month. Upon entering, we were always greeted warmly by the staff. The facility was clean and disinfected, and the food smelled delicious. The residents were groomed and nicely dressed. The staff gave special care and attention to each resident, treating all with respect and loving each special person like family. The staff would go through the facility telling everyone that it was time for church and would gather them into the common room. The residents especially loved the worship songs, and we always had a full house at the service. And when the church service was over, the activities personnel, being organized and creative, provided fun and appropriate activities for the residents. During the time when we were providing our services there, one of our precious parishioners was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and was admitted to Pine Rock. The staff graciously and expertly helped her to transition to her new home. She loved to walk outside and every day, the staff took her on a walk on the grounds. It was this caring attention to detail that endeared us to Pine Rock. I would highly recommend Pine Rock Manor.

I have been volunteering at Pine Rock Manor for the last several years. My husband and I bring church service to the residents once a month, and our performing arts conservatory, KCPA, performs at least once a year. We love seeing how happy and well cared for the residents are. We love coming to Pine Rock.

Dad is 92 w/ alzheimers and has been residing @ Pine Rock Manor for just over 4 years. The care he receives is exceptional. I live in Florida, so knowing he is being cared for is a blessing. I make trips 3-4 times a year and have never been disappointed. Lisa and her team are like family. If ever there are any issues or needs they are always on top of it and keep me informed. I would highly recommend Pine Rock Manor for your loved ones care.

It gives me great pleasure in reccomending Pine Rock Manor! Such a beautiful and spacious community tucked in the woods. I LOVE sharing music in the big living room and seeing so many residents enjoying a music program together. The activity director, Sarah, is especially kind and takes the time to create an enriching program experience for all the residents. I especially like the high ceilings and 'rustic' country theme of the architecture. Thank you to ALL the staff for creating a welcoming and happy environment for the residents. You guys rock!!!

The GM and staff went out of their way to ensure that my mom felt comfortable and cared for. I visited 3 to 4 times per week and always had warm and welcoming interactions with the staff. Pine Rock Manor’s property is pretty and well maintained in a serene rural setting. Inside was always clean and cared for with charming colonial architecture. They recently updated their bathrooms and are often making nice updates to communal spaces.

I highly recommend Pine Rock Manor. I researched assisted living and nursing homes for a couple of years ahead of time. I liked Pine Rock Manor the best. It has it all. Assisted living, nursing home, hospice, and can handle someone with memory issues. Not all facilities have complete services like this one. I love the country setting, excellent food and all the activities. We placed my stepmom there last September. The care these people give is always excellent as well as the communication on keeping me informed of any issues or recommend change in medications. The staff is always friendly and allowed me to bring my dog in to visit. My dad visited his wife often and has had a great rapport with the staff. The staff is compassionate about the people they are caring for. I love this place. I have directed my POA to place me at Pine Rock Manor when I am at a point of needing assistance.

I visited Pine Rock Manor while looking for a home for my mother, and I was very impressed. The levels of care are well-defined, and as residents need higher levels of care the programming just gets better and better. Most impressive to me was watching the interaction of staff with the residents. In every department and at every level the care was personalized and considerate. The whole facility is imbued with an atmosphere and practice of "Caring" that I found deeply impressive and very moving. Nothing too fancy, but Pine Rock offers ethical and affordable memory care right up through the end of life. Highly recommend.

Dad has been in memory care for 6 months and I am very pleased with the care and attention he receives. I visit several times a week at all different times and each time I have found Dad to be happy and content. He has complete freedom to go anywhere including in and out of rooms if he chooses. The care is amazing!! Whenever I've asked for anything they are there in a second and always happy to assist. His large room is always tidy and clean. All of the staff truly care for the residents. Highly recommend!

Pine Rock Manor is the perfect place for your loved one who can no longer receive the quality of care needed at home. We had checked out numerous places before choosing this one. I assure you this facility is the best you'll find. The quality of care the patient receives is exceptional. It's clean and all staff and nurses go above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. Such a beautiful place to be able to leave your loved one knowing they'll be taken care of. Farmhouse setting is an added benefit. Comfortable and cozy. The center courtyard is a peaceful and safe place to be able to enjoy the outdoors with your loved one.

My mom has been a resident since the end of January 2023. I cannot say enough about this facility. The entire nursing staff has been so pleasant and outgoing as well as the office staff/management. The facility is very clean. The decor is very welcoming. The floor plan is very easy for residents to move around safely. I would highly recommend Pine Rock Manor for your loved one.

Facility offers structured activities for the residents, and meals are provided in clean dining room areas. Different care levels are tailored to the memory care needs of the client. I approached Pine Rock Manor at a very difficult time during my father's ever-worsening dementia after unsuccessfully attempting to get him the care he needed. They promised me they would be able to care for him and they kept the promise. Throughout his stay and his passing, they were very professional and communicated well regarding his condition and needs. I highly recommend them for loved ones with similar conditions.

I have two family members who just joined the Pine Rock community - one in assisted living and the other in memory care. Both have made the transition well and both are happy! There is ample space for my wanderer in memory care and she no longer feels trapped as she did at home and there are always plenty of staff members standing and available to talk when I either visit or call. The assisted living side provides more independence but in a very homey atmosphere. Plus, my grandfather is free to go and visit his wife in memory care whenever he wishes - priceless! The transition from a wonderful 24/7 care team at home made me nervous, but the staff worked hard to make sure everyone was well informed and the change went smoothly.

It was a very difficult decision to put our mother put into a memory care facility but the staff has been so supportive and caring keeping my mother engaged in different activities every day.I love the fact that they can roam the building. It does my heart good seeing her laugh and smile telling me about her new friends and how much she enjoys it there and likes the food.

The staff at Pine Rock Manor have been absolutely wonderful to my mother and our family. Such a god-send at a difficult time. We love the B&B style of the facility and the fact that residents have a lot of places to roam, not just one big room. Mom is happy and that takes a lot of stress off us. My mom was there for the last year. She just recently went into the arms of Jesus last week The care and love she received was amazing! They provided her with the best care possible.
