My mom has been a resident since the end of January 2023. I cannot say enough about this facility. The entire nursing staff has been so pleasant and outgoing as well as the office staff/management. The facility is very clean. The decor is very welcoming. The floor plan is very easy for residents to move around safely. I would highly recommend Pine Rock Manor for your loved one.

I approached Pine Rock Manor at a very difficult time during my father's ever-worsening dementia after unsuccessfully attempting to get him the care he needed. They promised me they would be able to care for him and they kept the promise. Throughout his stay and his passing, they were very professional and communicated well regarding his condition and needs. I highly recommend them for loved ones with similar conditions.

Wonderful facility providing exceptional Memory Care at affordable rates. Staff are very friendly and caring. Facility offers structured activities for the residents, and meals are provided in clean dining room areas. Different care levels are tailored to the memory care needs of the client. Nurses and assistants are very attentive. Medical and Psychiatric Care is also provided. Highly Recommend.

I have two family members who just joined the Pine Rock community - one in assisted living and the other in memory care. Both have made the transition well and both are happy! There is ample space for my wanderer in memory care and she no longer feels trapped as she did at home and there are always plenty of staff members standing and available to talk when I either visit or call. The assisted living side provides more independence but in a very homey atmosphere. Plus, my grandfather is free to go and visit his wife in memory care whenever he wishes - priceless! The transition from a wonderful 24/7 care team at home made me nervous, but the staff worked hard to make sure everyone was well informed and the change went smoothly.

It was a very difficult decision to put our mother put into a memory care facility but the staff has been so supportive and caring keeping my mother engaged in different activities every day.I love the fact that they can roam the building. It does my heart good seeing her laugh and smile telling me about her new friends and how much she enjoys it there and likes the food.❤️❤️❤️

I placed my mother at Pine Rock Manor because she suffered from a serious case of Dementia. The Services they provided and the personal care by their professional staff was great and they were very caring. Since Memory Care Costs can be very substantial, I found the costs to be reasonably priced. I recommend that you check it out.

Exceptional service to some of the most special but challenging people to love and care for. This is a memory care facility, and every resident is there for a reason. Needs and sometimes behaviors are tough to field, but the staff does an excellent job tending their needs and treating them with respect. If I have a concern, a quick phone call yields immediate attention. They listen! Not only to the residents, but also to us family members Before we found this place, my family was dying trying to meet my dads intense needs from Parkinsons with Lewy Body Dementia. This place and the staff are a true Godsend for us, particularly my dad who would not make it without them Anyone who leaves a low-star review must not understand the complexities and challenges of caring for such a special but valuable community, or is not the right kind of person to care for them, because yes, it is a tough, demanding, and often thankless job. I have the utmost respect for every worker and administrator there I highly recommend them
