When we inquired about Aynsley for our mom, a representative came right to our home and provided a virtual tour. Our mom has been a resident since the summer of 2022 and we couldn't be more pleased about her new home. Aynsley makes us feel like family and the quality of her care is outstanding. Every member of the staff, the activities, the nursing care, and the meal service can only be described as excellent.

My mom moved into Ansley Place after a brief stay in the hospital in February and I cannot say enough positive things about the level of care she received and the quality of the facilities. The entire staff is the most caring and compassionate group of professionals I have ever met in a senior living community or assisted care facility. It starts with residents and visitors being greeted with a smile and hello from every staff member. From there it is evident every team member has the care and well-being of residents as their top priority. My moms needs were thoroughly met with the respect and dignity a senior deserves and with love, caring and kindness as if she were family. Ansley Place is very tastefully decorated, and the residents rooms are warm and functional. My mom was completely comfortable at Ansley as if it were home. The housekeeping staff keeps common areas and residents rooms spotless; just another sign of how much everyone cares for residents. Ansley Place truly lives up to their credo of HumanKindness Wellness for Life. If you are considering a senior community for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend speaking with the team at Ansley Place.

As the daughter of aging parents, I was faced with a decision of how to give them quality care in an attentive and compassionate environment. I found just that in the Courville Communities. I moved both my parents in the middle of a pandemic into Aynsley Place. This would not have been possible without Aynsleys extraordinary management staff. They worked together to determine the needs and the best living option for my parents providing each with the care they needed around the clock. Each and every member of the team is highly qualified, kindhearted and understanding. Everything my folks need is under one roof. My folks love their new home and I am so grateful that I chose Aynsley Place for this stage of their life.

I cant say enough good things about the entire staff at Aynsley Place. Our mom was admitted in late May in the midst of the pandemic. For the first 6 weeks our only contact was via phone and Facetime. The staff was fantastic in coordinating the calls and bringing an iPhone or iPad in to facilitate the calls. They were extremely diligently in keeping all the residents safe as possible from the virus. Eventually we were able to do one visit a week for a half hour which was expanded to 2 a week when conditions permitted. In any other time before the virus, wed have been able to go sit with our mom, or take her for a drive or a visit but that wasnt possible in 2020. In that time, the nurses and staff have been our guardian angels. They treat our mom with dignity, respect and compassion, like family. They know her as a person. We can call at any time to check on her and they are available to talk 24-7. Whether its the receptionist or the nurses, they know us by our voices or faces on the screen. This is a staff who do their work with compassion and commitment. Its not just a job for anyone I have met there. The cooks, cleaning staff, nurses, administrators are all on the same page and are an amazing team. We spent the summer having visits outside socially distant. It wasnt until this Fall that we were able to see a little bit of the inside when we were able to visit with mom in a meeting room. Having spent 17 years in the hotel industry, I was very impressed with the furnishings and how spotlessly clean it was. They observed every COVID protocol without fail. They make us feel welcome and like family on every phone call and every visit. In this incredibly trying year, when the most incredible woman you know needs care, it is beyond words to see firsthand that she is so well taken care of by the staff at Aynsley Place. It gives us incredible peace of mind to know that she is there. If you have a loved one in need of care, I encourage you to talk to the staff there. I think you will be equally impressed.

Our mom moved into Aynsley Place one year ago. She moved from an assisted living setting in Florida that no longer served her needs. The former place probably could have served her, but staff did not appear to have the training nor the will. Staff and administrators at Aynsley have provided very thoughtful care: above and beyond our expectations. Our family members visit many times per week, at a variety of hours, and always find staff functioning respectfully. Mom simply says “I am happy” when asked about her experience living at Aynsley. The most recent experience that delights us: Mom has been speaking at a much lower volume. We assumed it was a result of aging (she is now 90). The speech therapist suggested that an ENT doctor have a look. Lo and behold, she has damaged vocal cords (who would not have with such an unruly group of her offspring!) and the doctor plans a procedure that he expects to be successful and helpful. Given the wise suggestion of the speech therapist, we now hope for Mom to be able to communicate more easily. Our experience at Aynsley causes us to recommend it highly.

Aynsley Place is an outstanding assisted living facility. It is clean and well maintained. The food and kitchen staff are top notch. What really stands out is the excellent care provided by the staff. They are responsive, caring, and treats my mom wonderfully. My mom has been in a 2 other assisted living facilities in NH and MA, and Aynsley is by far the best!

My Mom has been living at Aynsley Place for several months, now. She is very happy there. The staff is friendly, accommodating and caring of her daily needs. The quality of the food is excellent with a good variety. The facility, in general, makes her feel like home, and it is kept clean and neat at all times. All her needs are well taken care of. The staff knows everyone's name, which, although it is a small group, is amazing to me that they can know all their patients personally. I recommend Aynsley Place for your parent, especially if they need special care.

The staff is excellent here at Aynsley Place. The LNAs are fabulous, the nurses are great, and they are all very attentive and very much aware of my loved one's needs. They are great at keeping me updated and informed of anything that is going on. My loved one is enjoying Bingo, church services, games, and light exercises here among other things. I love that the community is really close by so we can visit and my loved one can still go to the local senior center. Aynsley Place is the most expensive of the communities we saw, but everything is included here, and there are always LNAs and nurses on staff. I have peace of mind knowing my loved one is well cared for here.

I visited multiple facilities to be sure I was making the right choice for my aunt. The staff are so good, professional and carrying for all the residents. My aunt is very happy and is enjoying the activities offered to her. She has memory issues but the staff are patient and kind. The facility is well kept up and pleasant to visit.
