Langdon Place, Nashua has been a wonderful, welcoming place for our mom. Each person, from Sue at the front desk greeting you by name and with a smile, to Kathy and her team in activities working tirelessly to keep the community active and involved this place does it right. April and her team in the kitchen prepare delicious food daily and work with the residents to make sure their dietary needs are met. The nursing staff is attentive and responsive and always have wonderful smiles. The best review of Langdon Place comes from my mom. "I love it here". If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one Langdon place is worth a visit.

My mother has lived at Langdon Place for 18 years. She is still thriving there thanks to all the staff. I have great communication with the employees and am so grateful to all of them! They are kind, loving and compassionate. The most important thing is that my mother is safe. It's a beautiful place to live. They keep the residents busy with all sorts of activities and parties. She's never in her apartment (which is beautiful). The diningroom is lovely and they wait on them like they're being served in a restaurant. It's a wonderful place for them to socialize.

I just moved my dad here a couple of months ago. He has a lovely apartment and is very comfortable. Denise and Susan have been wonderful in addressing everything to get him settled. The nursing staff are very attentive and quick to communicate if there are concerns. The kitchen staff are very accommodating and helpful. The dining room is set up for fine dining each meal and meals can be brought to the apartments. (as is my dad's case). The recreation staff has plenty of activities and outings to keep everyone occupied. My dad has dementia and hearing and sight problems and mostly keeps to himself, but I always enjoy talking to the other residents who are all helpful and friendly and a delight to visit with.

Mom has been living at Langdon Place for over two years now, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. She is on the 3rd floor memory unit and the staff has been phenomenal with her. I’m kept informed about her care and any issues that may arise. They really care about her well-being and safety. It makes life much easier knowing she’s in good hands!

Looking for a place for my father in law. Was late in the day, talked to Bethany Wiley, director of marketing and admissions. She gave us all the info we needed and a tour. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring individual. We have made our choice. What a wonderful place.

Weve had a Great experience finding a place for Mom. Bethany and the staff have been wonderful. This place is beautiful and is located very conveniently for someone to visit. The covid rules are in place and not intrusive. I think Mom is going to like it here! Thanks again for making the transition easy!

We had to move my father-in-law cross-country during the pandemic as dementia continued its inexorable decline and he needed better care closer to his family. My wife had to quickly find a new, well-trained memory care facility next to us within weeks to properly care for him 24-7. From the very beginning, Langdon Place of Nashua set themselves above and apart from other facilities. They closely coordinated with the transferring medical team, worked with us to ensure his needs were fully met, and supported my father-in-law throughout the process. The nursing staff at Langdon is absolutely superb! They are well-trained, kind, and provide a stubborn, independent, feisty, and active old man experiencing cognitive decline with fantastic care at the end of his life. He is happy and content, and that makes our family happy and content.

Langdon place is inadequate as far as information goes. You have to find your way around. The hot tub isn't workable. Pool is closed on Sat and Sun. and then you have to have a nurse check you out getting into the pool. Lots of complicated rules. Sorry I came here. It would have been an ideal place to live except for these inadequate situations. Takes months to get things done. I was promised curtain rods; I ended up buying my own.

After the sudden loss of my father, we quickly needed a long term care facility for my mom, who has Alzheimers, as she was unable to live alone. This happened right as Covid-19 was exploding in the US, making the process even more challenging. Langdon Place allowed us to visit, tour rooms, and bring my mom in for lunch. We were thrilled that we were able to get her into an open apartment soon after our visit. The staff made the process so easy and smooth and my mom loves her place. We all struggled with the shut downs during Covid, but despite my mom losing her husband, moving from her home and not seeing her family in person for many months, she continues to love Langdon Place! We have been very happy with the care my mom has received and the communication provided by the staff while we were unable to visit. Now that restrictions are easing, we all look forward to meeting more residents and staff and getting my mom involved with more activities at Langdon. We have been very happy with Langdon Place of Nashua as a long term care facility for our mom! Martha Benson and family

My mom was living independently but she had a stroke and I needed to move her to assisted living. There are other assisted living places in Nashua, NH but I chose Langdon Place of Nashua. I dont regret that decision for a second. The staff there are very professional, friendly and just plain the best there is. She is getting the top notch care I had hoped for.

My father recently moved into the Langdon Place from Florida. From our first meeting with Bethany and her staff, we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness to the needs of their residents. As we now learn more, we are also appreciative of their effectiveness and compassion. Almost every day, my father describes his daily interactions with the staff. He especially likes to tell me about the efforts the staff makes to meet his needs and how these efforts far exceed anything that he has previously experienced. These interactions show an internal culture that focuses on compassion, resident dignity, positive feedback, safety and a respect for all. It is obviously apparent that the staff has been trained to focus on the needs of the residents and to be proactive in assisting them. Bethany and her staff have done an excellent job in making Langdon Place a warm, welcoming and safe home. My father has frequently said to me that his only regret is that he did not move back to New Hampshire and into Langdon Place earlier.

Scheduled for a tour today and was told there was only one place I could not visit was the dining room where the residents were eating. When I got there had to wear a mask and I couldn't tour the facility because of COVID. Visited one large apartment and couldn't tour any place. Not happy at all. My daughter took me there on her free time.

Can not say enough positive things about the staff and the care my mom has received at Langdon Place of Nashua. We were very fortunate to get my mother into Langdon in March 2020 just as the Covid Pandemic started. She had lost her husband only 4 weeks prior and had to leave her world behind for a place to provide assisted living. Bethany and the staff of top notch people took my mom in as if she was family, made what should have been a very difficult transition, seamless and painless. The care she has been given and continues to get is beyond any expectations. she has a big beautiful room that we were able to all but recreate what she had at her house and she calls it her new mini home with all her things that she just loves, which for us is all the comfort we need! Take a serious look and consider Langdon Place of Nashua, you wont be disappointed!

Langdon Place of Nashua has been my mothers home for the past 3 1-2 years. We have both been happy with the decision. The staff is always so helpful, caring and friendly! The facility is always clean and bright. Theres even an indoor pool on premises. They have been even more impressive during COVID with communication and safety. Id give 10 stars if I could!!

We love Langdon Place. My aunt has been living there in the independent section for several years now. The apartment is huge as compared to the competition. Its bright and airy, perfectly maintained, and has plenty of storage. During normal times, there are loads of activities with enthusiastic staff encouraging participation. There are great menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with daily specials, all served in a beautiful dining room on crisp white linens. The rest of the facility is maintained to the highest standards. Many years ago another aunt and uncle moved to Langdon independent living. Eventually they moved into the assisted living section, then to the greater care unit. Each move was seem-less with great assistance from the staff to assure the continuity. Staff retention is unseen in other facilities as there are many caring employees that I recognize from 25 years ago. The Covid response has been wonderful. Im not the least bit worried about my aunt. They have been proactive in every way and the residents have been safe. Theyve followed CDC and state guidelines. The staff creatively responded to lockdowns with a variety of in room activities. As restrictions have eased, they are cautiously and safely transitioning to more flexible daily living and visits.

The staff often goes above and beyond to assist with my parents needs. They have been transparent, empathetic and committed to the safety of staff and residents during the pandemic. The staff works hard to meet the needs of a sometimes demanding population. Finally, they offered compassion, love and comfort to my mother when she was in her final days and this will never be forgotten ❤

Very caring staff. I am grateful they have taken appropriate precautions during this pandemic to keep the residents healthy. Bethany, Robyn and Judy have kept us informed via email and zoom meetings. They seem to treat the residents as if they are their own family members. They even did a few video chats with our loved one so we could see each other. Its these little touches and their big hearts that make this transition easier. Keep up the great work!! So thankful for you all!

I am so grateful to have found Langdon Place for my mother. She has been a resident there for nine years since suffering stroke induced dementia in 2011. The facilities are beautiful and clean with amenities more akin to a retirement community than an assisted living facility. More importantly, the entire staff (including administrative, nursing, nursing assistants, activities, kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance) treat the residents with kindness, love, warmth and respect. Every employee knows each resident individually by name and go out of their way to ensure that each resident experiences the best quality of life possible. The staff here truly care. My mother can be quite challenging and she tells me how much she likes the staff and the food at Langdon Place. I have also been extremely impressed by Langdons response to CoVid 19. While many other facilities suffered devastating losses, the Langdon team adapted early safety protocols ensuring that the residents are kept as safe as possible during the Pandemic. I would highly recommend Langdon Place to anyone whose loved one has reached a stage in life requiring this type of facility.

I recently moved my father to Langdon Place in Nashua. This was a difficult time for my Dad being moved during the Covid pandemic. The staff has been extremely helpful, patient and kind to my father. My Mom has been at Langdon Place for 4 years now. Her initial move was on a rush basis and was only possible because the administrative staff went above and beyond to make it happen. She is in a beautiful apartment surrounded by her own furniture, mementos and, of course, her cat! Over the years I have shared many meals with my Mom in the dining room, enjoying the interactions of the entire staff with everyone - including us visitors! COVID has only enhanced my respect and admiration for this team. Their strict protocols have kept everyone safe and COVID-free, but almost as important is the way they stepped in to fill the void of family before visits were possible and became IT experts to happily set up Zoom calls! Personally I am most grateful now for the visitation schedule they manage to run in addition to their day jobs. All these above and beyond actions that I have experienced is what sets Langdon apart from all other facilities.

My brother is residing at Langdon Place and as many of you know, its a family affair. He arrived during COVID so the experience is not ordinary to say the least. That being said the communication with the staff is exceptional. They do go the extra mile to keep us informed and connected with our family. We are comforted to know that he is in very good hands.

We are so grateful our Mom got accepted at Langdon Place this past January! The apartments are spacious and she was lucky to land a 2-bedroom so it really was not a large change from her larger condo. The staff has been so wonderful, both before and during the pandemic. They have had to adapt by having zoom meetings with residents families to keep us informed, setting up outdoor visits for us and getting the residents out for daily exercise with all of the new protocols. The staff are very caring and are always a pleasure to talk to! They go above and beyond! Our Mom now is swimming 30 min 5 days a week in addition to physical therapy we added to her routine. She is happy there!

In this terrible time with the Coronavirus, the staff managed all of this with grace, and patience! I felt they protected the residents in a time that was so hard for families, and for themselves! My beloved Dad passed away this week, at Langdon Place. This was a day that our family dreaded. The staff was amazing! We felt loved, respected and supported, and most importantly, my Dad was loved and supported. Our family is eternally grateful that my Dad passed with dignity and respect. We cannot put in to words our gratitude- much love from the family of Bernie Tobin

When he could no longer live by himself, my good friend Bill's son found him a home at Langdon Place. What a loving and caring place! For nearly 2 years I had the privilege of very frequently visiting him there . We enjoyed Thursday music socials and various parties together, and shared many meals in their beautiful restaurant-like dining room with many delicious menu choices. The nursing staff were very helpful also, and always had Bill ready to go when I was able to take him out to church or on outings. For his 101st birthday a year ago, Bethany, Linda and the other staff gave Bill a party with cake, balloons, and the gift of a bird-feeder to hang outside where he could see it from his window. What a lot that feeder meant to our bird-loving friend! Now that he is gone on, I have it in my year as a memorial to him. Everyone at Langdon knew and loved Bill, both staff and residents. And many greet me as a friend too. While independence was encouraged as much as possible, as Bill's health deteriorated and needs increased, the nursing staff was right on top of things. I could not have asked for better care. I cannot over-express my appreciation to Langdon Place for their care of my friend Bill, and for their support of me, too.

My Mom has been living at Landon Place of Nashua for about a year and a half. She loves it here. They have many activities but the best part is the people who work here. Bethany Willey in the front office has always been very helpful to my Mom, sisters and I. Robin Mcmeniman, the head nurse has also been wonderful and always helpful! Unfortunately, their activities director just retired after over 25 years at Langdon. She was a gem! But I am sure they will find someone good to replace her. Most of the main staff here has been there for a long time which says a lot about the place. So glad our Mom is here.

My father has been living at Langdon Place of Nashua for over three years. When he first moved in he still was driving and much more active, but not eating well and quite lonely. As time has gone on he has required more care. The staff is wonderful and caring. My father cannot say enough nice things about them as do I. Knowing that my dad is there helps me know that he is eating properly, is no longer lonely, and is taking his medications as prescribed. I get feedback via phone calls or emails when I need important information. I have been to the parties they host. The activities director welcomes suggestions. Overall this move has helped me feel that my father is safe.

My parents moved into Langdon Place at the end of 2017 and although my father passed after 4 months there, my mother has thrived there. She has a beautiful and large two room apartment with a kitchen, the staff is very attentive to her needs and she is very active in the many activities and trips they take. Several times when my mother has had medical procedures performed, the nursing staff has regularly checked on her and monitored her condition and assisted her until she was back on her feet. I feel that this is a safe, caring place that is a nice size that is well maintained, but not so big that they do not know all the residents. My family feels that our parents move to Langdon was a great move and we know our mother's health has improved by being a resident there.

Our mother resided at Langdon Place of Nashua since mid-November 2018 until her peaceful passing 5 months later. The transition from living independently to assisted living could have been difficult, but each and every Langdon employee made the experience easy and enjoyable for her. Their exemplary care, dedication, compassion and friendship were greatly appreciated by our mother and our entire family. She loved the food, especially the fish, and appreciated their flexibility and attention to detail. From the very beginning, the Executive Director, Director of Admissions and Director of Nursing set the bar for what was to be the best experience possible for our mother and for that we are extremely grateful. Our mother often said she wished there were more places like Langdon so that others could experience such care and kindness.

My Mother moved to Langdon in December after a fall in November. The transition from living alone and also in the same house for the last 50 years was difficult for her. The support staff, nursing staff and all the residents have been wonderful and welcoming. As a family we could not be happier. The apartments are a perfect size. The facility is kept immaculately clean and beautiful. There are lots of activities and the residents are encouraged to participate. The nursing staff does an amazing job. They are attentive professional and caring. They really are vested in their work. The management team, maintenance dept. Kitchen staff and cleaning staff not only work extremely hard but are always willing to stop and lend a hand or just say hello. Langdon Pace was the best decision we made for the safety and well being of Mom.

My dad is in Langdon Place of Nashua. He moved in in the middle of November. It's wonderful. My dad's room is like a 1-bedroom apartment. He has his own bathroom, a small kitchen, and a separate bedroom. The staff members are great. There are plenty of people there to do the job. Within a few days of moving in, they were on the first-name basis with my dad. They are well in-tuned with new arrivals. They're very energetic and very attentive to his needs. The food is good. The dining area is very elegant and well laid out. It is like a fine dining restaurant. They also have game rooms, a big TV room, and a piano room.

The staff at Langdon Place of Nashua seemed very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They would have people come in to play the piano. They would do bingo, and Wii bowling. I visited a friend at Langdon Place quite often. Excellent meal preparation, very attractive facility. They have different levels of care. They have people who need a lot of medical. They also have independent living. The building is nice. The staff is lovely. They took very good care of my friend. I have all good things to say about it. I have recommended it to other people. They have get-togethers for the really old people. It's not the place to go if you need a lot of organized activity, because a lot of the people there are still independent. They have enough activities. They have the piano, and they have somebody who will play the piano. They do some sing-alongs. The rooms and apartments are very comfortable, and people do tend to stay with their company and their visitors. Most of their socializing is at meal time. The people sit down in lovely dining rooms and enjoy each other's company, and then they visit each other. They have a common area.
