Five stars and above! Our mother has been in Rose Lane Memory care and our family cannot be happier! We had to transition our Mother out of another local facility in April. To say that the transition was not easy on our mother is an understatement but The staff at All American has become like family to us. The care she is receiving is outstanding. The compassion, kindness and knowledge of the staff has far surpassed our expectations. Our mother is treated with dignity and respect and the communication with our family is truly remarkable. Thank you all for the hard work and dedication you provide to the residents and families!! The community is run by Kelly Morgan and she strives to make everyone feel like you are at home. Thank you.

The nursing personnel, directors, as well as all other staff in the kitchen and activities have been outstanding with both of our parents since they came to All American. They address their social, physical and emotional needs at all times. My sister and I are grateful to have our parents well cared for and they love the food as well!

Wow, this establishment is beautiful! From staff to their finishing touches, All American Assisted Living Londonderry is amazing. Kellie (the Executive Director) is friendly and very professional. She truly cares about each and every employee and resident. She has a long history in this career, and you can tell just by speaking with her! Colleen (the receptionist) is so warm and welcoming. Christina (marketing) will make anyone excited to live here, she’s so professional and bubbly. Jodi (HR) is very professional and keeps the establishment running smoothly. I also had the pleasure of running into Abby Morgan (employee) and she has such a great attitude! I would be very confident and comfortable having her care for my family. From top to bottom, this establishment is beautiful and well kept!

I visited the All American Assisted Living facility in Londonderry, NH for the first time a few years ago. It immediately impressed me. I left thinking this was a well kept secret place of my town. I walked up to the front entrance and there were residents sitting on the veranda comfortably enjoying the nice weather. All of them greeted me with smiles. The front was clean and tastefully decorated. There were pretty hanging plants and nice landscaping all around. As I stepped through the doors I was greeted by a friendly, happy staff. There was a lot of activity and the residents were enjoying music and various different games. It was pet day also and some of the residents were enjoying the dogs that were visiting. I was given a tour and was impressed how pretty everything was. The main sitting room and dining room was set up like a 5 star hotel! I was shown a vacant apartment and found it clean, bright and spacious. Well, I visit the All American frequently now and every day that I do I am never disappointed! I look forward to the friendly staff and happy residents and all the interesting fun activities going on. Thank you All American for taking such special care of all our families and friends living there!

We couldn't be happier having my mom live at All American. The staff is wonderful, caring and super friendly to all. I personally think of the staff as family, because they know me and even recognize me on the phone. The last year has been very tough on the residents, not being able to leave the building and even sometimes not being able to leave their rooms. The staff planned all kinds of fun things that they could do in their open doorway, including singing and dancing and the staff would be in costume according to the theme of the day. GREAT FUN! Overall I can't say enough great things about All American...°

We’ve been very pleased with the care and concern my mom has received since she moved in this past November. Kelly and Christina, the co-directors, are actively engaged with the residents and always showing them love and attention. We’ve been please with the other staff as well.

I have had experience with four facilities over the years; All American isn't perfect, but it is close. My mom moved into All American in Feb'22, under difficult conditions: a move from upstate NY, COVID raging, and medical and psychological issues upon her arrival. Things have stabilized now, thanks to the great support at All American. Our visits have decreased from 4+/week to 2/week. My mom is Rose Lane (the memory care unit). I don't know all the staff that cares for my mom but I have to say that all the nurses, aides, activities personnel, and the others I have met, are SO kind and attentive toward the residents; their compassion towards is obvious. My wife and I are there twice a week, every week and we see a lot of candid situations. The friendly demeanor of EVERYONE at All American, makes me feel comfortable that my mom is there. They can't hide their caring nature, when we are there so often. My mom loves all the staff there and volunteers her pleasure when we talk. What could be improved? The processes - like follow thru on non-medical issues. A better way to track requests and communicate results. I considered rating All American a 4 (out of 5), but the care and kindness mentioned earlier, trumps the few minor annoyances. I have told multiple perspective families how great All American is when they tour and I am glad I finally had a chance to write a review. Rudy

My Mom has been at All American in Londonderry for 2 1/2 years. She began in the Assisted Living unit and transitioned into the Memory Care unit this year. Our experience with All American has been absolutely wonderful! Each staff member has always been very friendly, pleasant and compassionate, providing great care for my Mom. Whenever I go to visit, I am always welcomed and treated like a valued member of the community. Having moved my Mom from a different Assisted Living home in MA, I have experienced first-hand what a superior home All American at Londonderry is. The residents get top-notch care; the facility is always very clean and well kept; the staff is attentive and happy; and it is reasonable price. I would highly recommend All American to anyone in need of a top quality assisted living or memory care home.

Mom has found a loving, caring and high quality home at All American. She has been a resident for about 5 years, and has done well living in both the traditional community, and now the Memory Care community, “Rose Lane” where she receives more focused care and attention. I recommend my friends consider looking into AAAL for their loved ones.

Great experience moving dad here, everyone has been wonderful, my dad is thriving and his being here has brought me great peace of mind. He is receiving excellent care and the food is wonderful! Very positive and upbeat vibe, fun and active place. They offer the LSVT BIG/LOUD and Speak Out Parkinson's programs which dad has just started and we know will help him greatly. Management and staff have all been excellent, they clearly truly care about the residents and are friendly and compassionate. We chose All American in Londonderry for dad because of the fun and positive atmosphere, community feel and the Parkinson's programs that are offered and have been very pleased with the experience.
