The Waterford at Woodbridge creates a positive environment for our assisted living residents who want to remain independent but need some help with daily activities.
We offer several styles of units to choose from in sizes to fit all senior needs. There is plenty of storage space, private bathrooms, and each apartment. The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Plattsmouth residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. The Waterford at Woodbridge meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

I have found purpose and joy working at The Waterford of Plymouth and I am honored and blessed to be part of their team. I strongly beleive in their mission and vision, and have witnessed first hand all the efforts the new admisnitration and management have made to improve processes, raise the standards of the care provided to the residents and renovate the infrastructure. Our residents are treated like family and they consider this place their home. The care we provide to our residents is personalized based on each of their individual needs, and we pride on providing a good mix of physical, spiritual, and social activities to ensure our residents stay both, mentally and physically healthy. Our dinning depertment works continously to provide homemade, whole hearty meals and our caregivers provide compassionate and loving care in a dependable and trustworthy way. Newly renovated. Clean and wonderful team. My grandma spent 2009-2012 here. She was taken care of well, and was able to spend her last days in her home here. Thank you Woodbridge.

When it came time to consider options for my moms care there were many things to consider, she has very specific needs and comes as a package deal with her dog. Her dog means the world to her I was certain she would have to give up her little companion when it came time to transition, but was thrilled that the Waterford is a pet friendly place where shes able to receive care and keep her companion close!! All in all Woodbridge has been a great fit for her she enjoys the company of peers, plays cards and is making friends, staff is professional, accommodating and knowledgeable about her specific needs. Couldnt be happier!

Waterford is a great community to live in and bring your friends, and family that are needing a little extra care. The staff is always super helpful when needing assistance in finding someone or fixing an issue. Waterford is also a great place to work, you develop a home away from home and long lasting relationships with the residents!

Staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My mother is a resident and has a lot of good things to say. She enjoys the activities, recent changes (new paint and updating various components of the facility) and other residents. I have visited during normal operating hours and various other times. I have never been denied access to see her and have never had the feeling that staff were negligent or unprofessional. The area is clean and well kept, it is inviting, and food is pretty good Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for professional assisted living for a loved one.

This is a lovely, newly renovated Assisted Living Facility. I have the pleasure of visiting here when I see Home Health patients.. The staff is very caring and truly treat the residents like their own family members. It is clean and tastefully decorated. The residents are warm and friendly and I love how they welcome new neighbors. The staff routinely go above and beyond to keep residents safe and everyone is up to date on the residents health status.

Im reaching towards the end of my medical major, and I have to do an internship. There is many of places to choose from but Ive heard so many great things about Woodbridge I thought I tried there first! Brittani was incredibly nice, very professional, overall great person to learn from when returned my call! She accepted my request for a possible internship! Beyond excited! Im extremely grateful for this opportunity to work with such a great team!

Woodbridge is truly a place you can call home!!! The staff AND residents make you feel like family! The care staff are compassionate and caring and the management team is second to none!! With a fresh, new updated look and friendly atmosphere it would be a mistake not to go see everything this amazing community has to offer!

We absolutely loved the beautiful setting at The Waterford at Woodbridge during our recent visit. We took the kids there to do a Halloween parade for the residents to see their costumes. The kids are very young and had fun interacting with the residents.

Woodbridge is a very friendly, family oriented place. You would not think of it as a business, but more like home sweet home. The staff are always helpful and go above and beyond in their jobs. Residents are also very friendly and welcoming.

A lovely, newly renovated Assisted living facility. The staff is fantastic and available 24 hours.The staff treat the residents like family members. it is very clean and residents are vet welcoming.

I used to regularly volunteer here every Monday morning making and teaching the elderly how they can make plastic mats for the homeless. I think the staff is absolutely wonderful and so are the residents. The food isn't that bad and there are activities going on. The activities director is absolutely amazing too!
