Management has been amazing here. When my fridge and toilet started leaking, they addressed the issues immediately and replaced them right away. They are very responsive when it comes to maintenance requests and are always friendly and professional. I’ve already recommended this community to several friends because of the great location, safe neighborhood, and excellent management team. It’s been a very positive experience living here.

My grandma lived there for a long time and Lindsey made it so easy for us to transfer her to an assisted living. She is so sweet and helpful.

Overall had a good experience here. Came in from out of town and decided to stay at Southridge. Lindsey was super kind and helpful. If I have had any questions about anything at any time of day she would respond and help with anything I needed. I came from out of town and she simply made me feel right at home. Overall 10/10 experience and service.

I have been a resident at this complex for 4 years and have dealt with past management who had absolutely no urgency to get things done. So I’m leaving a 3 star review in hopes that all the good conversations I have had with the new property manager Lindsay continues. Things are coming together, as far as maintenance and communication goes a lot smoother than it has been in the past. I honestly can say that I like what I’m seeing. Gabe the new maintenance guy listens and he can get along with just about anybody. Shout out to the kind gentleman that has been keeping our hallways clean, as they have been neglected in the past.

So refreshing to meet a staff that seems to genuinely care! The manager Lindsey took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me narrow down my options. Not to mention, the property is beautiful!! Apartment hunting is always stressful but this place made it easy.

My Mom has lived here for a couple years and the management was horrible, but I’ve talked with Lindsey (new management AFI) and she was incredible! I can see that it is making a complete turn around! I live here. Apartments are nice. Full size appliances. But was recently sold to Cornerstone Residential. So if you were told there was a shuttle service, forget it. That's the first thing they got rid of. They are planning on stopping utilities included in the rent. So if you don't drive or have someone to help you, your choices are having groceries delivered or doing without. They don't want you to call or go to the office either. They prefer to be emailed. So if you don't use a smart phone or have data, or the Internet, you once again get the short end of the stick. I guess they feel that Seniors are a waste of space and the sooner we die or move out the happier they will be. They are pet friendly for the time being.

The buildings look good, the insides are beautiful, but the roads in between the driveways need maintenance. Cracks and chunks of concrete are missing in these areas.

Cowboy properties sold it and it seems like it's gone downhill. Since then some of the staff are very rude and not very kind And maintenance is not very handy and helpful. Would be kind of the last place that I would recommend.

We have a church service every Sunday at the Tregaron Community Building. I've never had any problem with anyone and everyone is welcome to come. The apartments, and the hallways to the apartments, have been well maintained. No holes, water damage or any other noticeable problems. Every resident I've met, have been extremely helpful and kind to my family and myself. The Community Building has been clean and seemed to me to be well kept. The kitchen area and the men's restroom have what was needed to function. The water ran and got warm and the toilets flushed. They have a work out room, computer room and a little collection of books that are clean and seemed to be well maintained.

Love my apartment but upset with maintenance. I am 78 years old and have to use a cane. Several problems in 1 1/2 years ive been there. First of all dishwasher and microwave are vey old and i expressed concerns after i moved in. First microwave has rust spots in door and i dont know if that can cause problems with breathing etc. It works so so so they wont replace. Dishwasher they put a can of something it to clean it out and dishes never come clean. I have tried 3 different kinds of soap and have always totally cleaned dishes before i put in dishwasher. They still come out with a greasy film on everything. I have complained several times and about 3 months ago asst manager was in on different complaint and i had left greasy dishes in for several months and finally had a chance to show him how greasy it was. This was about 3 months ago and he agreed it needed to be replaced. It still hasnt happened!!!!i know that he is overworked and. He is asst, mgr and tries really hard. BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH HELP. In the 1 1/2 years I have been there they have had 4 differrent managers. None stick around. There are 300 apartments and beside asst mgr they have one maintenance man who is only part time. They have 3 different properties! This winter was particularly difficult. First snowfall, i was parked in handicapped spot and it took me 45 minutes to shovel one side of my car so i could get out. This was 3-4 days after the snow. I just didnt go anywhere til i had to!! We had 50 inches of snow over winter and the did not shovel between cars or in front of cars .in front they piled snowon grass in front of patio doors and there is a drainage ditch between our building and one next to it and snow removal co. Filled that ditch with 10 FEET of snow from the parking lot. So when it started to get warm and snow began to melt, the front apartments began to fill with water And carpet and drywall had to be removed as well as the hallway down to my apartment. I got a lttle water in my bathroom that seeped under from next door apartment. When they finally put sandbags in front of front patio doors that finally dried up. The hallway has new drywall and has been mudded but still not painted two months later. Ive been told that 35 apartments have had these same problems. So I understand that they are overworked, but dont think these are my problems. My rent was raised when i renewed my lease in February. AND i love my apartment and would love to stay there til the hearse comes. I thought this was my last move! I had been in my last apt 12 years and told manager I was there til the hearse came! But son who lived near me got transferred to Mn and started to have some health problems so needed to move across town to where my other two sons live. And that is when i came to Tregaron Oaks. Again, i love my apartment but the snow problem is more than i can handle and raising the rent also causes me problems.i live on $1535 social security. Try to pick up some extra here and there to make it work. But its a constant struggle. I take good care of it and have it decorated beautifully even though my furniture is 30-35 years old. I take good care of everything. Have planted flowers both last year and this year and receive lots of complements on my patio area. So dont want to move but inaction on your part may leave me no choice.

I have lived here for 6 yrs and I am very happy. Of late I've had multiple issues that was taken care of immediately. Id like to thank Michael our emergency service person for being not only an experienced young man in doing his job, but a kind, considerate, trustworthy, and caring person as well. I've thought many times about leaving but have always reconsidered.

Tregaron Senior Residences is a totally awesome place to live! The management team are very friendly, caring and helpful. The maintenance is something one dreams about! They promptly fix most problems within hours rather than days, weeks, or never! There are so many activities to participate in that one has really interesting, creative and cool things to do every day of the week. I love my apartment because it is completely handicap accessible, with large windows that let so much natural light in my living space. If you like beautiful landscaping, you will love Tregaron Senior Residences! It is peaceful, calming and perfect with pine and deciduous trees. I like how close to shopping, dining, medical care, entertainment , and the country we live! I feel joy and happiness living here, and intend on staying a long, long time! Roxie

This place was a blessing for me. As a younger disabled person, I was fortunate to join this 55plus community and help take care of my mom and helped others while getting my services taken care of. A bonus, they accommodate you with a nice driver and bus to take you shopping, Dr appointment and scheduled outings. Staff friendly as is the maintenance guys get things done fast and truly care about the residence. The community it's self is beautiful, the people care for each other , potlucks, gardens, nice park to walk to. A bonus for me was especially when I needed a place to workout with bad weather times, it contributed huge to helping me lose 77 pound's. I had to leave for new opportunities and be with my kids out of state. But the staff helped get a beutiful new one bedroom for my mom and they look out for her as does her neighbors, so I felt good when leaving mom there. It's a home away from my new home. And keep in touch with many of the residents and staff and looking forward to a visit in fall to see new stuff they've done, Enjoy that morning free coffee and conversations with people from all walks of life, gained lots of wisdom and found memories. Looking for people who love and care for you, activities, good staff, accommodation for independent living 55 plus, with activities to make it fun and enjoyable. One of the best affordable housing places in the Omaha/Bellevue area. Go check it out. Miss my friends there.

Small apartment and the doors to the hallway are always breaking. Not very secure. Parking is always hard and no one shovels between the cars. If you are older then that is a service that needs providing. The rent also jumps $20 to $40 every year. When asked the staff say it is to stay competitive with pricing.

Beautiful property, Low-cost rent. Only down sides are motel style hallways,no private patios & no emergency preparedness plan. Handicapped friendly. Independent Living Community for those 55 and older and disabled people.
