My brother has been in 4 communities and Hillcrest Mable Rose is be far the best. The staff is attentive and caring and take care of his needs. The environment is bright and there is a positive atmosphere all around the building which we didn't find at the other places he's been. If there's a problem or something needs to be done it's taken care of in a timely manner. Our family has been very happy with the care he's receiving.

Mom moved to Mable Rose reluctantly, after having to leave her home of 60+ years. There she would spend the majority of the day in a room watching TV, and napping. After she had been at Mable Rose a few weeks, she started to enjoy day to day living again. She had always been a people person, working as a bingo caller until Covid hit and the bingo halls closed down. At Mable Rose, she found people again, at meals, at the activity center, listening to entertainment, and going to the chapel three times a week. She was seldom in her room between lunch and dinner, which were enjoyed in the dining room. Using the walker to go to these activities improved her physical strength. Shout out to Carol, who was always cheering her on and encouraging her to go to activities! Care came from all of the staff, whether it be dietary, maintenance or front desk. The staff are great. They truly enjoy there work. My wife on weekends frequently asks when is she going to the Club. Compared to the Club I must be pretty boring.

My Mom was at Mable Rose for an extended period of time in the daycare program. I know it helped her enjoy the time she had left. She loved the music programs and the store. She always went grumpy but came home with a smile until toward the end. The staff made her feel comfortable and also made us, her family feel better about leaving her. If you want somewhere positive for your family member then this is the place to be.

Hillcrest Mable Rose was a answer to my prayers! Taking my husband there everyday, allowed me to continue working and getting time to do errands. Stan rec'd very good care from the staff and I could go on about my day knowing he was safe & felt comfortable. My husband had Lewy body dementia. I was exhausted and struggled with finding somewhere I could take him for a few hours so I could recuperate. I cannot fully express what a relief it was to find Adult Day Service at the Club at Mable Rose. I would drop Mark off in the morning, and for a few hours I was free to run errands, read a book, nap. He loved the staff. And they him. The food was great, and the activities and other members kept him socially engaged. Angie, the club manager, helped me in so many ways. She had endless contacts for goods and services, and more than once she supplied tissues while I cried in her office. She and her staff are endlessly loving and kind. And somehow they do it with smiles and laughter. I am eternally grateful to The Club at Mable Rose and highly recommend it.

What a great facility, program, and staff! At first, she didn’t want to go. She made friends, participated in activities, and really enjoyed her time there. It was such a great experience, that she started asking about making the permanent move to assisted living. This really helped and eased her transition. Thank you Angie and all of MR staff for giving her such a wonderful experience!

Hillcrest Mable Rose has a rich history of providing high quality assisted living and memory support care in the Bellevue and Papillion area. They also have one of the few adult day service programs in the area. The leaders and team members are thoughtful, caring, and take care of the residents as if they were their own family. My Mom lived at Mable Rose for 10 years, and my Dad was there for two of those years. I was so grateful they were in a place that was safe, that had a lovely ambiance and green spaces, and competent, caring staff. The staff really is wonderful and go above and beyond, treating residents like family. Of course issues arise from time to time just like anyplace, but I always felt heard and things I wondered about were rectified in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mable Rose!!!!

Amazing staff that treat you just like family! From day one until my grandmas very last day, the Mable Rose staff met every one of her needs and helped out our family so much along her journey with Alzheimer’s. Even after her passing they still continue to reach out and help make the grief journey become more bearable with multiple resources. HIGHLY recommend for others loved ones .

My mom had reached the point of not being able to live alone and after a period spent searching for the right situation, we found Mable Rose. While she was reluctant to leave her independent life style, she fell in love with the place in about 2 days. There are so many people who do such a wonderful job, it would be difficult to mention everyone’s name. The staff, food, care, activities, etc. are all top notch. Mom loved it there I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After coming to the conclusion that my parents could not live on their own any longer the group at Mabel Rose made the transition for them perfect , especially when both my parents were in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and keeping things simple for them was what they were all about. Lisa Summers is a god sent and angel her taking the time to make sure every little thing was done was awesome, the staff always had their best interest at heart and made them feel at home. And when it came time to move them to the memory unit they were able to keep them together until the end. From start to finish it was all probably the best way I could have ever dreamed it to be for them thank you again to all the staff and workers that took care of Kenny and Sharon to make sure they had the best final years of their lives .

We moved my mom into Mable Rose last fall. We couldn't be more pleased! We were apprehensive about moving mom out of her home. We thought that she would hate "down sizing" to assisted living. She loves it. The staff at MR is absolutely amazing. The care and respect that they show the residents is exceptional. I would give a "shout out" to specific folks who help my mom, but there too many exceptional ones to be able to mention them all. The food is outstanding and the activities are wonderful.
