Prairie Meadows team members were extremely kind and caring towards mother. She received terrific care from a very caring and compassionate staff. The food was homemade and she really liked it a lot. Prairie Meadows is an exceptional facility. The staff are caring, compassionate, and competent while caring for the residents. The food is delicious, they provide several meal options to suite everyones palate! Some facilities Ive been to have an odor, Ive noticed Prairie Meadows smells clean every time Ive been to the facility. I highly recommend Prairie Meadows for the dementia care they provide!

The directors here are not only fantastic to work with, but also truly want the best for the residents and good intentions. Prairie Meadows has a home-y appearance and feel, unlike other care facilities that look like a hospital. There is also a large variety of activities aimed at individual residents interests!!

I am thrilled with our choice to move our mother to Prairie Meadows. I did significant research and spoke with numerous other facilities before choosing Prairie Meadows. The skill of the staff, the level of care and the amazing resources available to residents far surpassed the other facilities I looked at. Brandi Petrik, Administrator and Don Woods, Community Resource Director, have been incredibly helpful to our entire family throughout the transition. They understand the importance of family to loved ones suffering from Alzheimers. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for the highest level specialized Alzheimers care!

I have been with Prairie Meadows for nearly a year as the Health Services Director-Director of Nursing, and am thrilled to be working alongside a strong leadership team that includes Brandi, ED; Katie, BOM; Don, CRD; Megan, AD; Steve, ESD; and Coyote, FSD.The nursing department proudly staffs a nurse 24-7, medication aides, CNAs, and caregivers. To Whom It May Concern,My 100 year old mother entered Prairie Meadows from another assisted living facility some five hours away a little over a year ago. We had little time to choose a new care facility, and had been apprehensive at making such a serious decision under those circumstances.We can now say, however, that our concern has long since been answered with the excellent care that my mother has received in this past year at Prairie Meadows. The staff there has been very caring and attentive to my mothers needs - both medical and otherwise - and we feel very fortunate at having made Prairie Meadows our choice. We would highly encourage others to consider them as well.

I moved my husband to Prairie Meadows in March of 2017. It was a very emotional time. I did have the privilege of getting to know Nolan and Tracy. They were very helpful. We had a rocky start with the new management, but quickly discovered they were open to our needs and concerns. My husband is treated with dignity and respect and we are very happy with the entire staff.

My dad was a resident for about 1 year. He recently passed away. I have only good things to say about the facility. They treated him with respect and dignity and was always willing to assist him when needed. The last few weeks my dad was combative at times and very anxious. They stayed by him and did all they could to help him.

A great facility starts from the top which the Director Nolan definitely is very professional and compassionate leader. The staff took great care of our mother-mother in law- grandmother with respect and total care. we highly recommend this facility to care for your loved one that suffers from this awful disease. They tend not only to the needs of the body, but to those of the mind as well. Prairie Meadows is an open, friendly, and spotless facility.
