We moved our Mom about 6 months ago and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is great, the facility is clean, they are very accommodating and they have a lot of activities . Tough move for our Mom but she has adjusted very well.

My mother has been living at Parsons House for over a year and she has been very happy there. They hire well, from the nursing staff to the chefs to the management. It’s clean, the food is good, the staff friendly and professional. We have no complaints.

This place is great! Atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and really friendly. They know what theyre doing and what theyre talking about when it comes to high quality care. You can tell making the residents happy is their main priority. They have amazing fine dining. Their menu and food choices is like no other retirement living facility I have ever seen visited. The food is served fresh and hot just like in a restaurant setting that gives the residents the experience they would have dining in at one. Their dining room is equidistant with fine decor. I was able to sample from their menu and the food is exceptional. Best place I would choose to have my parents stay.

Parsons House is a great place to be! There are always smiling faces every where you look. The staff are eager to help with anything you need. Parsons House has a beautiful building with gracious employees. The activity department always makes sure that the residents are occupied and entertained. The dietary staff make sure that the residents nutritional needs are upkept and satisfied. The nursing staff keeps the families well informed and the residents clean and cared for. She knows everyones name and what activities her residents enjoy doing. When visiting Parsons House with their sales person, Heidi, she not only shows you the community but also introduces you to her staff and residents. You can sense the family focused community when you visit Parsons House.

When our mother couldnt return to her independent lifestyle we began searching for a place that mom could call home and receive the assistance that she needed. Omaha has several really nice places and choosing one seemed impossible until I saw Parsons House. It is has such a caring staff! The housekeepers, meal servers, maintenance workers, health aides and activity directors make every effort to provide for all the needs of our mom. The management here is professional and personable.It gives us peace of mind to see the way everyone at Parsons House works together to provide a home for so many loved ones. Mom has adjusted well to her new neighborhood and the rhythm of life here is perfect for her. Im thankful for the good communication with her caregivers and appreciative of all the hard work they each do every day to keep mom active and healthy. This House is an amazing place to call Home!

We moved our Mom in the last week of March and everything about Parsons house has been wonderful. We were really looking for a place with a caring staff willing and able to understand our Mom. We found it here. Everyone, nurses, aides, admistration, cafeteria workers, cleaning crew are helpful, friendly and kind. If they arent able to answer a question they find the right person for you. Mom keeps saying she loves the place and hasnt met anyone she doesnt like! We are so grateful! The bonus is its clean and the food is great! We highly recommend Parsons House.

Wonderful staff is taking care of my husband. His room is always cleaned and laundry carefully folded. Those little things done well surely speak to the importance of each resident. The meals are good and varied. Kevin takes special care of each persons dietary needs and is so friendly. We are so happy that we picked Parsons house.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled to let people know about the staff and facility at Parsons House because its such an important part of our family and I want everyone know how happy we are with the care and love at Parsons House.My father is 94 years old and he is as happy as Ive ever seen him. The staff at Parsons House consistently impresses me. The administration is always responsive and ready to help when I have questions or requests. The nursing staff is out of this world. The dining room staff and the rest of the facility staff do an amazing job taking care of everything to make the residents feel at home and special.It was a difficult decision when we decided my father needed assistance, and there are a lot of choices but I have never second guessed our decision on Parsons House. My fathers health and happiness are all thats important to me, and I always leave Parsons House believing they feel exactly the same way.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful to answer questions. The food is excellent. My parents have had the most wonderful meals. They have never eaten so good! There are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. I do not have anything bad to say about Parsons House. My parents transitioned to the Parson House after 50 years of being part of a community in northeast Nebraska. The staff at the Parson House went out of their way to make them feel welcomed and help them adjust to this life change. The PH staff encouraged them to engage in activities and get involved. They showed care and compassion at every turn of what could otherwise have been a difficult time. The staff is positive, professional, and dedicated to the care of the residents. We are very happy that we selected the Parson House!
