My mom spent her last 4 years in various apartments and it was the best decision she and my family made. She was so happy and the staff and community were amazing. From the staff to the residents and their families we have so many great memories. My mother thrived and life her last years surrounded by love. Her last month the hospice team were just as amazing. Not only did they all show love and comfort but their communication and support with me and my brother were above and beyond. Thank you everyone I will never regret her time there and the relationships and support will always be in my heart. Thanks for the unconditional love and care you give all of us daily.

Our experience at Fountain View has been above expectations. In searching for a place for my parents, we looked at several options and in fact they spent a year in a retirement community that just did not fit their needs. One of my parents was showing early dementia, and based off that condition we decided to search out Communities that could provide services they may need all in one location. A two bedroom independent living apartment for my parents was a great starting point. They settled in well and immediately and enjoyed the sense of community. All amenities, including a washer and dryer and full kitchen in their unit fully met their needs. As time went on, my mother rapidly progressed in her dementia, and was moved to the memory care services. In the small family like memory care unit, her care was beyond our expectations. The close relationship of Fountain View memory care and the On care team who provided her hospice program was seamless. Everyone worked so well together, meeting her needs and those of our family. Apartments are nice. Complex is clean and well maintained. Security could be improved by ensuring all exits doors latch, and have video cameras.

The staff were very friendly and kind and patient and knew how to deal with people like me. It’s just not often you go into businesses anymore, where the people are super nice. They showed me around, answered a lot of questions that I had. I really like the facility and think there’s a lot that it offers. I would recommend this facility to other people.

Helping my extended family as they needed to determine the best for a family member, I found the staff of Fountain View -- in particular, Jade, the Executive Director -- to be extremely helpful. Accepting the need, and then determining the level of care, the family was able to make the necessary decision and are now very satisfied.

What a wonderful place Fountain View is. I have been here two years and love it. The staff is awesome”so personal and helpful and truly let us know that they work for us. The residents represent every type of personality and interests possible which makes for great conversations and fun activities. One can be as busy as they wish or alone as they wish. Good food. Fountain View is a lovely community! I LOVE the culture and community of the residents, and staff at Fountain View. They are all one, big family, and it’s obvious from the moment you walk in. God bless Mary Larsen at Fountain View! She has been an advocate and friend to our Mom and our entire family for over 5 years. She is our go to person when we have a question or issue. She genuinely cares for all the residents and has invested her heart and time to get to know them and care for them in the best possible way. Mary will always go the extra mile to help residents and their families even if it is out of her wheel house. There is nothing too big or small she will not help with. Fountain View is very lucky to have Mary! Our family is very blessed to know Mary!

Kudos to Zach and Dan. These 2 (and another they recruited) came to our rescue after working their own shift all day. Zach and Dan helped us at a great time of need (helping us with something outside their wheelhouse) and did so with their great attitudes. While our mom lived at Fountain View (over 5 years) they have both always been so helpful and engaging not only to our mom, but to the extended family. Fountain View should be very proud to have individuals of this caliber on their team. We have been very fortunate to be part of the Fountain View family for so long. The entire staff has been wonderful and caring for our mom. We will miss you all.

Dad stayed at Fountain View Memory Care for a year and a half. As is anywhere, there were pros and cons. Pros- Most Staff was friendly. Appeared to like their jobs. Meals were healthy and nice variety. Dad would say it was edible. Had a number of activities for residents. CONS They do not clean under furniture. Dad had stuck several items under his chair. Food dirty napkins Christmas ornaments etc. Dementia patients can and will hide anything and everything. Why on earth would checking under furniture not be part of housekeeping weekly responsibility? House keeping is not good at all! Several loads of laundry were turned pink more than once. They did pay to replace after I complained but come on. If you're taking care of my Dad you should be wise enough to know how to do laundry. Dad preferred to eat in his room. I would arrive at 2 or 3 for visits and his plate would still be sitting on his table. Not good for a person who has high risk of choking. He should have been checked on frequently and while doing so, get the dirty dishes removed. Caregivers can not force residents to do anything However they can encourage residents to participate. A simple "Time to play Bingo" is all he needed. This staff could not or would not get Dad out of his room. He sat in his room, day after day when he needed activities to keep his brain from stagnating. From day 1 in his new Memory Care home they have had him out of his and participating in activities every day. His depression is gone and he is happy again. Staff playing on their phones while my father sat in a wet depends. Why they even allow the phones to be brought on property is beyond me. Phone playtime (by caregivers) was seen quite often. They itemized any extra service and added the fee to the bill. Fine for some I suppose but we're not talking a variation of pennies. An average of $1,000 more a month. Ask to see the extra fee list. Was Dad abused. No. More like neglected. It could have been a lot worse. Then again, compared to his new Memory Care home, Fountain View could be A LOT better. Office staff needs to get up and out of their offices and go see what is going on at the frontlines with their residents and staff. I am an In Home Healthcare provider. This is all right up my alley. I do NOT recommend this facility.

This is an awesome place! I love the ambiance, culture, food, the surrounding community among many other things. I love that they provide exercise and wellness activities and that they have beautiful courtyards to sit and relax in. Also they have an active garden club that cares for the courtyards it is true sight to behold. This community is amazing, they provide great meals to the guests and visiting families. It is a peaceful place to come and spend time with your grandparents and they can still spoil you with sweets at the ice cream parlor!

I am a therapist that travels to several different communities within the area. I really enjoy coming to Fountain View. The staff is always pleasant and eager to help. They truly know the residents and show a genuine care and compassion. I would feel comfortable having a loved one reside here due to the cleanliness, care, communication and dedicated staff.

Staff are all every caring. They have changed some of their independent living apartments to assisted living. They need to up grade the rooms for assisted living making the more accessible for wheel chairs and walkers. Showers need larger doors and 0 entry or low entry and more railings by stool. Otherwise bedroom and livingroom/kitchen are roomie

As both of our parents declined in the desire to keep up the demands of their home, we found Fountain View. This is truely their home now. This is what they needed. They have friends and activities and all the staff are friendly and courtious. All it took was one look and we all loved it. If you have loved ones, by all means, take a tour of Fountain View. They will most certainly love it too.

Toured the facility looking for options for our father that can no longer live alone. The marketing director was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation and we felt like she really cared that we find a place that was the best fit for our father. It was an inviting and comfortable community that definitely does not make us feel like we will be sending Dad to a nursing home. He will be able to progressively receive additional levels of care all in the same place without having to uproot him to a new place each time requires more care. All of the staff and the residents really seemed happy being there and we really think he will enjoy living here.
