My dad lived at Bailey Pointe for 8 months before his passing. After looking at a number of assisted living homes we decided on Bailey Pointe and could not have been happier with our decision. As dad really did not want to leave his home the staff there made the transition for him as seamless as possible and within a short time he grew to truly love living there. The staff went out of their way to make him feel important and part of a big family. My dealings with the staff were fantastic. Any time I had concerns or questions about anything, they took all the time I needed to insure that I was satisfied. I also felt that I was part of a big family with the staff and residents. Dad was not a big activities guy, but, there are all types of activities to keep the residents busy all day long if they choose to participate. Med aides and health care professionals were all great to work with at all times. They always checked in to see how he was doing and gave him reminders to take meds and go to meals. This was very important to me as that was one of the big reasons why we needed to move dad to assisted living. Restaurant staff always went out of there way to encourage dad to eat if we weren't there and he had many options to choose from to find something that he liked to eat. Doug Williams and all of his management team were a delight to work with and always took the time to visit with us and my dad whenever we were there no matter how busy they were. I'm not a big leave a review guy but I feel that Bailey Pointe is a great place and I wanted my thoughts to be known by anyone who would choose to take the time to read this. If you need assisted living for your loved one I would recommend that you do your due diligence but make sure that you include Bailey Pointe in your research. Thanks for taking care of my dad. My mother and father have been at Bailey Point for two and a half months. My father unfortunately passed in the last few weeks. He went through hospice at the facility. Everyone was very nice during the process. My mom is doing well and enjoying the activities and likes her new apartment. She says the food is good and the staff is nice.

MaryLou moved in the November before the pandemic. Before that, she was home alone getting meals on wheels and watching TV all day. Even with the pandemic, she has come alive again. She has her own apartment, with her own stuff that tells her story. She was just existing before. Now she is thriving. She has friends to talk to and dine with. She has activities that she can choose to attend or not. If she just wants to sit and read in her room, she has that choice as well. I never dreamed that moving her here would make such a difference for her, but its been amazing how much she enjoys life again. Even with her memory fading, she has developed routines that with the help of the daily planner they give out to each resident every morning with the menu of the day and all the activities they can take part in she can look at that and keep track of where she needs to be and when. She is very comfortable and happy with all the staff as well. She is always telling us they always have a smile and take time to just stop and chat a minute. They have a hairdresser that comes every week and a library full of every book you can imagine. There are areas for family gatherings. The patios out front and back give Roxbury a very comfortable at home feeling. She loves living here, and we are so happy to have found this amazing small community of such loving and caring staff. "Thank you" all for giving us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a safe and loving environment.

My mom moved into Waterford a few months ago. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, and especially the staff. Nicole showed us her apartment and even referred a reasonable moving company to help move her. She was the best!! Maureen the activities director has fun activities for the residents, and reminds my mom to attend them as she is forgetful. My mom just loves Maureen!! Jennifer is always willing to help and does it with a smile. Everyone of the staff that assists in my mom’s care has been good not only to my mom, but our family too. They really care. Thank you Todd for leading such a great staff! I was looking for a place for mom to live that would allow her to live with some independence and keep her dignity. I never worry about the care she is getting. She is definitely in a safe place with people that care about her well being. I’m grateful she has become part of the Waterford family. I have nothing but great things to say.

My mom has been a resident at the Waterford for two years now. It’s such a relief knowing she is safe and well cared for. She has her own spacious apartment with plenty of room for all her things. The staff is so caring and helpful. My mom speaks highly of everyone there - they have become her second family. She has made so many new friends amongst the residents and staff. And every time I have reached out to them for help they have been excellent. I’m so glad I chose the Waterford for my mom. Definitely check this place out.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the Waterford. Our mother has been within the Waterford family for at least 5 years. The staff is caring and has treated Mom with respect with every encounter. During COVID, all the staff took on additional roles to make sure all the residents were well cared for at a time when our visits had to be limited. We feel blessed that we found the Waterford for our Mom and our proud we are part of the Waterford family.

Mom loves the attention she receives when she has health episodes. Roxbury contacted hospice care when things got really rough. Thankfully she survived. The activities are adjusted so that she can take part even though she had macular degeneration. Very caring staff! Would highly recommend.

I loved this place for my mom...she liked living there till she passed away ..the team was great..they always had time for any of us..if we had a concern they addressed it immediately. Her room was always clean. .they had so many activities going on and i was able to sit in on any of them..
