Every time I visit Crown Pointe, I am just blown away at how nice of a community this is for seniors. Not only is the property well-appointed and beautiful, but more importantly, the staff is amazing!

My mom and dad has been at Crown Pointe for over 12 yrs ago!. Weve seen a number of changes of staff, procedures and physical environment. Through it all, the admin at Crown Pointe has been responsive to the needs of the residents. This current staff has been particularly responsive! Katie has been amazing as she has been hit w- some tough issues that hit Crown Pointe that needed time to work through! Obviously, I LOVE Crown Pointe ! I have been an avid marketer to many friends- families about the virtues of Crown Pointe and will continue to !THANK YOU !! Thank YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I just toured Crown Pointe today and was amazed by both the staff and atmosphere! Crown Pointe is so clean and inviting. All the staff were very pleasant and nice. I got to meet Katie the Administrator who was so personable and caring. You can tell she really cares about her staff and all the residents. I loved the huge open spaces, the beautiful fireplace, and large apartments. I got to eat lunch there and the food was very good. It came out fast and hot and tasted great. There were tons of activities for the residents to do, the were doing a stretch/exercise class while I was there. Very great place!

Just about everyone is friendly and quick to offer assistance if they see anyone in need. They are going through some dining room difficulties right now so service & food need some help, or I would have given them a 5.

Crown Pointe is an Amazing Independent/Assisted living facility, I had to write a paper for a college class so I took a tour of Crown Pointe. The Staff was very friendly. The overall feel when you walk in the door is more like a 5 star Hotel than and Independent/Assisted living Facility with nice good size apartments and large closets. And the dinning room is more like a restaurant with menus at every setting, and the best part. All day breakfast.
