Outside landscaping is tidy. I like the front entry, it is open, bright and looks so inviting. The check-in is an easy kiosk to use , but doesn’t seem to be required. I think it should be more required for the safety of the residents. I was visiting a single resident, but twice during my visit, cheery invites invited residents to activities. Additionally, Elevator operates at a slower level to accommodate older/ slower adults. ( nice). Inside open area is clean and has updated furniture.

The manager is a nothing but a salesman. Lies to family about what your loved one is doing so he can move them to a more expensive room. He said my mom was walking around half naked so he could fill the room that opened up in the assisted living. There was NO PROOF. THERE SHOULD BE A PROCEDURE, talking to ALL the staff before you just move a person to a different level of care. NIT BECAUSE A ROOM OPENED UP. I wonder if he gets a bonus for filling up the expensive rooms.

I came for a tour of Crown Pointe Senior Living. When I walked in the door it felt welcoming. Brooke and I sat down to talk about Crown Pointe and what they offer. They have so many planned activities to keep you busy all day if you want to be busy. Everywhere you look there are chairs to sit and rest. The meal choices they offer sound delicious. I have decided to make this my home.

My brother`s experience here was positive. I do question some of the business practices of the company. First, you begin to pay the moment you sign. Of course it takes time to move furniture and belongings in. Rent due at the beginning of next month would be fairer. The other thing is what consitutes rent? My brother was at the top of the scale and required more help with staying on schedule, personal hygiene, dressing, etc. He left on the 1st of the month but was charged for the full month. Prorating these variable costs is more appropriate. As a past business owner I`ve never seen pro-provider policies like these.

Front desk staff is welcoming when you enter. The employees and caregivers who interact with the Residents are engaging and caring. Appear to make it a priority to know each Resident’s name and needs. The cleaning staff is exceptional. They are happy and friendly. Visiting the facility is a positive experience.

I absolutely love this facility. I visit a friend in another assisted living place and it is horrid by comparison to Crown Pointe. I love that there is an open floor plan outside of the rooms. But there are tables where people can put together puzzles overlooking the floors below. I love that there is a really nice lobby area that is open with plenty of nice seating that looks very comfortable. I love it Christmas when all the Christmas trees are up. I feel like my loved ones that are there are really taken care of and I couldn't ask for anything better for them.

The resident I visited in Memory Care was assisted by a lovely young lady. The resident commented on how good the help is. She again said, and I think I have mentioned this before, that the food is not that good. Too many casserole type dishes -

Mom had a beautiful, well maintained apartment with a pretty bay window, and a large walk-in storage room as well as regular bedroom and linen closets at Crown Pointe. Director of Nursing, Jessica, is an exceptional, caring nurse and patient advocate with a lot on her plate. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. In spite of the heavy resident loads, the Med Aides and CNAs were excellent. Meds were delivered correctly and on time. The community activities were plentiful and enjoyable. Residents could be found socializing in the common areas at any time of the day. There was a free soda pop fountain and soft serve ice cream machine accessible in the dining room. When Mom was there, the food wasn't great. Servers and cooks did what they could with the resourses and staffing they had at that time. Staffing is challenging all over Omaha not only CP. Because of her oxygen monitoring requirements, Mom was on the "higher need" end of the assisted living spectrum. We opted to supplement Mom's care with visits from a private care giver. The combination of Crown Pointe staff and a private care giver worked well for our situation. The most important criteria for Mom (besides a large closet) was social interaction. Crown Pointe was vibrant with residents out and about, and friendly staff that called everyone by name.

I recently placed my significant other at Crown Point. From the moment I walked in I got a good feeling about the place. Everyone was incredibly nice and had answers to all my questions. They really care about the residents and have been wonderful during the adjustment period of living in a new environment

Years ago, I had secured a room for my mom here. Unfortunately, she did not leave the hospital. Recently, I visited a resident at CP. As a retired RN, I was so impressed with the security measures, the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the overall caring professionalism. Delighted to see it seemed unchanged.

My mom and dad has been at Crown Pointe for over 12 yrs ago!. We've seen a number of changes of staff, procedures and physical environment. Through it all, the admin at Crown Pointe has been responsive to the needs of the residents. This current staff has been particularly responsive! Katie has been amazing as she has been hit w/ some tough issues that hit Crown Pointe that needed time to work through! Obviously, I LOVE Crown Pointe ! I just toured Crown Pointe today and was amazed by both the staff and atmosphere! Crown Pointe is so clean and inviting. All the staff were very pleasant and nice. I got to meet Katie the Administrator who was so personable and caring. You can tell she really cares about her staff and all the residents. I loved the huge open spaces, the beautiful fireplace, and large apartments. I got to eat lunch there and the food was very good. It came out fast and hot and tasted great. There were tons of activities for the residents to do, the were doing a stretch/exercise class while I was there. Very great place!

Crown Pointe is an Amazing Independent/Assisted living facility, I had to write a paper for a college class so I took a tour of Crown Pointe. The Staff was very friendly. The overall feel when you walk in the door is more like a 5 star Hotel than and Independent/Assisted living Facility with nice good size apartments and large closets. And the dinning room is more like a restaurant with menus at every setting, and the best part. All day breakfast.

Just about everyone is friendly and quick to offer assistance if they see anyone in need. They are going through some dining room difficulties right now so service & food need some help, or I would have given them a 5.
