I recently attended an Avidor Speed Networking event, and it was absolutely fantastic. Very well coordinated and a wide variety of businesses were present. I was also fortunate enough to get a tour ofAvidor. What a fantastic environment. The apartments were spacious, very well-maintained, and there appears to be tons of activities for the residence to participate in. I can certainly see why Avidor is so highly recommended.

If you are 55+ or older and looking for an active adult lifestyle you need to highly consider Avidor. Avidor is an amazing community that provides many activities for people that want to be active and have a more social life. The staff is kind, friendly and they are all about their residents. Every time that I have gone into Avidor there are always people hanging out, socializing and enjoying themselves. When you retire (or still working), just don't want to put up with maintenance on your house, or want to have a more social life.... this is the place for you. If I could describe Avidor in a few words or phrases, I would say, Fun, friendly, and great customer service. I highly recommend Avidor to anyone that is independent and wants an active lifestyle! Thanks for all that you do for the seniors, Avidor! We appreciate you so much!

There are so many fun activities here at Avidor and the staff is always so personable and helpful. When the power was out, they even brought in food for breakfast and for lunch which was over and above what anyone would expect. So many fun and wonderful people live here. .

Avidor offers the best kind of living for active adults 55+. Amazing staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Thanks to Christina (leasing agent) who started our ambassador program where residents assist new residents settle in to this vibrant community. Beautiful apartments, many fun amenities, a really great staff! What more could anyone want!

I had recently gone to a networking event at Avidor. I was super impressed!!! The event was hosted by a gal Christina Reed, who was so welcoming and fun. She took me on a tour and I got to see the apartments. They were much more spacious than I would had imagined based on the dimensions listed in the brochure. The residents were so fun to talk to and the place is absolutely stunning. It was winter so I did not get to go outside but that pool that I saw outside the window looks absolutely amazing. I had not heard of it prior but was amazed by this place! As a nurse, I love that mature adults get encouraged to have activity and socialization, which are keys for staying healthy and preventing decline that can happen with advancing age. They have so many activities there. It is a tremendous value to live there when considering all of the entertainment, health benefits, and beauty that this place provides. I wish they would lower the age limit so I can move in!!! This place is like a super cozy tropical resort.

I've lived in Avidor for 9 months and could not be happier. This active adult community has made my life so much better. With all the daily activities, great happy hours and other fun stuff I am so fulfilled. Residents make everyone feel at home and so it is easy to assimilate. My apartment is new, great looking and meets all my needs. The staff go out of their way to meet resident needs. I have visited many other communities like Avidor and they all fall short in one way or another. I am very happy with Avidor.

Excellent staff. All are very knowledgeable in making my stay here secure answering all my questions quickly making me feel part of the family.
