My mom is so happy here. There are different levels of interactions for all kinds of social levels. Mobility devices (walkers, canes, scooters, etc) are accommodated as well as outside medical services and home health staff. This is NOT a nursing facility and doesn't offer medical personal on staff. A resident has to hire home health services themselves if needed. Each floor is its own 'neighborhood' with meetings and parties. The residents reach out to each other and genuinely treat this place as a home they have personal stake in.

My home care company takes care of clients at Arboretum Village. The building is always immaculately clean with great security. The office team is always pleasant and responsive to our questions. Our clients love living at the Arboretum.

Four years ago I made the best decision to sell my home of fifty years. I chose The Arboretum in Midtown to be my home. Not only was this the best decision for myself but it was a gift to my children.

Fabulous location in central Omaha and not way out west. Also the Arboretum Village believes you are truly independent and meals are an option--so you can still cook for yourself. Meals are offered and are wonderful but are optional. Also exercise classes and a staffed fitness room. People here are like a small community. Really happy with our decision to move here.

I love taking my dogs here and hiking around during the day here. Large variety of birds there to watch if that’s your thing, I myself am partial to it. It’s the only place in town that I have seen owls at during the daytime so that’s just really cool. Never seems to be busy at least whenever I have stopped by. Nice quick getaway within the city if you need to decompress a bit.
