My mom moved into Primrose about nine months ago. She moved from Lincoln, as I needed her closer to myself and my family. I have not one negative thing to say about Primrose. It has been the best decision we have made in a very long time. The staff, the facility itself, and the residents are top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who will listen. 🙂

Primrose not only gives excellent care for the residents, but the atmosphere of the facility is very homey. We have very high praise for all of their staff for their caring attitude.

My mom was independent her entire life until the past year when injuries put her in need of assisted care. She has gone from assisted care and now is enjoying the independent side of Primrose. She has never been happier. She has activities, exercises, mass, very good food and most of all her apartment feels like home. It is such a relief to know mom is surrounded by people who care a great deal about her to the point they really are like family

Primrose has been such a blessing for our family. We have experienced such genuinely kind and caring treatment from every person there. We began in assisted living, and are currently residing in the independent area, and enjoy it very much! Beyond grateful to have found Primrose with such excellent nurses and staff.

At a time when our family was desperately needing a facility that would help with my parents need at the time, someone suggested Primrose. They were an answer to prayer for us in so many ways! Their kind & caring staff, from the top down helped us through a difficult time then helped us with transitioning our mother to live there. It is truly a peaceful & caring environment & our family could not be more pleased.

Lisa at Primrose is amazing. When my grandmother was very emotional and resistant when the doctor told her she needs a higher level of care than living on her own in a home with stairs, Lisa worked with us immediately. She said all the right things and did all the right things to put grandma more than at ease. And after reviewing several similar facilities in GI we realized that Primrose is the Cadillac version of assisted/independent living. Their physical facility is beautiful and we'll maintained, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and everything included in the monthly fee is amazing. Including but not limited to an ice cream parlor, a pub, a Veteran's room, a beauty parlor....on and on. I would recommend to anyone to visit Lisa at Primrose and put your mind at ease that your loved one is getting through best care .

Mom was in Primrose Assisted Living for about 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about the care she received while she was there. It was obvious that every member of the staff, from the executive director to the cleaning staff had the best interests of the residents foremost in their minds. The facility is beautiful, secure, safe, and spotlessly clean. There's no better place to be during a tornado. Fire standards are at the highest level. The food's really good. The location is pleasant and relaxing. Particular thanks to Tonya, Shelly, and the entire nursing staff for their work above and beyond. I would recommend Primrose to anyone looking for assisted living care.

When I was looking for a retirement community for my mother, we looked at several in Grand Island. When we first entered Primrose I fell in love with it and knew it was the perfect place for mom. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone of the caretakers were so nice, friendly and so helpful to my mom. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The marketing director Lisa Simonds went out of her way numerous times to help my mom and accommodate her needs. If I called and needed something done Lisa would not hesitate to make it happen. I would HIGHLY recommend Primrose retirement community to anyone and have already done so to numerous people. The actual environment and apartments are so beautiful and welcoming. If I lived in Nebraska and was old enough to go to a retirement community, Primrose would definitely be my choice.
