I worked at this establishment but left for medical reasons. While I worked there, not one time did I observe a resident being neglected or improperly handled. Christine, the owner went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of professionally. I really miss that place and would go back to work there in a heartbeat...who knows, one day the right situation may arise. I recommend anyone with special needs for memory care, stay here, they specialize in this field. It's very clean, it's well run, the staff have a passion to help those in need.

Excellent Staff . the way i feel they have done a fantastic job providing excellent and professional care in the Alzheimers Dementia care field. I couldnt be more pleased with the care my mother recieves. I would recommend their services to anyone who has a loved one with similar characteristics and has had a hard time finding professional care. Never judge a book by its cover because they provide 5 star care.

Throughout this pandemic the staff has really stepped up and proved that their heart is in this for the residents. They are going above and beyond to give care to the residents. Starting from March when we was locked down and didnt know what this Corona virus was going to do to us having cases in the building and now coming close to the end of this mess and the staff working long hours and pitching in on their days off. WAL staff rocks.

I attended family day on December 9th, 2017. It was my first visit there and I could see from the moment I stepped in she was well taken care of. The care and compassion from all members of the staff was clearly visible . Most of all she seemed very happy there.

The staff is friendly and conscientious and they really care about the residents. Yes we wish mom did not have to be here, but she need 24 HR care that we cant give at home.
