I called to contact a social worker, but I was never able to speak to one. I tried to make some care packages for clients that are in need but I was told they have everything they need. In those places someone always needs something and having a care package could brighten their day. I will try another location.

I had to place my mom in memory care for safety purposes which was a difficult decision for me but I must say, this facility is very caring and loving towards their patients! Every time I go in to visit, my mom is bathed, dressed, even has curls in her hair. Her bed is made and washed often. She eats well and always has her snacks and water. The staff go above and beyond. No matter how tired they are, I am always greeted with a smile. The admin team and patient care coordinators are just as wonderful! My mom loves them so much! I am grateful! Thank you Wake Assisted Living!!!

This company has the worse business structure I have ever seen in a facility! Active current Covid outbreaks at facility that they fail to tell anyone about- Narcotics missing off Med Cart, Medicaid and Medicare billing books altered, residents have a lack of diapers and wipes ( that Medicaid pays for) major resident neglect, no showers, urine soiled clothes left in residents closets for weeks, incident reports not filed for falls, regular caregivers passing medications to patients that are not certified and also forced to lie to NC State Board Inspectors or risk being Fired if they don’t. The hiring manager is unprofessional, inadequate, Rude, Non-Compliant with NC State laws hiring manager ([name removed]), who is the sister of owner ( [name removed] whom I have never met) and it does not stop there. I would not put a dead dog in this place. If your looking for employment- this place does not value their employees, lack communication, and will hire anybody that will follow their Law-Breaking, and cover ups but will fire you for doing your job!

The staff is very nice/ and it looks clean but the facility reeks of urine. I’ve been there several times and each time the smell was worse. That needs to be addressed no one should have to live with that.

Throughout this pandemic the staff has really stepped up and proved that their heart is in this for the residents. They are going above and beyond to give care to the residents. Starting from March when we was locked down and didnt know what this Corona virus was going to do to us having cases in the building and now coming close to the end of this mess and the staff working long hours and pitching in on their days off. WAL staff rocks.

Excellent Staff . the way i feel they have done a fantastic job providing excellent and professional care in the Alzheimer's Dementia care field. I couldnt be more pleased with the care my mother recieves. I would recommend their services to anyone who has a loved one with similar characteristics and has had a hard time finding professional care. Never judge a book by its cover because they provide 5 star care.
