A Place For Mom
beautuful home, though surrounding house were a little shabby...the lady that stays with the residents during the day was there...very nice jamaican lady...the house smelled of home cooked food(she was cooking fried chicken)..it was clean and very neat...she helps with the resident's showers, but downside is the resident has to step int5o the tub with her help(the tub is designed with the side acdess door) and they have to use the toilet by themselves...has a raised sit on toilet, but bathrooms are rather small, don't know if my mother could manuever with a walker. outside sitting area was nice and the residents are taken elsewhere for activities...level of care may not be adequate for my mom..but i have more homes to look at
