This has been the hardest times in my life.thanks to all the staff at Pineville the minute I walked through the door, I felt somebody (I didnt see anybody specific) took the weight of the world off my back. As much as family means to us there not always best thank you Pineville Family for making my dad feel welcome and cared about. It means everything . Daddys Girl Well its been 4 years and you guys are doing great! I have no words for how blessed I feel just beside myself with how awesome it has been coming and just watching him do his thing and hes so comfortable and at home! I almost am afraid that I dont want to change his comfort level just to bring him home. I am rested now and recovering so soon I would like to bring him home you guys make it look easier than it truly is. Your all very inspiring to me but I'm no match to that "well oiled machine" how do I ever hope that I got what it takes to take care of him without you. And that's a fact Daddy's girl!! Not happy with ER. They put my sister in the hallway and she was there the whole time. Never got to a ER room. She was in bad shape and being left in a hallway just increased her anxiety.

Visited the facility on 2/4/26. All staff were courteous and respectful. Patients and residents were observed outside their rooms engaging with workers and other peers. Common and welcome areas were also clena and tidy.

My family member was cared for almost 2 months at this facility. This was the 4th rehab center we have experienced in the greater Charlotte area. The 4 rating is based on the friendliness of the staff and care that the physical therapists and CNAs provided. In these areas, Pineville is very strong. The facility is also very clean and my relative had a spacious room. While the facility is not updated from a physical standpoint, and I believe they have a bit of a ventilation issue because there are sometimes odors when walking in the treatment area, the staff’s care and friendliness makes this a place I would recommend. I would love the leadership to invest in some paint and other basic physical upgrades. However, in selecting a rehab facility, I would recommend looking at the staff ratings as, in my experience, how friendly and caring the staff is, can make a big difference in patient and family experience.

Pineville Rehab was great after my leg was amputated. This location was very clean. The nursing staff was very sweet and and caring. They taught me so much to get around with my prosthetic, how to get up when I fall, how to get things down from a cabinet. I would definitely recommend Pineville Rehab.

Everyone on 1st shift is wonderful, 2nd shift, not so much. In the last three weeks, my husband waited 2 hours 5 different times to be changed. The nurses and cna’s turn his call light off and then forget about him. I understand they get busy, but at least leave the call light on so you don’t forget! I’ve called twice complaining about the issue. They will do well for a few days, and then slack off again. I shouldn’t have to keep calling. All I’m asking is that they don’t turn the light off until they’re good and ready to change him! In response to owner’s response: Cassie, the residents’ liaison spoke to Tiffany, the director of nursing. It only helped for a little while. I emailed the director on 12/03 and am still waiting for her to respond. As of 12/03 I have not had to complain about soiled briefs, but the director never responded to my email as if 1/29/25 Tiffany reached out to me on 02/03; the issues with the call light being turned off are resolved. Tiffany went above and beyond.
