Thank you, Pineville Rehab. You accepted my wife with her dementia and arthritis when some other facilities would not. (She had gotten upset at the hospital and was given a poor grade under "Cooperation" there.) She responded well to the Pineville therapists and was soon walking. The medical staff was available and helpful. Several of the caregivers were especially attentive. A positive experience overall, considering the circumstances.

I had an amazing tour with Ms. Rontillia admissions director. She knew the residents and residents knew her during the tour. Residents looks good and happy. Facility was clear and smelled like good cleaning supplies. She was unable to accommodate my love one due to continuous NG tube. She referred me to other facilities including her sister facilities. All questions were answered to my understanding including insurance, Medicaid process. After finding a facility she still helped me with the Medicaid application, including everything that I needed for approval. My love one was approved. This lady is amazing needs a higher position. Very professional and direct.

My husband is bedridden with cancer, making it hard for me to take care of him at home. Everyone is very helpful and takes great care of him. Office staff, nurses, cna's, housekeeping, and transportation are friendly, informative, and take care of everything for my husband.

I had the opportunity to spend a few hours at this facility today. During my time, I was able to tour the facility, observe some staff interaction on the halls and meet with many members of the administrative team. It is clearly an older building, but had a warm and cozy feeling of home to me. The staff are currently required to wear masks, but I observed several using words and welcoming gestures during their interaction with residents and had the feeling there was a hidden smile behind the masks. I noticed two call lights on as I walked during my tour, but both were answered quickly. The administrative team was welcoming, open to all questions and appear to love what they do. Based on my initial impression , I felt they deserved 5 stars because I felt welcomed and valued from the moment my visit began.

Friendly at the front of the center and then you meet the nursing staff. My father spent three days in long-term care and was abused. He never received his heart medicine (when sent to ER, this was discovered), food was withheld, the nurse assigned to him almost swung at him (I watched this through a window). Absolutely terrible care. If you can walk and advocate for yourself you should be okay, if you need care, don't live there.

I work here as Maintenance Director and is the best work environment in the area, the director is a lady with a lot of energy and good sense, that contagious the rest of the crew and believe me, everybody is pushing hard to keep the place running the best way and I think, we success. Arrive at noon My client didn't have a bath sitting in poop & and my mouth dry . No water was given, the room floor hasn't been moped, no salt & pepper for food. No chuck for bed No wigs in the room.. no cna on the floor.

From the front desk staff to the Nurses and CNA's staff are very nice , polite ,friendly and supportive .House keeping and custodial workers also keep the rooms and floors very clean. Therapy staff are great too.keep up the good work!

I was in Pineville Rehabilitation for less than two weeks after I broke my hip. The staff was very caring and supportive. The physical therapy staff was unbelievable. At seventy-one I was up and walking in a short period of time and back in my own apartment. The place was clean and smelled wonderful and the food was good. I give Pineville five stars. I give the PT staff ten.
