She is responsive, patient, and always willing to help navigate questions or concerns, which has meant a great deal to our family. I would also like to acknowledge Lynn McConnell, RN, for her professionalism and attentiveness. Lynn has been approachable, informative, and willing to take the time to explain medical-related questions when needed, which we truly appreciate. My mom has been living there in Memory Care for over a year. The staff have been so caring, and they treat the residents like family. The Director sets a professional, yet kind hearted standard that trickles down to each worker. The tenderness and understanding that mom has received has made it easier for me to make the transition from my home to the Addison.
