Cynthia , the social worker called me and was very sweet and understanding. I rectified the situation quickly. Thank you Cynthia for taking the time to investigate this matter. I do however am going to file a former complaint against a certain nurse who works there as soon as I find out how to do so!!!!

Wonderful facility! Thank you for taking excellent care of my mother, Mary Upton. I especially would like to recognize and thank Chris, Robin, Jamie, Norma, Julie, India, Ashley, Michelle, Casey, Celeste, Vickie, Lisa, Carley and Leah. Everyone mentioned was so caring, loving and compassionate through such painful circumstances. Thank you all for going above and beyond! I would highly recommend Peak Resources Cherryville to anyone looking for care for a loved one. They were truly a God send.

Wonderful facility! Very compassionate, sincere, loving and understanding. They look excellent care of my mother. It was so much better than I had even hoped for. Very professional, clean and organized. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say. I looked into a lot of other facilities and this was by far the best.

PEAK of Cherryville is a beautiful community. It has a vibrant assistant living and Short term rehab and long term care. Its full of energy and fun much like its administrator. Short term rehab is conducted in a well appointed gym Focusing on functional based therapy designed for faster outcomes and shorter stays. Not that youll want to leave.

I know that the residents are very much loved and cared for the best . our residents are happy for sure in the oaks and always loving to get to eat all day long .. dancing and planting flowers and veggies . waiting now for them to come big to eat ....vh oaks anyone that needs a home for there love ones peak resources is the place in cherryville N.C. I have worked at peak for a very long time not telling it would be telling my age more than ever .

Ive worked here since I was 19. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. This is truly a big family. My grandmother is also a resident here. Theres no better place for her to be in my opinion ❤

Maternal grandmother was there, paternal grandmother is now there for the second time. Pretty happy. Better facility than others we have had to visit. Better staff. Wish they posted visiting hours conspicuously online. 8 to 8 as of 12/19 for anybody in the same boat.

My Mother was placed at Peak Resources in Cherryville after a second back surgery left her with an open wound and a wound vac. The nursing staff took very good care of her and addressed any questions or concerns we had promptly. The wound care Nurse is excellent and the therapy staff was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this facility.

This facility has been taking care of my mother who suffers from advanced dementia. My mom has been a little difficult at times, to put it nicely. But the staff has been amazing to her. They have made sure she was clean, fed and safe. They encourage my family and have given very helpful advice on how to adjust to our new "normal". I cannot say enough about how great they have been and I would recommend this facility to all.
