I can't say enough wonderful things about TerraBella Senior Assisted Living in Knightdale. My mother lives there, and I visit sometimes several times each week. Every time I walk through the doors, I am greeted by a beautiful, clean, welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to create a warm environment with fresh flowers, seasonal decorations, and a positive, caring attitude. What truly sets TerraBella apart is the exceptional care they provide to their residents. It is inspiring to witness the genuine love, compassion, and dignity with which the staff treats every resident. They take the time to know not only the residents but also their families, greeting us by name and always willing to share updates about our loved ones, their activities, and how they have been doing. Whenever I have a question or concern, the staff listens attentively and responds promptly, making sure my concerns are addressed to my satisfaction. Their patience, kindness, and affection extend to every resident, including those who may require extra care and attention. Most importantly, my mother loves living there, and that gives me tremendous peace of mind. Knowing she is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for means everything to me. I would not want her living anywhere else, and I wholeheartedly recommend TerraBellaSenior Assisted Living to anyone looking for a caring and supportive community for a loved one.

Today I met with the staff of The Addison of Knightdale today. I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It smelled amazing. Most facilities do not smell as pleasant. Although I was unable to place my mother at the facility, I was very pleased with the assistance from Olu.

My mom was placed at The Addison of Knightdale recently after having hip surgery and having dementia. Placing a love one in a facility is hard but once I called Adam and met with him I was so relieved that I found a safe clean and caring facility for mom. Now,that she,is there I have met with Brian and nursing staff that,attends,to mom in the memory care unit. Brian has been in constant contact with me during her transition to the facility. My mom fell this morning at 5 a.m.and EMT was called and then I received a call at 5:03 a.m.. I can't say enough about Brian, the staff and The Addison of Knightdale. I now know,my mom has a safe and caring place to be well,looked after. Placing a love one is not easy and very overwhelming but call Adam and Brian they will help you make a hard decision much easier. The staff at the Addison has become a great addition to my family. Thanks Brian,Adam and all nursing staff as well as the whole staff at the Addison in Knightdale for taking such,great care of my mom..

We are very pleased with the The care my brother has received since being at Addison's, as care for him is challenging ( he has Parkinson's Disease . Staff are always willing to answer questions and address needs the family raises for his care, Becky, et al . As we are now emerging , post Covid Pandemic, we are hopeful that more staff can be added as they continue to grow and ramp up, along with activities to be available for him to engage in, outings and all. Hindsight. . . they talk a good game, but so far they haven't followed through in a timely manner. My mother has chronic back pain. She hasn't gotten her medication unless I call and pester them. They gave another of her medications at the wrong time and she got double dosed that day on her statin. Trying to get someone after 10pm hasn't happened. . . she's going longer than the 8 hours that the pain prescription says so she's unable to function and participate in activities. Her room wasn't ready even though her rent had been paid. They say they'll get them for activities and meals, but that's been hit and miss. I just have no trust in them at this point and we've only been here 6 days. I'm already looking into moving her!

Placed my aunt at The Addision of Knightdale after a stay in the hospital and she wasn't able to go home yet. I had another aunt a couple of years ago before she passed away at another assisted living facility in Raleigh and my father-in-law is currently in an assisted living facility in Lillington and I can honestly say they don't compare at all with this place. When I started calling places for my aunt to go to I immediately selected this one for many reasons. Adam was so receptive and had lots of suggestions to help me and they immediately went to evaluate my aunt while she was in the hospital. We had such short notice since the hospital wanted her released. Brian, Danielle and Corey are 3 names that come to mind that I would like to say a big THANK YOU to. They have gone above and beyond to help my aunt adjust and to make her happy (and she's not always easy to please, lol). My aunt says the staff from the aides to the housekeeping staff have been great. She was placed there for a 30 day respite but I wish she would stay there, but she is extremely independent even at 84 years old she insists on going back to her house. I pray that when the time comes for her not to live at home they still have space and she can go back there. I have decided that if I need assisted living when I'm older then I hope The Addison of Knightdale is still there and is operating as smoothly as it is now. Thank you everyone at The Addision of Knightdale!!

The Addison of Knightdale Assisted Living is a wonderful, loving, supportive, clean, and devoted residence. We placed our parents there 8 months ago which was a really hard decision to make. After visiting and speaking with Adam and Director, Brian, we were truly convinced this is the place they deserve to be. They were constantly checked on, meds distributed, healthy meals served (including fruits and vegetables), clothes washed, daily housekeeping in their room, and help with bathing or washing hair or nail clips as needed. Best thing about Addison is also the call alarm the residents wear around their necks or on their wrist to push for assistance as well as the pull string in their room and bathroom. Brian, Becky, and/or the staff respond within minutes to assist when call alarms are activated. Brian, the Director, runs a tight ship and his cell number as well as Becky's, the nurse, are always available when answers needed or concerns arise. When I call them with a concern, action is acted upon immediately and resolution is provided. They will even call me back with follow-ups to situation. Upon passing of my step-dad a few weeks ago, my mom with dementia and cannot live home alone was ready to go home because she missed her house and thought she was only there for my step-dad. After discussing with Becky, nurse of facility, and other staff members, like Casey, the Director of Memory Care Unit, Shawna, Activities Director, and other sweet, smiling, friendly staff, they have started to engage my mom in activities throughout the day to keep her busy and engaged by coming to her room and taking her to activities to participate. She is finally enjoying herself playing Bingo, Bible Study, crafts, and other events they have on a daily basis. Her all-time favorite is definitely daily Bingo. To keep her mind occupied late morning and late afternoon when not much going on, Casey will take mom as "her helper" to help in whatever she has going on in the building; even takes her to memory care unit to socialize with residents or help with activities or housekeeping which she loves doing. She is making friends with other residents and enjoys going to the dining hall for her meals and talking to other residents to make them smile. I could not imagine her being anywhere else. Everyone there treats the residents like family and that puts smiles on my family's faces and being able to get a good night sleep knowing she is safe and sound! Thank you Addison Staff!

After our original "small" care (6 patients only) facility closed on short notice, we were left with less than a month to find an Alzhimer's care facility for our loved one. At the time of the closing, I contacted the new Director at Carillon and couldn't have been more satisfied with our transition. The decision was made easy this time simply because the new administrative staff were all on top of the requirements and acted professionally and quickly. Our loved one has been at Carillon a little over a month now and, so far, I'm very impressed with the level of care and interaction. The facility is spotless. Staff is professional, patient, attentive and responsive. Administration, including Director, Marketing and Nursing Director are all curtious, personable and very professional. At this time, I can say honestly, I've been nothing but pleased with Carillon of Knightdale.

Since my mom became a resident in Fall of 2015, the staff have exhibited their caring attitude numerous times. The decision to move my mom out of our home & having others care for her was difficult. Carillon of Knightdale has made this decision easier.

Carillon of Knightdale has been a lifesaver for our family! My Dad has been there for nearly 6 months & we are beyond pleased. From the director to the nursing staff to the rest of the staff, every single person has been caring, compassionate & very interested in all of the residents. The facility is gorgeous and well maintained.The atmosphere and food are wonderful, there are plenty of activities & the residents are treated like family. What more can you ask for?
