My mother spent a few weeks here before returning home, and she was very happy with her care. We have nothing but positive things to say. The CNAs, nurses, therapy, and front office staff went above and beyond to provide her with excellent care. Communication with family was very good and staff was very approachable and responsive. The facility is very clean and spacious. I’m so thankful for Shannon Gray!

The CNA's are great but some of the nurses need to do their job . Shouldn't have to ask for pain meds for 2+ hrs. Glad I was only there for a short time

I recently had the opportunity to visit my grandpa and i was utterly impressed with the level of care and attention given to its residents. From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond, treating each resident with respect, dignity, and kindness. Their dedication to providing a safe and comfortable environment is exemplary. The facility itself is top-notch, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The common areas are inviting and well-designed, offering places for residents to socialize or relax quietly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing residents to make the space their own.

My mother is a resident at Shannon Gray. She has been there for over 9 years now or longer. My sisters and I go see her every day. She is happy there and everyone is good to her. If a problem arises, it is always taken care of as soon as they can. My mother considers Shannon Gray her home and she is happy there. Compared to other nursing homes & rehab places, it definitely gets 5 stars.

Wonderful facility. They have a new administrator and director of nursing who seem to be on top of everything. Staff are friendly, building is beautiful. Therapy team has been top notch and they even have a WHOLE CAR in the gym so people can practice getting in and out of a car before they go home. We've been very satisfied with the care received.

We have been happy with the skilled nursing that our family member has received for a year and a half. Staff are professional, friendly and attentive to any patient concerns. The halls and our room are clean. We feel welcomed and like family or friends that are working together to provide the most positive, safe and healthy place. We are confident in their abilities to care for our loved one.and feel lucky to have found Shannon Gray.

I’d give it one star but the therapy team here is excellent. The low rating is for the nursing care. Every time I come to visit, I flag safety risks. Today our 97 year old loved one was alone in her room sleeping while her bed was fully raised to its highest setting off the floor and while all the brakes on her bed were off. I informed the nurse, Tasha and was met with a poor attitude and a terse thank you. I got nothing else from her. I received the same rotten attitude when we asked for help reconciling some of her medications upon her admission. Very basic, normal things here. When I came to Shannon Gray I was shown updated rooms and units. My loved one was placed in a shabby, dark unit that I didn’t know had patients in it. I was told it would be renovated. She is a rehab patient but placed with long term residents because rehab is slow. So they will close the rehab beds and move your loved ones wherever, when it suits their finances. Kudos to one CNA, Stacy who is kind, helpful and patient. Rest of nursing is a huge concern and disappointment. Ps: my loved one now has a pressure ulcer on her sacrum from being left in bed hour after hour, day after day. From 6PM until 10 AM most recently. No pressure relieving pads or mattresses. At this point, I just hope we get her out of here alive.

My experience at Shannon Gray was excellent. Therapy, nurses and nursing assistants were kind and caring. Therapy was really great and so was the food.

Shannon Gray Rehab Center has been wonderful for my father. EVERYONE has been so nice & caring toward him. They’ve had great communication with both of us regarding his condition etc. All of the therapists & support staff are experienced & knowledgable. The nursing staff, on his hall, don’t mind if I call them with questions day or night. The facility is kept very clean & the food is good there. I highly recommend Shannon Gray Rehab Center. We’ve been very blessed by them.

I had a total knee replacement so when I left the hospital and went to Shannon Gray I was scared I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was very good to me always trying to help me. They were constantly in my room checking on me. If I didn’t like what they served me to eat for breakfast, lunch,or dinner I would tell them and they would bring me something else that I wanted instead. I loved the people in rehab. Even though I wasn’t there very long they felt like family. They were very organized. It was a very beautiful place. When I left to come home they hugged me good by if I ever have to come back to a place like this I would want to come here thanks to all of you that cared for me. I feel like if you treat others with respect and kindness you will get it back in return.

Shannon Gray has been an answer to prayer. The care my mom gets is outstanding. The best around in therapy. Since my mom has to now live her life out in skilled nursing I am blessed to have found Shannon Gray. The staff is amazing and my mom loves the food so much that she actually eats three meals a day now. Highly recommend this facility.

My mom spent two weeks at the Shannon Grey after surgery. The physical therapists were amazing and helped her regain her strength. The entire staff was friendly and caring and could not have been nicer. If I ever need to be in a such a center, I am going to the Shannon Gray!

This place has the most caring and dedicated staff members, including administrative staff, the management is wonderful, visible and thoroughly involved. I have gotten to know many staff members and they take everything personally, go above and beyond to proactively prevent issues and connect with residents for the best experience possible. I have several members of my church that were placed here for care and when we visit they have nothing but great things to say; to be sure it isn't their home, but the staff does their best to substitute and connect with them. I feel that too often we take advantage of our brothers and sisters in healthcare, they are taking care of our loved ones and it is a thankless job, 24/7, 365; often missing holidays and not making memories with their own families and loved ones. Too often we take these people for granted and I just want to say THANK YOU! It is not told to you enough! Keep up the great work!

My mother was released from hospital to this facility. Her health declined quickly. The doctor never communicated or worked a plan. So she given food she wasn't supposed to eat etc. They sent a letter to do this to my residence 250 miles away knowing I was staying local and they had that address and my phone number. My mother expressed to me the staff was nice but only punctual when family around. The last night she was at the facility she was in distress and called me after notifying cna. Sad thing is I had to call 911 myself when I arrived. Not a single employee made the effort. After she was readmitted to hospital they tried to do quality control by sending someone to talk to us. I think they were afraid I would come after them legally. I never wanted my mother in any nursing home and had been caring for her myself but the hospital placed her. Understaffed, unknowledgeable staff, 1 doctor for entire facility and I was and still am disgusted that no one at this facility attempted to get medical help for my mother. And yes she passed away. They didn't cause her passing but they did not help the situation.
