TerraBella staff is outstanding. They will go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of as well as their residents. When you enter the facility, you are greeted warmly by a staff and they are genuinely glad you came to visit. The facility is clean, inviting and there are lots of rooms off the beaten path where you can visit. They also have a lovely conference room if you need to have a meeting. Check them out if you are looking for a 5 star facility for you or your family.

When my family found Terra Bella (formerly Elmcroft) in 2020, it was an answer to our prayers. My grandmother was welcomed with open arms and immediately built relationships with the staff. I truly believe I could not have found a better match. The only complaint we hear is about the food, otherwise this would be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Christy Helms, Senior Lifestyle Counselor, for TerraBella Harrisburg when helping several families make the transition to assisted living. Christy is such a pleasure to work with and her passion and dedication to the residents of TerraBella is visible in all she does. As a senior care consultant for CarePatrol of Charlotte, it is important for me to help make my clients’ transition as smooth as possible and Christy made this process so much easier as she worked diligently to answer all my clients’ questions and addressed their concerns as well. She went above and beyond to make the experience positive for all involved. Christy is definitely an asset to the TerraBella team and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
